How do we know Shekhar is happy in his marriage? Siddheshwari never tries to understand him and he is always left miserable after his hopes are dashed by her. And you know he did put the laal sindoor in Laali's maang although unknowingly. If Ganeshiya was always for Laali then why did tehy introduce the Thakur family. May be after Ganeshiya knows that Laali was sold it will be a little difficult for him to accept her as his wife.

Even if he values and respects his wife, dont you think as a human-being he will want somone to reciprocate his feelings? What if Laali had become his child's mother, do you think he would have left her hanging like that? Why Sid being a wife easily gives permission to Shekhar to have child with another woman...she did not even think for a moment what Shekhar might feel.Shekhar had warned her that she is sending him on a path she might later regret.

I don't think this story is about who Laali will end up with. It is about what a woman such as Laali has to go through and what parents do to survive. This is why the Thakur family was introduced, because Laali's faith was to be sold. Not because she was going to have a relationship with Shekar. Her relationship with Shekar is secondary to her being sold.

Agreed this show was never about who Laali will end up with but isnt this the biggest question in Laali's life? First time when Laali saw Shekhar, she did not see his face but her heart thought it was her Shekhar, her husband. Was it mere a co-incidence with no greater meaning?

Okay Shekhar did put sindoor on Laali but that was when Laali didn't know about Shekhar's identity....so does that really count?

Yes, its count. It doesnt matter if Laali knew whether he was Shekhar or Ganeshiya but what is important is he put the sindoor. Its a very important ritual and I dont think they will show it without having any future consequences.

Yes Shekar has been showed to be a dreamer or a utopian. He does like Siddeshwari who doesnt reciprocate equally; probably becoz she cant bear children.

The sindoor bit was accidental and perhaps at that point the creatives didnt plan to introduce Ganeshiya. It seems Ganeshiya wld be positive or else Laali wldnt accept him.

I will defi miss Thakur's charac- very strong and egoistic😛 yet focused.
