What a person!

Shivansh returned home late throwing himself to his bed only to fall on sleeping Prarthana, the first thing that came to his mind was Poonam. "What the hell are you doing here?"

First of all get off me please", Prarthana was almost choking

Your voice sure seems surprised " ofcourse it's me grandma told me to stay for the night and forced me to stay here "

Ofcourse I didn't, I only touched your lamp, your couch , your bed

Didn't you just say you touched nothing? His frown quickly turned into a smile as she poured looking at him innocently

I will sleep elsewhere, you can have my bed but no more touching

Now it's fine I didn't want to refuse grandma but now since she is asleep I can sleep peacefully in the guest room"

What do you mean?" He started frowning again

Actually it's three vacant rooms" she quickly held her lips as he glared at her

Before it struck 7am Prarthana had already prepared breakfast for both of them leaving a note for Agni that she would be back soon .

Would you stop using your phone on the dining table " Agni asked

Don't worry grandma I will end things just waiting for the right moment and moreover Poonam went to stay with her grandma in Indore so once she returns I will".he assured smiling

Agni shrugs" Ok Prarthana's heart shouldn't be played with by anyone "

In the evening Agni laid happily getting a foot massage by Prarthana

Prarthana dear , I forgot to ask why did you return to being my housekeeper?"

Because I love grandma so much , I should have sooner but ..

Shivansh held Agni's leg for a while fidgeting to himself he was confused on what to do, as he commenced with his perfect massage Agni yelped in pain dragging back her leg, Prarthana burst into laughter

Mr Shivansh Randhawa you can't know everything " Prarthana said triumphantly signalling him to move aside

Prarthana let's watch a horror film when you are done massaging my feet" , horror films were what Prarthana dreaded the most , it could get her shivering she hated them or perhaps was so scared of them but Agni enjoyed them. She was a totally different woman she loved doing what makes her happy and didn't care about people she lived in her own world of utmost confidence .

Shivansh and Agni were so happy watching the film, Prarthana literally forced herself to sleep . He knew one more thing about his grandmother

Some days later Shivansh called Prarthana late at night which irked her

Mr Shivansh this is past 10 pm I got to sleep

Sit in the dining I will make something for you " she forced out a smile swallowing in her annoyance

Ok, he sat quietly stealing glances at Prarthana " she is truly nice , no what are you thinking Shivansh,she is your fake girlfriend "

Time flies and two weeks were gone . Prarthana and Shivansh were closer , she thought him how to roll Roti which he was truly fascinated when he saw her doing it at first . They also argued at the drop of a hat but it wasn't a fight , more of a cute banter.

They could talk about anything and everything, ofcourse he always sang his own praises, blew his own trumpets that it sort of got contagious, even Prarthana had become quite the fan girl. Even Gayatri and Piya are now also his fan girls but they seem to have forgotten he isn't Prarthana's real boyfriend.

Although, they were now friends Prarthana still remembered the scary contract he had her sign and she knew if she breaks any rule, he would be getting a free fifty thousand without working.

His rule was simple ; don't enter my room or even though you enter do t touch my things , don't try to seduce me, don't act too smart like seriously Prarthana almost choked when she saw "seduce" what does he think of himself he is not so great , yes height and all but is he gold ??

Shivansh paused outside Agni's door he could hear laughter and it was very cheerful , quite infectious. It began as a silent chuckle then slowly turned into a mirthful but stilted giggle which transformed into a chortle.

Agni was narrating Shivansh childhood to Prarthana. She brought out his baby photos, he loved sucking his thumb . Prarthana was captivated touching the photographs like it was gold. Shivansh stood quietly outside the door touched by everything, his grandmother still held unto his baby photos and he don't really have a photo of her . He pretended not to have heard anything walking away .
