agreed. the way amita is treated by her in-laws is not good..and kajal did great job when she opened falguni's eyes. she needs to come down from sky and see the reality before putting all blame on amita.. amita need to talk wid amit regarding everything she is going through

first of all, amita has a right to know that amit does not like or love her. he said yes to proposal bec of his ego.
I think amita is tolerating phalguni's torture and bec amita belives amit loves her and specially when her friends told her that amit rejected snehal bec of her. her friends said that she should feel lucky and blah blah...then bec of her dadaji, kajal and kajal's family. kajal should not have hidden from amita that amit does not like her. she is selfish bec she wants to marry atul. i understand she wants to save her dad's life but she should try to convince atul's family to let her get married to atul. even amita should stand up for herself and say that let atul get married bec she does not want to say yes to any random marriage proposal and ruin her life. i feel like amita either does not have self-confidence or a pushover and gets influence easily. she and her family makes her feel that she is less of a girl bec of her weight but if that's the only problem then she should lose her weight if that makes her less self-confident.

overall, i just hope that amita and amit both gets to know that had rejected each other 1st time and amit agreed to marry amita now bec of his ego. then they can decide if they still wants to get married to each other. i can't imagine how amita would feel when she finds out later after the marriage. amit needs to know that amita rejected him too.

Female lead HAS TO BE too innocent (which can easily converted to dumb), Sacrifiacial, Pure from Heart, All torture bearing lady.. All in all A Complete Mahaan Woman who doesn't exist in reality.

Indian TV Female lead can never be Smart, can never trick anyone into their own game, can never be intelligent enough to answer back so damm good way that no one feels bad but still gets the point that don't mess with me, I am good with good people & bad with bad ones. Indian TV can never show Girl with these qualities coz then Being smart is like.. you are not cultured enough to take shit from everyone. Mahaanta is all what we need in our Indian TV bahu.🤢

I liked Amita for being Simple and Sweet. Agree she was shown as confused since day one.. but I kinda avoided that coz other factor about her character & show kept me gripping.

But But But.. Now that if they are turning her all mahaan & taunt bearing from all then I don't know.😕

I haven't watched today's epi but reading your post I can assume that this diary drama is killing the essence of the show. Adding Amit's Mom is like Ghee in fire. 🥱 I dread it to be turn into another plotting.. bitching drama and I fear it's heading there.
