This is an excellent show. I like everything about this serial. However, the way they are showing the financiaI crises of Abhi, I am just wondering if the show is giving a somewhat wrong message for the families with autistic children. Is the treatment/counseling really so expensive? I mean Abhi is a middle class man working for a bank with a small family and his wife is also working/teaching in a school. If this is the case than the poor families should forget to treat their autistic children. right? Please share your thoughts..

on an average a therapy session would cost around Rs 300 3 session in a week minimum, at this rate aditya not abhi will need around 15 to 18 k extra. He earns 35k , his monthly expenditure is 30k this he needs to generate the rest. All this has been explained in the show. and ofcourse he needs money for his sisters marriage. and in india people still dont know about autism, i think thus treating it comes later

Hi.
If it is that expensive or even less than that. Any parent will do whatever needs to be done to improve their child/ childrens conditions. Working 2-3 jobs.. sun up to sun down all in the name of their kids well being. With all that is leaped on him; Antara's therapy; aarti's wedding which seems to be getting bigger and bigger; the rent; more bills. The man right now is strapped for cash. What saving they have they're using it for Antara but also keeping money originally saved for Abhishek's alone. Vidya is a teacher but I think she's part time not a full time teacher and with that I don't know how much they make in India as opposed to the USA or other countries. So yes I like how they're portraying this struggle as real as expected. Because whether it's less than 48,000 rupees or less it's still alot for someone on a budget plus again heap on the lazy butt aarti's wedding which will be a BIG wedding I think the second job is mostly for that more than Antara.
