I am sure she is feeling that she is the cause of Abhi's accident. and feeling bad and worried Now what will/should she do?

1 call his family and notify them anonimouly or lie that abhi called and she heard some loud noise like crash and he is not responding any more.

2lies to her mom and miss the party

3 will try to find abhi telling manju her friend is hurt in accident and she needs to go to hospital

So what do you think How will Simi react?

I think she will try to find Abhi to make sure he is ok. and may be try to notify his family.

The writers really knew how to create a good cliffhanger. If Simi ignores this situation, she is responsible for Abhi's outcome. She can call Anita and tell them that Abhi called her about a matter and that she heard a crash. She can make up a story (afterall Anuj and Anita are getting married). She doesn't have to say much, but I am certain at this point, Manju will get suspicious. Our only hope is that someone stops and gets Abhi help.

laila exactly my thought. I was thinking the same that now taking my idea they will send abhi in hospital and thinking about it Simi will feel responsible and rushes there to make sure he is ok and will definately tell him she is responsible in sending him here and some cute romantic moments just like my FF, They surely do read trust me and some of the scenes ends up in story line it isn't first time, Anyways as long as we all enjoying a good story with some romance that is all we ask for, it does not matter whose idea it is.😊😉 exactly Simi will call anita and tell her abhi call for some reason. let us see what happens.

Not only that Ramas, he was saying Simi's name at the end. I am curious though, if he was driving somewhere, he would need to get treatment at a place nearby, unless they flew him to a Delhi hospital (or drove him there). Since Abhi's parents are wealthy, I am certain they would want him to have the best treatment.

I hope somewhere down the line Simi will thank Abhi for what he has done for her and see what he means to her. I thought the part where she prayed for his safety was really touching - I love those scenes.

I know just like in my FF abhi is calling out for Simi even when he is unconcious. like they say you call out the person you love when you are not in your senses.. Yup simi was really worried and feeling gulty after saying it loudly, They botha re drawn to each other like a man and woman. Simi will feel real pain and agony knowing it is her fault that she kept him awake and by calling him she distracted him from paying attention to the road. Simi will be totally devastated knowing abhi is hurt.

I feel Simi will tell her mom Mai abhi athi hon and she will go hunting for Abhi and then find him and take him to hospital or someone will guide her that he has been taken to the hospital and she will land here !!!
He will be in bandages and when e opens his eyes he will see Simi infront of him !!!

see the point is , abhi had already started his journey, so simi might not know his exact location which would be a waste of time. Ideally, any passerby should help abhi and seeing the called history in abhi's mobile shud get in touch with simmi .

😭.....poor abhi and simi.......she will lie to her mom and rush to him and take him to hospital and tend to him and will ask him if anything were to happen to him who would take care of her 😳 and slowly both will realise that they are in love....👏😳
