yeah, I won't say Preeti's role has been ruined just yet, I think it would be WORSE if she becomes all negative and starts plotting mean nasty things. Honestly, I think no human wouldn't be swayed by someone who is charismatic, helps them out in a time of need, and is overall attractive in features. I expected someone as girly, kind of child-like, and happy-go-lucky like Preeti to be attracted to Prem BUT I feel like she'll cut her loses after a little sulking and drama and move on to the next guy. I mean bubbly people usually don't take things to heart for too long, and it'll be a shame if they warp her character to fulfill a plot role.

Even though Preeti foolishly sees herself as in love with Prem, we know that Prem is in love with Teja and the bond will always be with her. I agree with the other comments that I hope that they don't have a falling out between Preeti and Teja. Or a love triangle between the three of them.

On another note, in the episode where Prem has been called up to the atrium and Teja meets up with Arjun and the cousins, she tells them that she wasn't the one who called him. Next you see Teja and Arjun walking down the hallway and she says to him (at least in my English subtitles) that she doesn't understand why somebody would call Prem to the atrium using her name. I'm not sure if you noticed but as soon as she said that, the camera zoomed ahead of them to the back of a girl wearing orange reading the bulletin board. It may be nothing, but when I first saw it, I thought, hmm who is that girl? Anyway, just a thought.
