Episode 13 Close call
Simi is very angry and upset and so is Abhi, Abhi is looking at Anuj and Anita in disbelief. He never thought Anita will do such thing and follow them.
Abhi tells Anita what are you doing here with Anuj? How dare you accuse Simi like that. I am not a baby any more that you have to watch me. Don't create scene in public. I can tell you same thing about you and Anuj. You brought him here didn't you? What is going on between Anuj and you? You have also come to restaurant with him. So is it ok for you to show up with a friend? But If I come with my friend it is a crime, Anita we happen to work together on a project., Please leave now I don't need you to babysit me sis. Your brother is now a grown up man. I am capable of taking care of me and my affairs with other people.
Anita shows them pictures of them together. And starts accusing Simi of trapping Abhi. Anita says: Abhi you don't understand what simi is trying to do. She is unable to find a man. So she is hanging on to you because you are a rich handsome smart man. Abhi you have fallen for her skin color and her so called sweetness and niceness. You will be really sorry to find out she is not what she appears. But a selfish opportunist kind of a lady, Who only hangs out with you so she can set herself for life. She is making you a fool. Brother grow up and understand.
Abhi says: Anita I have heard enough from you, Leave at once . How can you insult a person like Simiji, She is the nicest person I ever met. She is the best friend I ever got. I don't care to explain anything to you. I will talk to mom. You are getting out of control . Sis mind your own business and leave before I loose my cool. I am only nice to you because I am in public place.
Simi also says angrily: Anita mind your own business. I am not answerable to Anuj or you. I have tolerated your obnoxious and rude behavior uptill now thinking you are Abhi's sister. But no more. You are not worth any niceness, You are the ugliest person. Kahan Abhi and auntiji aur kahan tum. I always thought you are a smart woman. But I was wrong. You are very immature shallow and childish. Woman I ever met. I donot appreciate your snobish rude behavior Just leave before I loose my cool or else you will regret it.
Simi says: Anuj I thought you knew your di better than to listen to some strnager. How can you tolerate some one insulting your sister like this Has your blodd turn completely white my brother. Don't forget I practically raised you and taught you all about good and bad. You should have better judgement than to come barging here with person like Anita. You should have common sense to know that she is using you She does not care for you or any one. I don't think she really cares for his own brother or else she will not be behaving with him this way in public place.. Leave right now as I don't awe you any explanation. I will talk to mom and dad. Anuj I care great deal about Ma papaji and their prestige. I will never ever compromise with their reputation. I am aware what I am doing. Get going now.and keep away from selfish rude person like Anita. You are my brother and I love you, But I am not going to let any one walk all over me. Do you understand? I am shocked you are hearing all these about your Simidi and standing quietly. How sad!! Ek bhai Apni bahen ki ijjat ke liye jaan de deta hai aur tum ho ki jo tumhari di ki ijjat ucchal rahi hai uska support karte ho. Shame on you.
Anita is shocked as her face turns dark thinking she thought she will create problem between Anuj and Simi and make troubles for Simi, But the things have totally turned against her as anuj looks down and says sorry di I made a mistake. Anita let us go. . Simi says: Abhi let us go I am in no mood to disucss anything now,. We will it. discuss later.
Abhi says: Why Simiji? Are we afraid of anuj and Anita. Let us carry on they are leaving. Aren't you leaving sis? I will talk to mom today regarding ths.
Anita leaves angrily as her plan failed leaving Anuj behind. Anuj follows her. But Anita goes away.
Simi is very upset and can barely finish coffee. Abhi says: wow Simi I like this side of you and I am proud of you. Abhi is trying to comfort her but he understands that Simi is holding her tears and would cry any minute. and takes her out. He drives her to some remote location. Simi is very quiet trying to control her sadness and tears. Abhi sees more sadness on her face and stops the car.
Abhi says: Simi ye kya? I thought you are very brave independent woman. Then why this sadness. What you did to Anita she deserved it. She needed to be told to mind her own business. I did not feel bad even though she is my sister. Some one needs to straighter her. Simi just keeps quiet.
