Late at night, roli and others were busy playing a game. While Sid stood at a little distance from them, seemed to be in deep thinking.

When Sameer reached there, he found Sid lost in himself. He then recalled the evening incident.

"Are you okay?" Sameer's question broke the chain of Sid's thoughts.

Sid turned his head to Sameer and found Sameer looking at him. He just nodded his head and turned back to watch roli smiling happily.

"But, you don't look like you're fine. Instead you look so worried" Sameer said after watching Sid carefully for a couple of seconds.

"If there's anything serious, you can share with me. I won't tell to roli" Sameer urged as he understood Sid was bothered by something.

As he said those words, Sid watched him contently as if he was thinking something. For what reason he couldn't understand but, Sid felt like sharing it with Sameer as he slowly spoke "someone's trying to harm roli".

"What?" Sameer widened his eyes in shock. He couldn't believe what he just heard.

Sid watched his shocked face and explained in a nutshell of whatever happened.

"Why the hell would anyone try to hurt roli? She's not the one who'd mess with anyone" being well aware of roli, Sameer couldn't understand why anyone would hurt her.

She was a simple girl who wouldn't even like to get in to arguments with anyone, let alone triggering someone to the extent to attempt killing her.

"Whoever it is. Not going to live for long" Sid said, determinedly. He already had an idea of who could do that. And he knew for sure that he'd deal with the person very soon.

"You said you saw the bike, right? If you know that bike's number, we might get that person. One of my clients brother is a police officer here, we can get his help in tracking the bike" Sameer said, thoughtfully.

"I know it" Sid had thought the same while he was chasing the bike and he quickly registered the number plate in his mind.

Sid told the number while Sameer shared it to his friend, explaining the whole situation.

Sid looked at Sameer as he wanted to say something while Sameer interrupted.

"I won't tell roli anything. You can trust me" sameer's words surprised Sid as he was about to say the same. sid didn't want to spoil roli's mood by saying all these.

"I trusted you already and that's why I told you all these" Sid said calmly. He didn't even tell his own friends about all these till now. But, something made him to share it with Sameer. He himself couldn't believe that he actually trusting Sameer.

"Really? But, roli said you won't trust people so easily" Sameer said with a smile.

"And what else she said?" Sid asked as he took a glance at roli, who was fully enjoying the game and not watching these both guys having conversation.

"She said almost everything. I even felt bored of listening but, she wouldn't be tired of talking about you" Sameer sighed as he reminded of roli's continuous chatter.

"She could never be tired of talking about anything" Sid commented, watching roli while Sameer chuckled in agreement.

They both walked while talking and joined the gang.

"What's with that crying face?" Sid looked at Arun, who kept a weird face.

"He is asking to find a girlfriend for him" Nitesh replied from side.

"Girlfriend or boyfriend?" Sid asked, teasingly.

"You might want a boyfriend for yourself" Arun thrown a water bottle at Sid, which he caught with his hands and drank as he said "thanks. I was so thirsty".

"Then you should actually ask it to roli. She's expert in doing it" Sameer said, looking at Arun.

"Really?" Arun turned to roli in surprise, while she hit her head with her hand.

"Yeah! A few years back she set me up with a girl of my class. And the girl was such a chipku, I had to hide myself in my room for a whole week to get rid of her" everybody burst in to laughter as Sameer said.

"She requested me so much, so I just helped her" roli pouted as all made fun of it.

"Helping others while betraying your own friends is not fair, roli" Sameer said amongst his laughter.

"Then roli should actually help Arun now" Ritika said while laughing.

"Roli, find a girl for Arun too. And she should be even more chipku that he should kill himself to get rid of her" Sid laughed as he said.

"What a kind friends I've got" Arun said in dejection.

They all had fun teasing Arun. After sometime they left to their respective rooms to rest.

---------------

"Again you got saved, roli" a girl said, gritting her teeth.

"Fine. Enjoy your Goa trip with Sid" she said as if she gave up on attacking roli again.

"But, you'll be receiving a surprise very soon. And that will be my last step after which no one could stop you both from being separated. Until then, enjoy your last days with Sid" she smiled wickedly as she thought of her well built plan to separate roli from Sid.

-------------------

Next day, Sid actually thought of returning back to Delhi as he felt it wasn't safe for roli to be here anymore.

