Dear, after reading first chpter i was really impressed & was eagerly waiting for d next chapter but i never came to know about updates bcoz u never chaged ur title to 'updated' but when today i opened ur post by chance,i was shocked to see so many chapters updated! So i read chapter 2-10 in a one go & i must say its amazing & getting really interesting & full of suspense! I am totally loving it! I am now eager to know that how will akash reach to ananya! Plz update soon & plz PM me!!!!!!! 😛

Thank you soo much for commenting. Because I'm new I'm not really sure how to fully work the posts so I didn't think about changing the title to updated. But thanks for the tip. Thanks heaps for the compliment and I will definitely PM you next time!

Chapter 11

29^th October- 21:00

Ananya felt a hand shaking her. "Wake up. Sir is coming to visit you," the kidnapper told her with glee.

"What?" Ananya asked, still dazed.

"Sir, the head of our organisation, is coming to talk to you. You better be careful girl. Don't talk to him the way you talked to us. We had orders to keep you alive but if you are rude to him," the kidnapper made a gesture with his hands "boom. You'll be dead before you know it." The kidnapper looked so happy that Ananya decided to believe him.

"I don't care who the hell he is. And you guys know that I don't know anything. Why don't you just tell him and let me go and not waste his time as well?"

"We do not question his actions. If he wants to talk to you, there is nothing we can do about it."

"Whatever. If he's anything like you guys, I should be able to handle him."

"Excuse me? Did you just say what I thought you did?"

"Yes. Yes I did. Oh come on stop staring at me like that. You know what I said-"

"Shut up." The other kidnapper called. "Sir is coming."

"You better stay quiet girl. He is merciless," she heard the kidnapper whisper harshly.

Ananya sighed and decided she had enough of this idiot. She was just sick of being held captive and sort of passed beyond a point of fear. Like, nothing could be much worse than what had happened to her before. She just wanted to be free. She wanted to meet her mother, Shefali, her Nana and of course, Aakash. She didn't know why, but she felt a strange feeling whenever she thought about Aakash. She felt comfortable around him, but mainly she felt safe. She knew deep inside her that whatever would happen to her, Aakash would be there as her safety net. Always there to catch her and support her. Could there be something more between them? No. Ananya shrugged off the thought. He was a friend, nothing more. Seriously, she barely knew anything about him. Whatever little she thought she knew turned out to be a lie. Who knows what else would be a lie? "That didn't mean he was a bad or unreliable person" one side of her brain argued. "After all he is coming to save you."

"That's what you think. What if he is actually not coming? What if this is just a lie?" counter argued the other side of her brain.

"But you heard the kidnapper say it themselves. The DIA is coming to find you and Aakash is an officer there."

"But it may still not be him." The argument inside her head continued. By then end of those few seconds, Ananya had a headache. She couldn't decide what to think. In all honesty, she really did not know much about Aakash. But she trusted her gut instinct when it said that he was not a bad person and would help her, whatever happened. She just hoped her gut instinct would be correct. She was still lost in her thoughts when she heard the sound of footsteps and looked up at a handsome stranger who she recognised from the photos she had found earlier.

"Hello Ms Rawat. I do hope the boys are taking good care of you." Rohit enquired casually, as if Ananya wasn't tied up to a chair and wasn't being held against her will.

"If you count starving me and cutting me up."

"I see. Well I do sincerely apologise for their mistakes. I am very sorry."

"I bet you are." Ananya muttered sarcastically.

"Did you say something?"

"The real question mister is what you are doing here."

"I am here to meet you."

"And to what may I owe this pleasure?"

"I just wanted to talk about Aakash."

"There we go. Finally on topic."

"So, what do you know about Aakash's plans?"

"Look mister. I have answered this question and many more. MANY TIMES OVER. And I think your little minions over here," Ananya said gesturing to the other kidnappers "have figured out by now that I don't know anything. You can do whatever you like. If I don't know anything I can't confess."

"I see that you are one tough cookie huh. Well it's good that I'm not planning on making you confess. Really, I always knew that you knew nothing. I just forgot to mention it to my so called minions."

Ananya was slightly shocked. "So all that torture was because you forgot to mention something?"

"Essentially. It was also to allow my minions to have some fun. You were always only meant for one thing. To get to Aakash. We all know he is somehow attracted to you like a magnet. And I see why." Rohit said looking up and down at Ananya. Ananya glared at him until he stopped.

"You are just a means to an end. Once he comes then we do not need you anymore."

"Aakash will come and he will beat the hell out of all of you."

"Oh no he won't." Rohit turned and started to walk out. "I have a long standing score to settle with him."
