😊it was sad epi as gianiji miss his old home and life in lahore i suppose lot of ppl like me have tears, not only from ppl who lived there and have to leave home, (one day they are living with brothers and sisters who lived next door to them next day they have to leave ), but ppl like me who were born long after the sahad line was drown and we only can dream of going there one day, my wish is one day i can make it to the place where my 1st guru was born and our bajurgs have lived undivaided punjab, those 5 rivers that give the land its name (punj-aab) and when ppl do go and visit that wonderfull land they come back and tell us how wonderfull ppl are they welcome you offer you hospitality, make you feel at home, and same when our pakistani brothers come to india, but why dont we see all that on news??? only thing we see is how much hate some idiots can spread. why cant thease polititions understand that ppl are sick of wars and all that hate and they just want to get on with their lives. ok i have blown my steem please guys if you dont like what i wrote dont shoot me 😛

What you wrote shows a lot of heart and passion for wanting peace between Pakistan and India.I really feel where your comin from Sara. Your competely right, its sad that ppl who were once like brothers and sisters now have to fight against one another for survival. Its amazing that in some parts of India and Pakistan that same brotherly love still exists, but the reason we dont see it is because the government wants ppl to see the war to create more hatred. Increasing the hatred means more armies. More money spent for the army. No amount of money is equal to all the innocent lives that have been sacrificed in the name of "freedpom" Since even now we arnt free. We are trapped in a constant war with pakistan. Kill or be killed. Even tho the perverbial olive branch has been offered before, its simply been tossed aside because of a single piece of land. All those lives for land. Is it worth it? In my opinion, heck NO! Thats how i feel n e wayz!

yeah its the goverments and pollys who creat mischief ordenary hardworking ppl just want to get on with their lives, lots of ppl who went to pakistan have told thier children about the homes and villages they left behind and children has come to see the old villages and homes their bajurgs were born in or lived in and same with ppl who has come to parts of india from pakistan have gone to see the pld homes and they tell storys of brotherly love and hospitality, some might say its easy for us to say as we live away from our birth place i see the same brotherly love here too between ppl who came here to live.

Hopefully one day peace will be restored.Media needs to tell stories about the hospitality both the countries have for each other.

I pray and hope that the day is not far away...

I do to LVSGM, but the sad truth is that a lot more ppl have the thoughts of hatred in their minds because its all around them. In the media, and passed down thru their families as well. But you are right in that if the media showed the few that did show hospitality, ppl might begin to change. Change has to start small and become big and the only way is for some initiative to be taken! May the One upstairs answer our prayers.

Keep it real and take life easy