They get out. Simi is still quiet. She hugs Abhi and cries hard. Abhi comforts her and takes out water bottle. . He walks her to nearby bench. They sit on the bench, Simi puts her head in his chest and sobs, Abhi is putting his arm around her comforthing.
Abhi jokes: arre ye kya maine to socha tha meri billi is sherni magar ye toh bhigi billi nikali. Simi yaar please ro mat. You did the right thing. Chalo ab bas bhi karo mere saamne dekho. He lifts her face and wipes her tears. He then opens the water bottle and make her drink water.
Simi says: Abhi mai koi bhigi billi nahi hun. Samje tum. Mai sherni hun. But I don't like to talk to ppl in such manner. Anita just made me so angry. But I feel bad bow. I did not have to go to her level. Afterall she is your sister.
Abhi says: Simi yaar forget it. Look around my dear. Kitna suhana mausam hai aur kitna pyara nazara hai. Aur hamari simiji ro rahi hai aur lad rahi hai. Yaar you are very unromnatic person. Tum mujhe bhi bhul gayi ho. Please mere sath has ke pyar ki do char baate to kar lo.
Simi says: acccha mai unromantic hun? She holds his face and starts kissing his eyes and nose. Abhi is enjoying this closeness, looking at her very lovingly and naughtily and stops
Abhi says: yaar don't stop. Yet.
Simi says: accha badmash muhe sab pata hai. Tum pure shaitan ho. Chalo ab hume jana hoga. She stands up holding his hand. Abhi says: not so fast madam. He pulls her closer and puts his arms around her. Simi puts his face in his chest. They both stand still closing their eyes enjoying their closeness. Abhi kisses her face and tries to kiss her lips. Simi pushes him away and runs away. Abhi follows her and catches her. They walk hands in hand to the car. Simi is smiling and Abhi is very happy.
Simi says: Abhi I am really sorry I spoiled your mood and said things to Anita afterall she is your elder sis. But we have to be careful. I will tell the truth about those pictures. I was falling and you held me. This can not happen again ib public place. We also have to find secret places for ourselves, Best thing is not to meet everyday. I am sure Anita will follow us again. I don't think she is going to give up yet. Simi is sad again.
Abhi says: arre yaar ye sba chhodo. I don't want to talk about Anita. Just keep smiling. We will be careful from now on. But please don't tell me we can not meet yaar. Simi I can not leave without seeing your face yaar. Tumne mere dil ko beqabu bana diya hai. Anita said something right. You have really done magic on me. Ye becahra din raat tumhara hi intejaar karta hai.
Simi sometimes I wish I grow up very fast and marry you . So you can be with me all the time. I can not stay away from you. But too bad it is not going to happen. That fast,
Simi says: Abhi do you think it is easy for me. Abhi I love you so much and wish I can keep you with me day and night and listen to you. You are charmer my dear friend. You know how to win a woman;s heart. She gets closer to him and kiss his cheek. Abhi starts the car smilingly, Abhi says: Simi I am going to talk to my mom and tell her how you were going to fall and I held you.
Simi also decides to talk to her parents. As Abhi drops her close to her house.
Simi is looking for Anuj. She could not find him in the house. She go ask Manju.. Manju replies. Anuj came home and left saying he is going to meet a friend.
Simi changes and freshens up. She helps Manju in the kitchen. And hears Anuj coming in. She goes to talk to him. But Anuj avoids her.
Simi confronts him saying: anuj we need to talk. Anuj says: Di I am sorry. I was only concern that you were with Abhi so close to our house. You need to be careful about meeting him/. After all Abhi is a man. I know he is very nice and all and may be he is your good friend, Di I really like Abhi. Unfortunately he is much younger than you. I hope marry some one like Abhi.
Simi says: Yes Anuj you are right. I should not meet him in out area. He is a very good friend of mine. I am going to talk to Ma papa today and tell them about the pictures Anita took so she will not try to create more problems. But you need to be careful about person like Anita. She is no good.