However, he couldn't deny roli when she stubbornly wanted to be in Goa. Though he agreed to stay back, he was still worried sick.

And to Sid's relief, nothing strange had happened in the following three days. He was with roli almost all the time and didn't find anything uneven around him.

Meanwhile Sid and Sameer had been in contact with the police officer and tried every possible way to get the guy.

On the sixth day of their stay in Goa, they finally got a lead. Sameer received a call from the officer.

Sameer went to Sid, who was with his gang. He signalled Sid which Sid understood quickly and walked up to Sameer, away from the gang.

"We got the guy who tried to harm roli. He's station now" Sameer informed once Sid reached him.

"Fine, I'll go to station" Sid said as he prepared to leave.

"I too will come with you" Sameer's interruption stopped Sid.

"No. I can handle him. No one else knows about this matter other than us. So, it's better if you stay with roli" Sid's words made quite a lot of sense for Sameer and he agreed to stay back.

In these very few days, Sid had clearly witnessed how caring Sameer was towards roli. So, he genuinely trusted him for roli. He also realized that he didn't need to be jealous of Sameer. For he understood roli and Sameer were only best friends, who cared for eachother.

A few minutes later Sid reached police station. As he entered in, he found the guy, whom he saw in coffee shop, sitting in a wooden chair.

And like a thunderstorm, Sid rushed near him and throttled him to the ground.

The guy fell down with a thud sound, grabbing everyone's attention in the room.

Sameer's friend immediately rushed to Sid and pulled him back before he could actually kill the guy.

"You can't do this. It's police station. Please understand" officer patiently explained to Sid, who was shaking with anger.

Sid took a deep breath to calm himself and squatted down before the guy.

"Only one question, who told you to do this?" Sid straightly jumped to the point. He knew there was no reason for this guy to attack roli unless someone else told to do so.

"I.. I don't.. know" the guy replied in shivering tone only to receive one more punch from Sid.

With the two strong punches, the corner of his lips started bleeding. "I really... Don't know. I only.. talked on phone. I.. never saw.. the person" the guy said amongst the pain he felt through punches.

"You mean you don't know for whom you're working?" Sid scoffed.

"I got payment through bank account. And she used to give orders through phone. I really never saw the person. I'm telling the truth" the guy literally started crying out of fright.

"She?" Sid frowned as he heard the word 'she' from him.

"It's a girl, who told me to do this" as the guy finished speaking, Sid stood up.

Sid had guessed it already. And he knew who that girl probably would be.

"What do we do next?" Officer turned to Sid and asked.

"He shouldn't get out. Let him rott in the jail" Sid said, authentatively. Though the guy just did it for money, he still tried to hurt roli. And Sid wouldn't let him off the hook easily.

After completing the formalities in police station, Sid returned to the resort.

"Where you got disappeared till now?" Roli enquired as Sid reached her.

Sameer too was there with roli to keep her engaged so that she wouldn't go searching for Sid. By the look on Sid's face he understood that matter must be serious.

"We're leaving tonight" Sid calmly informed.

"Why so suddenly? Still two days are left for our trip" roli pouted.

"We're leaving and that's final" Sid was determined at his decision.

"Then you go. I'm not coming" roli responded, stubbornly.

"Can't you just listen to what I'm saying without any drama?" Sid suddenly yelled, making roli jerk a little.

Even Sameer was surprised at Sid's sudden outburst.

"Roli, stop being stubborn. And listen to him" as though Sameer had understood Sid's concern, he tried to help him in convincing roli.

"You're my friend. You should support me, not him" roli stared at Sameer like an angry kid.

Sid was already angry as hell and he literally lost his patience watching roli's childishness.

"Listen roli, Naina is here and she's targeting you. It's not safe for you so we must leave" Sid revealed as roli looked at him stunned.

"But, she left Goa on the day we came. She's not here" roli spoke after a few seconds of silence.

"She left? You believed her?" Sid looked helpless.

"But, she changed now. She even apologized me. Why would she harm me?" Roli was puzzled. She didn't know what was happening with her.

"She can't change, roli. She's a psycho. You don't know what she did to Ritika. And I'm scared if she would do the same with you" Sid said bluntly.

At the moment, Sid was really scared. Scared of loosing his roli.

"What she did to Ritika?" Roli asked slowly.

Sid just realized what he blurted out. He calmly looked at roli as he recalled that day.
