Aahana Kumra to play crime branch officer in 'Agent Raghav'
Actress Aahana Kumra, who made her TV debut as the on screen daughter of megastar Amitabh Bachchan in psychological thriller mini series "Yudh", will next be seen as Trisha in upcoming show "Agent Raghav".
Aahana was earlier a part of veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah's theatre group Motley and learnt her acting skills from him.
She will play the role of a Crime Branch Special Unit head in &TV's new crime fiction show.
"Trisha is a very powerful character. She is strong emotionally, mentally and physically. It's going to be challenging and gratifying to essay the role. I'm looking forward to the show and couldn't have thought of a better role after my debut on television," Aahana said in a statement.
Actor Sharad Kelkar will play the title role in "Agent Raghav", which will start on September 5 and will replace singing reality show "The Voice India".
