As soon as Kushi attended the call, a loud cheerful voice reached her ears "Surprise! Guess where am I? I am in Delhi, birthday boy!" Lavanya screamed through the phone making Kushi to hold it little away from her. "Excuse me. Who is this?" Kushi asked in annoyed tone.
Her question was followed by little silence before Lavanya started to stammer in doubtful voice. "i am ...i mean this is Lavanya. Where is Arnav?"
"He is not at home. Call later." Kushi answered in uninterested tone and was about to cut the call when she heard lavanya's voice again.
"Not home means? Where did he go? I mean at this time...wait... who are you? Why are you attending his personal number that too at this odd hour?" Lavanya went on stuffing Kushi with series of questions.
"Actually I have to ask you that question! Who are you? Why are you calling my husband at this odd hour?" Kushi sneakily asked arching her eyebrows in amazement. Then she heard some huffing puffing noise from other end. "Husband?...who are you?"
"Kushi." she answered, her voice filled with authority. "Kushi Arnav Singh Raizada."
