Vicky went missing for more than a week…

Annie got scared and called Maan….

Maan was still in Bangalore…

Maan got mad knowing that Madan sent Annie back to the Handa house without his knowledge…

He was angry with Annie too for not informing him about that…

But Annie thought Madan would have consulted Maan and Maan would have given the green signal….

Annie didn’t talk to Maan for she was angry that Maan didn’t call her once to ask her about how she was doing after returning to the Handa house….

Maan asked Annie to immediately return to KM and never to leave from there until he came back, not even if Vicky himself came and asked her to come with him…

That time Geet came home for the vacation and was shocked to know about the happenings…

No one told Geet anything about it, not even Annie…

They didn’t want to trouble her as she was in a far away land pursuing her higher studies….

It was her dream to do that MBA… she has plans to join her father’s business and wedding planning is just her hobby…

Maninder always says that Geet is his business heir…

Geet tried to contact Vicky… she knew that he would have gone back to Mumbai only…

Vicky was in Mumbai trying his luck in the film industry for two years…

Maninder gave him two years when Vicky told that he wanted to be an actor…

Vicky joined some acting classes, dance school and also a martial arts class…

Then he got pulled into the drug mess …. Then Mr. Handa used all his powers and money to rescue his son…

Vicky was put in rehab, he tried to escape from there a couple of times and got punished severely for that…

He then attempted suicide once…. Then he slowly came out clean and started going to Handa office…

Maninder was happy that his son was saved from the clutches of hell at last…

Then Ranno suggested that they got him married and divert his attention permenantly from the bad habits…

Ranno’s notion was that, her bahu would keep her son in her control with her love…

She believes that men are always women’s slaves if the women played the right cards…

That’s true with Rano to a large extent….

But Annie is naïve and innocent, she needs someone to take care of her….

Maninder felt that Annie’s life is unnecessarily being ruined because of this wedding, he said that Annie is free and that wedding was a huge mistake, he also declared that his son doesn’t exist for him, and he is no more part of the Handa family….

Geet contacted some of Vicky’s true well wishers at Mumbai… those were the ones who helped save Vicky last time too…

They had given up on Vicky but Geet begged them to help one last time…

They told Geet about Vicky’s whereabouts and asked her to take care of it on her own…

They had a fall out with Vicky and he was with dangerous company that time….

So they didn’t want to get into any trouble and ruin their lives …

Geet went to KM to meet Annie immediately…

Geet told Annie that this was their last chance to save Vicky…

Annie believed Geet’s words and went to Mumbai with Geet…

But there when they went out chasing Vicky in the address they got, Vicky and his gang ran away from there after they got the news of a police raid…

The girls got arrested along with the others present there…

Annie contacted Maan immediately… Maan was luckily in Mumbai, he had gone there to talk about a new business with someone he met at the conference…

Maan rushed to the station and released the girls… .

Maan thought about leaving Geet At the station itself to suffer for a second, but though he might not have a heart he has a brain that keeps warning him about what he shouldn’t do…

Maan got pissed off, he destroyed Annie’s mobile by throwing it under a truck…

He warned Geet and her family never to contact Annie in the future….

He also warned his sister that she has no business with the Handas thereafter if she wished to come home with Maan… .

Maan gave her the option to go with Geet if she wished on one condition, that Annie would forget the Khuranas forever….

Annie obviously went wit her brother biding farewell to Geet and the Handas’ forever…

Geet returned to Delhi on her own and she felt guilty of putting Annie’s life in danger for the sake of her hopeless brother…

She then felt that Maan was right that time, Annie is better off without her brother…

Geet went to KM before going back to NZ, to apologize to Annie for her mistakes…

Geet confronted Maan downstairs itself… Annie was in her room…

Maan’s anger lost control seeing Geet again…

Maan told her that he was going to get his sister married into a good friend’s family and candidly told Geet that he didn’t want her sister to have contacts with her forgettable past so that she won’t have any problems in the future…

Geet understood Maan’s point and left from there quietly…

From then on Geet kept praying for Annie’s happiness at least in her second marriage….

Maninder made Geet promise that she would forget Vicky and would never do anything stupid again… He vowed that anyone who wants Vicky can forget him…. It’s either him or Vicky…

Geet then gave up looking for Vicky…. From then on everyone pretended that Vicky is non existent…

Annie found out that she was pregnant with Vicky’s child..

Pummy wanted her to drop the child and marry Arjun ..

But Annie wanted to have the child as it was her baby…

Maan left the decision to Annie itself for he wanted her to make her own decisions and fight her own way to success in this unapologetic world….

He basically wants her to stand on her own feet… own up her life and live it accordingly to her will and wish at least after all this sour experiences….

Let her have her child, let her feel the necessity of a partner and then they can think of a second marriage…

If she decides that she will take care of her child and be happy with the baby, then Maan is there to look after them till his last breath….

This time he won’t let anyone ruin her life, if at all someone does ruin Annie’s life in the future, it should be only Annie and not anyone else… That much Maan was sure about it at that time….

Maan thought that Annie needs to forget that useless Vicky first…

Maan had started a huge joint project with Arjun at Chennai..

Maan was going to Chennai for that project was going to take KC to the next level, and put them on top of their business leaving the others far behind…

Maan didn’t want to leave Annie alone…

Maan took her along with him….

As Geet had told everyone in her family that Annie is getting married to someone from Chennai, the Handas thought that Annie married and settled in Chennai itself…

The word in Delhi was that the Khuranas are trying to get their daughter married to some old family friends in Chennai with whom they have partnered a new business there….
