About the Case:

In a graveyard in Mumbai,a security guard is murdered. It also shown that the dead body of one Mr.John D'Silva is missing whose coffin appears to have been broken from inside.John's family is shown, which includes his wife Mona,Alex who is, his first wife Christina (who died a few years back) and his son,and his younger brother Martin. Also Doctor Mehta is shown who is the family doctor and close friend of the family.Later Martin is also murdered and Alex is attacked.

About the Episode:

It was difficult to guess that Alex was the one pretending to be John and that he had faked an attack on himself from what was shown, since we had been shown that he saw someone before falling off through the window.
A really well laid out plan by the team to catch Alex red-handed and get the doctor and Mona to the graveyard 👏
The manner in which Trisha confronted Mona in the interrogation room was 👏 👏
Bikram and Rajbir's scene at the hospital where they talk about the case casually, so as to trap Alex was also well done 👏
Liked Raghav's statement to the doctor that they not only gather evidences but also observe every one's body language, their manner of talking, the way they look at each other along with their mobile and SMS records ⭐️
Raghav's comment: to the doctor that he should have been a lawyer instead, for demanding evidence for every thing 😆 Good one 👏
The fact that the security guard was involved in stealing John's dead body and burning it,was well included since it would have been absurd if it would have been shown that, the body was stolen from the coffin and burned nearby without him knowing about it.

In a scene, the doctor and Mona were shown talking, where Mona expresses her worry about Alex's condition to the doctor, who assures her that it was just his way of dealing with his father's death which is difficult for anyone to handle. They also talked about Alex's medications, how much John loved his son etc.
Their conversation made it seem that they were concerned about Alex's well-being.
I didn't get it.Since they themselves had murdered John and would any way have killed Alex too as Raghav rightly pointed out, what was the need of the scene? The scene actually made no sense.

Also, since Alex had faked an attack on himself, why was it shown that he saw the same figure like Martin did.Instead Alex could just have been shown to be falling from the window and then giving a statement about it to the team in the hospital.

Last Scene:

Raghav talks to himself, saying that its rightly said that you should not take the law in your hands but he would catch his father's murderer being within the framework of law.
So now it is sure that he will not take any step which may go against his duty.

I had written out this nice, long review on the episode with the pros and cons and then I pressed exit on my Internet accidentally. I don't have the time or strength to go back and write that entire review again.

Overall I liked the episode. There were a lot of twists and turns and the culprit was not easy to guess. And there were very few loopholes as well.

My rating is 4/5.

Hello Beena... wassup!!!

In all ur review as well as the epi was great... loved it!!!
Though the epi had some loopholes like u said the scene where Dr. Mehta and Mona were talking as if very concerned for Alex... and now my review...

My Take... Episode 19... The mystery of broken Coffin and another peek to the painful past...

I liked the scene where Raghav was consoling Alex, John D'Silva and Christina's son... it looked very normal when we watched it at the first time... as if he is feeling his pain coz he is also one of them who had lost his dad at a very young age... but what is normal for us may not be the same for Agent Raghav... He was using his razor sharp mind then too...

Then Dr. Aarti's contribution to the case... the discovery of embalming gel and hair strands... good one...

The scene where Dr. Mehta and Mona werr discussing was actually useless as u said... it is not having any link to the case... Instead if they had shown them talking in a peculiar confusing way that could have given us a hint that they are concerned for Alex... but later on they could have shown it as their plans to kill Alex...

As we all know Raghav is well known for his observations... the discovery of parijaat ke phool on Dr. Mehta's car and even mouthing it in front of Alex so that he doesn't feel that he is the one doubted in Agent Raghav's eyes. Initially the way Alex was behaving I wasn't syspecting him but after the attack on him... i was somewhere feeling that he is the one... and yeah showing Alex witnessing a figure simular to John's corpse was such a big loophole... how is that possible yaar...

Oh... how sweet... Trisha never forgets to bring him a coffee along with hers whenever he is around... this is the third time I saw them discussing a case over a cup of coffee. Sweetness overloaded...

Aankhein coffee peetey peetey mil rahi hain
Aankhein pyaar ke jhonkon se hil rahi hain
Aankhein pyaar ke dhaagon se sil rahi hain
Ye jo ho raha hai, accha lag raha hai
Nasha hai ye pehle pyaar ka (pehle pyaar ka..)
Asar ye naya hai, nazar ne kahaa hai
Palkon pe beth ja tu aa ke
Chaahe meri neend le ja chura ke

This was the song i remembered seeing the scene...

Swati... she is good yaar. Her theories at the start of tge case and then her example of earth being round and hence ghosts can be there... was really good. Raghav was impressed as i was too. She is way better than Gauri as per me... but still it was her first epi... a long way to go now..

