Dear Friends,
Those who of you have been on tiger safari, must be familiar with the word 'call' to see the tiger you have to wait for the call the bandar, sambar or the deer gives to identify where the 'maharaj or maharani' is birajman i.e sitting, lying, standing etc., when you hear the call you go after it and if you are lucky enough get to see the tiger, once you see it, the savour the moment and think oh the effort has been worth it....aaj ki do baate....
1) The patience has snapped, Thakurain has had enough, she makes herself clear to the Thakur, she is his wife as long as nothing happens to Shekhar, after that she will forget she is a wife...the Thakur's look says he has achieved partially what he wanted...very satisfied, what is in under that crew cut hair I wonder....pata nehi what all tricks he has up his baniyan....
2) Laali looks eagerly for Shekhar as he opens his eyes....once he does, she is happy, and becomes happier when Shekhar remembers she had taken him to the vaid... thrilled to hear her name for the first time being called out, must have felt shivered inside and could not believe her ears....
Jate jate....Thakurain expresses her helplessness to Laali and pleads with her to save the life of her son, she is supposed to be the equal partner of the house, 'ardhangini' but then she is so helpless, my heart broke when Thakurain told Laali about her actual position and Laali understanding that....they are only making use of her womb and nothing else, she should not expect anything more from them.....I heard my grandmother saying, during the birth of a child the mother too is born again as she might give her life to bring a new one.....how little people think of such women who are just hired to carry the heir of the family....