Anuj say: But di. I don't think anita is totallly wrong. She is trying to protect her lil brother just like you protect us. She does not know you like I do. I agree she is little paranoid but she thinks she is protecting her brother. How can she know my Simidi is the best person any one can marry. To tell you the truth I would not mind if you marry Abhi. Di he is such good fellow the way he stood up for you and protected you against Anita. Di aap jo bhi karo soch samaj kar karna. All the best'
Simi says: Anuj I care great deal for Abhi. I know he is younger but he is lot more mature and dependable than much older men I know. I am glad we had this talk and happy to find out my brother still care for me. Just be careful about Anita.
They both smile as manju calls them for dinner. After dinner Simi tells Manju about Abhi and her and how she was falling as she is coming out of college in hurry and Abhi saved her holding her and Anita took their pictures .
Manju says: simi beta you have to be careful I really love Abhi so much. He is always there when you need him. He is an angel. But you know how ppl are and we don't want ppl talking about you and Abhi. So be careful when meet him
RS says: Manjuji simi and Abhi are working together. So they have to meet. You should than Abhi for saving your daughter one more time. We need to invite them for dinner. As for Anita I did not like that girl. Simo beta you do what you like and makes you happy. Simi smiles.
That night Abhi also talks to Anusha and tells her how he saved Simi from falling and he saved her and Anita took theit pictures and called Anuj and they confronted them in restaurant.and insulted and accused Simiji so much that poor simiji cried so much.
Anusha says: sorry beta. I need talk to Anita. When will she stop being paranoid about Simi. I know Simi is not opportunist. She is a nice sweet girl. I wish she finds some one just like her. and Anita learn something from Simi,
Abhi says: mom if she continues this. She may push me more towards Simiji. Mom I don't believe in this age thing. Why should it matter if you like some one and some one likes you. Simiji and I are grown up adults. She should not interfere in my affairs.
Anusha hugs Abhi and says: beta calm down. I know you don't care about age differnece. But our society does and so do your parents and your sis. Abhi don't do anything you later regret and push you away from us beta. I really like Simi. But I wish she was your age. It will be good for her sake you only keep working relation and do not get closer or more intimate But I know my Abhi is better judge of things and situation. I will support you in any case.
Abhi says to himself: mom too late now. Sorry mom. I can not stay away. You all have to accept Simi, Aisa chakkar chalaonga ki puchho mat. Mai beta bhi aap ka hi hun. Waise aap bhi ko to simi jaisi bahi chahiyena. Toh Simi kyun nahi?
He calls Simi and ask her if . things are ok with her and her parents and Anuj did not create any problems.
Simi says: Abhi actually tum ho hi itne pyare ke sab tumhe pasand karte hai. Anuj bhi. We may get help from Anuj in future. Looks like he is suspecting there is something going on between us. But he will suppport my decision.
Abhi jokes; haan kya karun mera charm hai hi itna. Dekho tumhe pa liya na.Par tum bhi kuch kum nahi ho darling. You have also done the same with my mom. I am sure she will support us. Simi I love you and everything about you. Arre haan Tum talent evening me aa rahi ho na.?
Simi says: abhi mai kaise aaongi. Your whole family willl be there . Abhi I know yiou will not be able to stay away from me and we will be caught. Abhi I am nor coming. Please try to understand.
Abhi says: simi all I know that you are coming and that is all. If you don't come then I will not be able to perform. Simi I need you and want you to be there for,e. Simi you have to come. I don't care what happens there. But I need you there , Yaar you are my inspiration. I am not taking no for an answer.
Simi says: ok baba I will come there. Let me talk to mrs. Sharma . She will find something to do there for me so I can stay close to you. Are you happy now.
Abhi says: Thank you dear. I will see you then. Good night sweet dreams. Love you.
Simi says: I love you too chalo ab so jao. We will meet in dreams. She smiles and closes her eyes.
