Hello my dear forumwasiyon,
I am back. Thanks for all your wishes. My arm feels much better and I am recovering. But it looks like every time I am away from the forum, something important and big is happening. I will be limiting my forum time though at least for another week till I am fully alright. So again one of you will have to do the updates for Tuesday for the week Oct 21stl. a few things came to my mind, that I thought I had to let it out of my system and had been in my mind, if this is something you had done please forgive me but I have to voice my opinion.
-- I am totally not able to digest the fact that Sony Tv has decided to end our favorite show Amita ka Amit and the production is not doing anything about it. They are going with the decision. First of all Sony TV never gave the show or its characters its dues, I don't think that they even felt like the cast and crew was part of the Sony TV camp. No offense but Nishad Vaidya and Chandni Bhagwanani have been longer than Ruslan and Sangeeta, how come they were never invited to the hot seat? The amount of rerun is nothing compared to the others shows in Sony TV. Even be it having a social message they had blink and miss screen time than the other actors. I always felt it was unfair.
--It is sad to see that Swastik production has done nothing to promote the show. There has been no promos, I can probably count in my hand how many promos they have had totally in the last eight months. Most of the track has been interesting and fun to watch. The twists the turn were all very enjoyable. The director and the story writer had done a very good job of not dragging the track and ending it in a happy way, except the baby track and the current one which seems unreal but it is nonetheless fun to watch. I am enjoying their moments. Amita and amit have grown on us fans considerable. The characters in Amita ka Amit are not preachy and ooze goodness but they are real characters with different shades unlike two episodes of the new show I watched and swore never to watch it again. It was too much for me. This show kept me going.
--I am so thankful that I am part of this forum who come together from all parts of the world, where we can share our thoughts and point of view and do everything to save our show. So as an AkAian, I will do my part to save the show. But in spite of all our efforst if we are not able to save it, then like one of our forum member, I believe it is ragaya mentioned we will make it a grand ending.
