What is with these characters?

I am amazed at this woman's limited thought capacity and horrific behavior towards her daughter.

As for RS; isn't he supposed to be the man of reason in this show? He's supposed to know his daughter. And didn't Abhi go out of his way to get RS's shop back; doesn't he even wonder why? RS just sits around like chump change and now that his daughter might have been raped or experienced and attempted rape he doesn't care to even see if she is OK?

And this family has no concerns that their daughter is sitting outside alone by a bombfire while they lament on how terrible it is that she is in love or has fallen in love with Abhi? What kind of family is this that they don't even think about her especially after a bunch of gundas come by just a few moments ago.

And what's with Abhi balling his eyes out all the time and pleading with his mother like a 5-year old child? Was that really necessary?

And Neetu; how does getting yourself knocked compare to falling in love with a younger guy? O boy.

And Anita commented that Simi is probably 8-9 years younger than Abhi. That age gap keeps going up and down from 5-6 to 8-9. Heaven help me!!

If Simi continues to sacrifice herself after all this, I will be totally disgusted.

Knowing RS he will probably go to the hospital and tell Simi she can return home as long as she agrees to marry Nukul and he will plead that Abhi stay out of Simi's life. That's probably what we'll see happening in the show...the Nukul character is going to play a part in the show and Simi is very likely going to fulfill RS's request. We have not seen the last of him or dadi.
