last I heard Alka was also jealousssssssssssss of Sanchita

but she was actively promoting Nihira Joshi, unsolicated and Nihira is the closest to anything remote of a threat to the established singers like Shreya or Alkaji

so this whole logic of Alka being jealous of someone is unfathomable

has the thought crossed one's mind that the woman is actually doing the job she was hired to do and impartially giving her opinion about a singer?

I think Alka Yagnik is the most sensible and could be the most neutral judge of all the 5.
If you see her, during singing, she hears them so carefully. If she didnt like Priyani, she probably found something wrong with her then.

Alka is not the ruling singer today that she should be afraid of her position.

This is Alka's strategy how she critics harshly & handles a contestant during audition process. When contest starts she takes that singer under her wings knowing singers potential. She has done it with Sanchita and she is doing it with Priyani. No surprise to me. I had predicted that long back 😃