The interrogation and Raghav's observation of the couple watch was awesome... Hallucinating meds... again something that pointed towards Dr. Mehta being the killer...

I loved the way Rajbir and Bikram acted in the hospital... so casual that for a second i was wondering if theyhave gone mad to invite Trisha's wrath to themselves... But yaha koi kachha khiladi nahi hai... Kudos to the team!!!
They did that so taaki vo ek teer se do nishaane maar sake... Alex is caught red handed and Mona and Mehta's truthis revealed..

The end was as dynamic as the team itself... Raghav understanding who the thief was... how Mona and Dr. Mehta were lovers... the watchman's death mystery... Martin and his death's reason... and the ghost being none other than Alex itself (P.S. - The faces chosen for father - sin were very similar and hence it gets them a +point)

I also loved the end where Raghav determinedly said that he will do anything he can to get a hold on his dad's murderer.. but being the boundary of law and duties... so natural and the paina sin hoes through was expressed so awesomely by Sharad... Kudos to the actor... love u Sharad!!!

Hindi version of the dialogue...

"Sahi kehte hain... kanoon ko apne haath mein mahi lena chahiye... lekin main kanoon ke daayre mein rehkar bhi tumhe dhoond hi loonga..."

I liked when they showed Alex as a final year MBBS student... good as gives the story a more realistic touch... good!!!

In all i loved the episode... good story with nice acting and good characters.

P. S. - 1. Yaar Dr. Mehta ( His name was Dr. Jagan Mehta in KTLK too... what a coincidence) The duo made me remember KTLK times... lovely...

2. Yaar har episode mein hospital se kuch na kuch lena dena and bhoot - pret, Aatma ke panga hota hi hain...
Chalo hospital ka theek hai... i like it but whats the need to add a ghost to each and every episode... *gives an exasperated sigh* *Insaan bhi murders karte hain...show something like that*

In all a good episode... Shreya di... i miss ur review coz it was one of the bestest and and if u allow me... i would love to give it a 4. 75/5... due to Mehta - Ashu jodi and minimum loopholes...

Hope u all like it...
Regards
Amreen

Good one, Beena. Loved to read your thoughts on the case!😃

I liked the way they unfolded things in the end, especially. It was so well done. All the details were paid attention to.

I for one couldn't really guess who the killer was, the wife or the son :D But I guessed the moment Bikram and Rajbeer made their way out of the hospital, that it was a ruse to smoke out the killer.

What I liked best about the episode was that they used it to convey a point about Raghav's own quest for justice. The situation of the son reflected on his own. Naturally, it was very poignant to see him dealing emotionally with the revelation. You could see that he was in fact sympathetic towards the boy, but couldn't renege on his beliefs as a law enforcement officer. I liked how the conflict was portrayed.

That they didn't go overboard with the horror part but used it effectively to delineate the plot alone was also nice.

The real question, however, is whether Raghav will be able to live up to his ideals and follow through with his conviction about not breaking the law when he finds his father's killer. If required to use a deviant way to find him, will he take it up, or not? And the fact that he carries the star wala paper in his pocket was even more intriguing. I just loved it.

I felt the episode meandering midway through, but it more than made up for it in the end. 8.5/10 for me. Could've used a RaSha moment, though.

Raghav in danger again in the upcoming episode- poor chap!😳

Dang, that sucks. I am perhaps not remiss in saying that we lost out more on you losing the write up than you did!😭 Would have loved to read it.😊

^ I know I had so much fun with this one as well! I remember there were like at least 12 or 14 positives and maybe 4 negatives. It was a great epi and all I remember is giving it a 4. And I usually make it a point to copy my posts after every sentence so that even if I lose it I still have the latest work and I didn't do that yesterday. Made me even more angry.

^ Oh, you do that too? So do I.

IF sometimes hangs up on me at the worst times possible when I have written lengthy pieces of critique, numbered, at that😆 Sad that you couldn't share that piece with us, though.

BTW, I saw that they made Swati a standard member of the team than being a tech specialist alone. A good strategy.

Also, I dunno why it irked me, but in one of the scenes in the conference room Rajbeer laid his hands on the top of Trisha's chair and it irked me. I think it was a spur of the moment thing, perhaps Danish stumbled or something, but it was out of character. I wouldn't dare to lay my hand casually on the head of my boss' chair when he/she is sitting on it.😔

^ Could be something Danish might do when he's with Aahana and didn't realize that he had incorporated it into the scene. I remember that too and added that to my negatives because Rajbir calls Trisha boss, not by her name. If he did then it would make sense.

That's actually sad.Miss your review Shreya.Would have actually loved to read your point of view .

The culprit was indeed not easy to guess. That part was well done. The suspense was well maintained.

Thank you so much Shreya.
