Aap Ki Antara has given voice to lot of parents with autistic kids
Eversince the launch of a special helpline for Autism queries on the Zee TV show, Aap Ki Antara, a lot of issues and feedback on the show has come forward …A lot of couples have posted their heart-wrenching stories to the channel.
Dubai based couple Manish and Manisha Shah wrote to the channel that though autism cant be completely cured they have made their son Parth compatible with other kids of his age. With constant therapy and reptition of instructions, Parth now can understand things around him. Parth also had met Aamir Khan during his visit to Dubai for the promotion of Taare Zameen Par. The Shahs believe that utmost love, care and patience can help an autistic child live a normal life. While one could draw inspiration from Shah family, the unfortunate incident in Dawar family leaves all of us in tears. 12 years old Gaurav Dawar has been missing since October 2007 from Ludhiana. Since then his parents have been looking for him and all their efforts have proved futile.
