Sukhvinder singh and participants sang songs "Ae mere watan ke logo" and "Chak de India"
Today is Independence day special and first elimination too
1. Rohit sonar : Seven sister states
He sings "Vande mataram" of A R Rehman
2. Sayantani: Orissa
She sings "tohre bin hamara kauno nahi"
She says she wanted to sing aalap and why musicians finished abruptly. Shaan says if she planned she had to do it in alloted time.... Ismail says its independence day so let her sing

3. Ryan Diaz: Andhra pradesh
He sings "Swades hain tera"
4. Vinti SIngh: Uttar pradesh
She sings "Taare jameen par"
5. Rahul Mukherjee: Maharashtra
He sings "Mera rang de basanti chola"
Shaan says there is one of three in bottom four.
Vinti is safe.

Capt. Vinayak Gore's mother has come. He became shaheed in 1995 during operation rakshak at kupwada. She says if she had another son and he wished she would surely send him to army. she says i would love to be mother of someone like vinayak in next births. Voice of India salutes him.

Shaan and mentors sing "Yeh desh hain veer jawano ka"
Saptaparna & Vipul is safe. Zakir is also safe
8. Shraddha dass: zarkhand & Ritisha: karnataka
they sing "badal pe paav hain"
There is a gift hamper from amul to all contestants.
Shraddha dass and ritisha sing a song for Amul as its indian company which is termed as revolutionary company in dairy business.
9. Malhar: West bengal
He sings "Jindagi maut na ban jaye"
10: Ravi shukla: Delhi
He sings "Rubarooo"
Two of these four will be in bottom four.
Malhar is the spark of the week.
Ravi is in bottom four.
Ritisha is through and she has got second highest votes in last week. she got more than 25000 votes in two hours. Zakir hussain got the highest votes. more than 30000 votes in two hours.
Malhar is in bottom four and Shraddha is safe.
So Ravi, Malhar, Sayantani and Ryan are in bottom four.

Ismail says Malhar is good singer and hence shall not be eliminated.... Ryan has something extra
Ravi and sayantani need some riyaaz. Sayantani has good voice quality. Ravi has thin voice. Sukhvinder gave him some training to make the voice thicker that helped him open his voice.
Sayanatani starts crying but she is in final eleven.
Ravi is in.