Next day she calls Mrs, Sharma. She give simi some responsibility supervise the ppl who decorates the stage. Simi is delighted that she can keep an eye on Abhi's practice and watch him perform, She calls Abhi and gives him good news
Abhi is delighted and asks her to meet him. Simi says: No abhi we are not going to meet. Now enough with your stubborness. Now you have to listen to me, We will meet before your program samaje.
Abhi says: simi ye to sarasar julm hai yaar. Ok madam your wish is my command. But don't think I like to stay away from you. Ok you win.
Next 2 days Simi pretends to appear happy but misses Abhi. Abhi does not call her. She also keeps away/ Though she misses him day and night/
Finally Simi arrives in the college in the afternoon. She helps with decorations and watches students decorate. Simi looks for Abhi . But does not find him, She feels so lonely. She is compelled to go look for him. Most students are gone and hall ways are empty. She looks for him in his classroom. She finds few students she is stopped by Niki. She asks her so are you Abhi;s friend Simiji. He has gone to practice. Simi is finally happy to meet Niki and thank her .
She walks back in hurry and feels some one is following her. But she can't find any one. As she is walking some one covers her mouth and pulls her in the room . Simi is about to scream. But recongnize the touch. Abhi closes the door and turns and starts kissing her neck and, back. Simi feels so happy.
She turns around and hugs him. She says: abhi I missed you so much and your touch. Ab to''' Before simi finishes her sentences Abhi holds her face and looks at her so lovingly/ Simi forgets to talk. They both look at each other and lost. Simi hears some noise and ask Abhi to let her go. Abhi says: Ok but we are not finished I will catch you later. Simi sees some ppl coming and leave the room in hirry and asls Abhi to come later.
Simi goes back to stage. Abhi arrives later. Simi watches him doing rehersal and she is very happy. Finally the stage is done and all the stidents get ready. Simi stis in audience after wishing Abhi good luck Abhi asks for good luck kiss Simi shows him thumb and runs away throwing a flying kiss at him/
Abhi says: simi tumhe chhodunga nahi. Aaj tumhe kiss to dena padega. Abhi nahi to baad mei.
Program starts. But simi;s eyes are only looking for Abhi and she is lost thinlking about him. Till his performance is announced. Simi just lookst at him in amazement the way Abhi looks and performs. She is thinking mera Abhi sach me badshah hai. Hey bhagwan use kisiki nazar na lage. After his performance she claps hardest and wouldn't stop till she realizes ppl are looking at her and she stops and walks away from there. She is waiting outside for Abhi as she wants to say how well he performed. Abhi is also anxious to meet her. But every one stops him and complement him/ He again surprises Simi and pulls her in almost dark area where they barely see each other.
Simi says: Abhi you performed so well. Aaj tumne phirse mera dil chura liya. Ab chalo mujhe jaane do. Abhi says: simi mera inaam. Simi says: abhi I am sure you are going be a winner. Regrdless you are always a winner for me. Chalo aankhe bandh kar lo.
Abhi says: yaar it is dark I can barely see you or you asked me to close my eyes. I will but you have to give me bigger prize. He closes his eyes. Simi holds his face and starts kissing his forehead and his eyes his cheeks and gives a kiss on his lips . Abhi is shocked and delighted and tries to kiss Simi back on her lips
Simi says; abhi now next kiss will be after our marriage. Plz don't ask me again. Abhi smiles and says: simi I understand. I was just kidding.
All of a sudden they hear Anusha and Anita calling Abhi. Simi is scared and pushes Abhi away. Abhi says; simi you go first hurry. I can not leave you alone and go. Simi goes away but runs into Anita. She is looking at her suspiciously. Simi walks away in hurry.
Abhi comes out saying: mom were you calling me I was talking to Niki. She just left. And I was coming back. Luckily abhi had seen her leaving few minutes ago,
Anita tries to tell she saw Simi going and abhi was with Simi but Anusha ignores her. They all arrive in the hall when they announce winner.. Simi is delighted to hear Abhi is winner in dance category for men. Every one claps so hard. Simi wipes tears from her eyes and thanks God that they escaped from being caught,. It was a close call.
