Jumping the Shark?

Thanks to the one minute cut scene of the sindoor ritual a bunch of us didn't know that Simi and Abhi officiated their marriage in yesterday's show. So in light of this recent knowledge, I am really curious as to how KB will continue with its Simi and Abhi drama and keep its viewers engaged. In TV land there is idiom called "jumping the shark" - here is link for those who want to find out more

in my opinion it going to go way better then now, even higher trp ratings are most likely expected. And BTW this is just the begining!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

so true laila it is a peak since many of us had thought that the marriage may not happen for a while and as in many serials they prolonge the marriage for month and sometimes delay for a year brining one problen after another. But then many serials survive after marriage and do even better, the example will be saat phere where lot happened before the marriage as it was based on some what similar concept. where the girl was very dark and was not able to find suitable groom because of her color and lack of dowry,

But finally she found her dream man. Funny thing her childhood friend resurfaced same time and wanted to marry her / So from no taker she found 2 takers. Anyways saloni marries a real prince and their story got best rating for over 3 years till they change writers who decided to kill male lead and brought doom. to the show,

So in essence it is still possble to bring even better story line than ever before let us see what happens, I would say

This is all new begining of happiness and sadness and may be a bitter reality for abhi who always thought getting simi in his life was his ultimate goal. and nothing else mattered to him.

Let us see how the story progresses, I am seeing lot more sadnes and troubles in their life feom where they stand right now.

so picure abhi baki hai my friend and I am sure they are not ready to stop the serial for a long time. Who knows they might create whole new chemistry between abhi simi by changing simi;s character. we saw in that mandap How simi stood up to nakul thrashing him badly.

Let us hope for the best. I am confident show is going to get better,😊and may be it will establish even higher peak. just like saat phere after lead got married.

Creatives never cease to amaze and always keeps us on the toes. I am expecting now even more confident now the story that had gone down the hill will get better.

You call that change in Simi's character?😕 She seemed the same to me. She didn't even look happy when Abhi filled her maang with his own blood and she has not shown an iota of gratitude.

I felt she had a content look wih tears when Abhi filled her maang with blood. She had closed her eyes with expectation that it would be done.

Laila who will be happy when her mom slaps her in front of whole society and disapprove what she did. To me simi was overwhelmed when she closed eyes expecting abhi to fill her maang just like she was when abhi was going to kiss her in that park after he saved manju from taking poison.

hmm...lets keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best.....hope this is just the new beginning and simi gets some sense now and their relationship will become stronger......i would hate to see abhi ( our KB abhi)going the abhi of astitva way.......hope he continues being the sensible mature understanding husband too and supports simi and hope simi too stands by him always......dream come true...for all of us....:)

well to start with we saw a very understanding and matured young boyfriend of simi, may be now we might see very understanding husband and continuing to make her happy also in sad times and also might be bad times cause i know mr. daggar is going to give them very hard time.

i think this serial is unique in its own way, always suprising , even with all that melodrama i am sure they are not going to copy any other serial.
