Haven't seen the promo yet but I can recall what was shown in the precap. His client was guilty and he proved him innocent. Then his client murders someone and Dave claims he's equally responsible.

Initially when KD Sir was fighting the case for the accused man, the PP was Jaiswal. But in the promo it wasn't shown who was the PP when KD Sir himself was accused.
