Chapter 23

Part. 23.

Geet kept herself busy in her work but she was scare from Maan reaction then after dinner she went to dadi room as she was having foot pain she giving message to dadi she slept and when Geet felt dadi is sleeping peacefully she went to her room but now she was fully tired mentally and physically and as she enter in the room she lay on the bed she felt relax. Maan enter in the room he saw Geet was laying on the bed and closing her eyes he turn and lock the door.

Geet open the eyes when she hear door being locked she her face to other side but her breath stop when she saw Maan hard face and anger in his eyes she sit straight and lower her eyes also try to prepare herself for worst. Maan went near her and as he took step near her her heartbeat rose then he said her.

M. Geet show me your hand (Geet look at him fearful he again said) I said show me your hand (she try to say him.

G. Jii woh (he cut her and said.

M. Didn’t I say to you show me your hand (he move his hand to see her burn hand but Geet thought he is going to slap her so she kept hand on her face and said him.

G. I am sorry sachii sorry don’t beat me please (Maan was shock seeing her this fearful he control his anger, he took deep breath then going near her he remove hand from her hand from her face also clear her tears then making her look at him he said.

M. I may be get angry on you but I will never harm or slap you remember that okk (Geet nodded her head then he ask her) why you didn’t tell me in morning about this incident (Geet lower her eyes he again make her look at him then ask her) tell me Geet I am waiting why you didn’t tell me about this (Geet softly said him.

G. Woh I was scare (Maan then ask her.

M. Why (she didn’t know what to say but he understood her silence then he said) if Samrat would have not told me I would have never know about this (she said him.

G. Jii sorry (Maan said her.

M. You better be and next time never what ever happen you will tell me everything ok (Geet nodded her head and said.

G. Jii paka I will tell you everything (then he said.

M. Now show me your hand (Geet move her hand from back and show him, his eyes become wide to see her hand was fully red then he ask) did you apply any medicine on your hand (she nodded her head in no it anger him then he said her) are you mad or what why yo didn’t apply anything on your hand (lowering her eyes she said.

G. Chachi saa want to apply medicine on my hand but I didn’t let her do that because dadi saa said if chachi saa will help me than she will also punish her that I didn’t want (Maan closed his eyes his pain then he went away after few minutes he come back and was going to apply cream on her hand but she pull her hand back then said him) Jii please dadi saa will be angry (Maan was going to scold her but seeing her fearful face he said her.

M. I will handle dadi saa (she cut him and said.

G. But Jii (he cupped her face then ask her.

M. Do you believe me (Geet nodded her head then he said) then leave other thing on me okk (Geet give him small smile, Maan start to apply cream on her hand as he start to apply cream on her hand Geet start to felt burning sensation in her hand she said him.

G. Jii please it’s burning (holding her hand Maan said.

M. Relax it will go away relax just for few minutes (Geet tears fall from her eyes but Maan clear her tears and said) just for few minutes it will be fine (he give her medicine seeing this she give him confused look but he said) you are burning with fever had the medicine (she eat the medicine which he give her then holding her he slept also caring that not hurt her burn hand.

Next morning Geet was the first one who woke up, she saw Maan was sleeping peacefully and small smile come on her face when she remembered that how much he care for her then moving away from him she went to get fresh after that she went down to help her chachi saa in work. Maan who woke up he saw he was alone and when he saw the time he saw it was later then he went to get fresh after he went down where he saw Geet was working as she was setting the table.  Maan was angry at her working but he know she is helpless they all had breakfast together then Maan left to meet his dadi after they had conversation for few minutes then she finally said.

D. As you wish (he smirk listening to her then he said.

M. I am doing that dadi (saying this he left to his room. Neha who come to kitchen then she saw Geet was working so she said her.

N. Geet bahu saa (Geet give her small smile and said.

G. Jii chachi saa do you need anything (Neha said her.

N. Geet bahu go and see if Maan need anything as he is going back (as Neha said this Geet was shock that Maan is going but Neha again call her) bahu are you fine (Geet give her small smile then said her.

G. Jii chachi saa (then she left to their room. Geet enter in the room saw Maan was packing and he was also taking on phone but her heart was broken as he was again going to leave her also thinking of this she was scare.
