I had this team for last two years.. first year I was unofficial boss, next year based on the 360 degree review they made me their real boss.. I heard they gave me 95% positives... When My boss told me this I said and wat is the 5% negatives😆😆 But my promotion hit some ppl badly as they were vying for that and I too feel bad for them..😉

No, this is exactly what I imagined...cause this is exactly how I was too. It's being fair, between 9-5.30 I would make them work harder than any other team but would be fair in giving them leave when required..etc..

I dont give them so easily.. Infact they are scared to talk about leaves to me😆 Par haan I would know when they really need leave and will give it.. Its good being stingy in giving things then only they appreciate..😳

And as for your promo(and for yur Sandy too) I think someone here has also said..waqt se pehle or haq se zyaada koi ko kuch mila nahi aur milega bhi nahi..
