I have mixed feelings about this. There could be just 2 options:

1. Either the show is ending
2. There will be a new twist

Actually after watching so many K-serials my mind has started working like one too. I feel Sandeep will go to Bombay and may be will come across some other girl. Remember Urmi asked Sandeep for a key? She might just give a surprise visit and catch him with some other woman. Sandeep might not be cheating but there can be a possible misunderstanding.

OR else like in some other movies the boss's daughter will fall for him and start blackmailing him and in a rush to be big Sandeep might agree to do wrong.

Let's see. I know I made the twist very dramatic. But I would really prefer this drama rather than the show ending... what say folks?!!

Now you have a point here..i will not be surprised!!..and i can tell you why..Indian TV industry has completely changed..now why do Balaji and those type of serials have high TRP's and prime time slots. inspite of showing utter nonsense...now the makers of Aek Chabhi are suffering only because of showing sense..reality...nice normal day to day lives of an average Indian...what was the result of showing this..starplus ignoring the show, gradually giving it a backseat, Indian viewership gradually declining because no drama no action no nonsense and rubbish..no artificial lives and leaps galore...no negative characters..so there you go..i will not pass it off if the makers of this show are planning to change their style too..because it seems they have two choices really..one is to change styly slightly in order to gradually sustain and get higher TRP's...OR THEN..to wrap up and exit gracefully!!!!

We will just have to wait and see how they work this out........

hi welcome to the forum. 😊

a friendly advice - stop watching k-serials, it does things to brains..

and i dont think they will go that dramatic.. anyways, as long as the show stays chabi-ish I will watch it. the moment it turns k-ish. its a goodbye from me.

things can be handled in subtle ways without all that negative drama.. so running out of stories wont surely be a reason to end the show. that I know.

If chabi takes a full ekta turn I will switch off. I know there will be many others who will turn on & stick, but for me the magic will be lost, I don't want to see a chabi with that kind of twists. I can watch any K show instead..what makes chabi so different? Plus, you've got to be careful here. At least now chabi is not competing with any K show, it's in its own category. If they start to compete with the K shows, they will loose..as no matter what they will never match those...

But yes, I think the oppotunity for some change is good and should not be passed up. Bring some new blood in to replace the families/actors that are missing etc...but no such high drama for me thank you!😕

Yea... I totally agree!

After all day's work when we switch on the TV all we get to see is extreme drama and crying... I think ACHPM is one show which is close to reality...

Think its really sad that people are preferring non sensical dramas nowadays...thats the reality.

I am not sure i will like aek chabhi that much if it turns dramatic..i may just watch it as a time pass!!!

As far as Ekta serials are concerned..she is lucky..she doesent need to hire too many creatives for the stories..most of her shows follow a common track..its just portrayed at different junctures here and there in all her serials...key to success!!!

Aek chabhi this week has defintely left uswith a question mark????

nish, I dont think anyone will watch chabi if it takes such a k-dramatic twists..

coz Aek chabi viewers watch it b'coz its chabi-ish - who will stop watching the minute it goes k-way. and kekta viewers have got plenty 'original' k-stuff. why would they wanto follow this?

Sonia, don't know if you remember but at the time when I became active here there was a thread about making chabi K-ish...and I think it was Ksh or Kets who suggested that there was some computer doing some random scene selection..and that's why the serials all felt like each other, same character names etc... 😆

Staarz, welcome to the forum, sorry our comments have been so blunt! That's just how we are here...and you're right...aaj kaal rona-dhona and high twists are everywhere, chabi is good for the soul...

Kets, you are right, there would be no market for a K-chabi (thankfully)

Nisha..you are right..i am ashamed to confess that due to lack of a job and occupation at this point i am following all Balaji primetime serials..and my observations have been that the tracks are overlapping...Dead Ronak who had been burnt is back alive in Kasturi..Same for Tulsi Virani in Kyunki...same for Gauri in Karam apna.they are all back!!!..positive character played by the new tulsi has turned totally negative..same case in kasturi for raunak...and yet again in karam apna a negative character samar has turned out positive!!! ..and i believe kayamath follows a similar track....😆 ..believe me my dear..it is all just the same thing....just a little bit of juggling is required by the creative team....its a pity..i cant for the life of it understand how and why these shows are so polpuar versus our Aek chabhi.....

It went sssoo later.. we had no idea who the ppl were.. buit still kept writing - as u don't need to know what u r doing to keep it writing those things. and it looked perfectly kektaa-ish.
