Hey folks, Singapore TV just today showed "Moondru Mugam", the Rajnikanth movie where he stars as a cop called "Alex Pandian". I did not watch the whole movie; just switched on when someone was trying to bribe Alex Panndian and switched off within 5 minutes. Gosh! With due apologies to Rajnikanth fans, I saw no gambeeram in his style. Even Anand seems better in the cop role. Of course, everyone here knows who I think is the quintessential macho cop 😃

Oh, was Afsar Babu in the Dasavatharam movie? But just in one scene?? What a waste. I like his acting. Looks like the big screen hasn't really discovered good artistes in the small screen. Or they just don't want to use small screen artistes.

Interesting, Aralyn. YOu are giving CR big ideas about Omni getting shot and Manisha and Rocky getting accepted by Karthik.

As for the police and thieves/terrorist angle, my take is that ACD will soon be operated on and will recover and slowly get back to work. Meanwhile, AP will be shot by Samer and it will be ACD who will eventually hunt down and arrest both Sameer and SKPD. Soon afterwards, Abhi's brother Shyam will return from Australia and he will marry AP's widow. Some months later, just after receiving his commendation medal, ACD will walk straight into a wedding hall and get married to his Priya 😃

But this might not happen .Manisha will get killed saving her son. Santhi and Karthik will bring up rockey. This might happen because earlier in this serial they showed santhi's uterus being removed and she cannot have anymore kids . Aralyn, I would be shocked if your prediction do not come true. AP & Abhi? Sounds dodgy, but then with CR being so predictable in all angles can be also predictable in this angle too. 😃 😃

Hmmm Aralyn, you are right that CR is reading the popular pulse to see how popular or otherwise AP will be. I thought when he said he would bring down his family, he had a wife and kids in tow.

Yes, Aralyn. It is strange that police are not noticing Nari's visits to Abhi. But CR's policemen aren't the only inefficient ones. Again, I report with much embarrassment what the immigration authorities in highly efficient Singapore did yesterday. The airlines and two guards let through a 60-something old man who was carrying his son's passport. The man had mistakenly taken with him his son's passport. When he failed to clear through the self-clearance electronic checkpoint for Singaporean nationals which require using your fingerprints and checking them against the biometric fingerprints on one's passport, a guard checked his passport manually and let him through. The man realised the error midflight and took the next flight back as he didn't want problems at his destination plus his son needed to travel the same day.

These things do happen. But in Nari's case, I think he visited Abhi at least twice while she was said to be under "house arrest". Maybe Nari manufactured some excuse to legitimately visit her under the pretext of doing investigations?

Thanks, Pat. Nari obviously wants to fix SKPD. Wonder who's watching ACD in spite of AP's arrival and all the supposed stepped-up security.
