I think the call is related to Sanjay and his past. And as usual maybe he has promised Sanjay that he won't reveal the truth to anyone. So like a gentleman, he keeps mum and so he has the guilty look.😊
completely agreed,otherwise apni amit aisa ladka nehi hai ke apne biwi se kuch chupaye,AMIT cant do anything wrong!

but even sanjay seems to be a nyc guy,varna amit uska saat nehi deta,lagta hai sanjay kisi problem mein phasa hua hain & our amit is just helping his friend...that's is something i feel!

amita aur preeti ko ye baat bata ke pareshaan nehi karna chahte!
