Chapter 5 - Teri Adaayein Bhi Alag Si Lage..

The car was on Highway, and Khushi had been looking out of the window, wondering where they were actually going.. The car passed some Highway and Khushi kept silence throughout.. ASR too drove without disturbing the silence between them..

After a little long drive, Arnav stopped the car in front of some Huge Party Plot and asked Khushi to get down.. He parked their Car and came to her to move in taking her hand in his..

It was Arnav's Friend's Wedding, and Khushi and Arnav came down from the stage having Congratulated the Couple who just got married a while ago.. Arnav and Khushi now stood in a corner, with silence around them..

Arnav-Erm.. Khushi.. Let's take dinner?

Khushi sighed and nodded looking down.. Arnav read her disappointed face and turned to see something after which he took a deep breathe with a smirk coming on his face out of no where..

Khushi was surprised and struggled when Arnav pulled her hand and took her On a small Platform and held her waist keeping her hand either hand on his shoulder and now holding the other..

There were already a few couples On The Floor, dancing with the soft music going in the back ground, and getting what Arnav was intending to do with her in front of all, Khushi felt shy and embarrassed after a few seconds..

Khushi-Arnavji!! What are u doing??

She tried to get out of that almost hug, when he made her lock her eyes with his and asked in a husky voice..

Arnav-I want to dance with u, cant I?

She gulped and looked down feeling him so close to her, in public!

The lights were dim and no one cared for who was doing what, but Khushi being Khushi felt every eye of this room on her and them, and looked the other way and spoke feeling awkward..

Khushi-Arnavji! U know na, I can't dance..

She said feeling low, and he stopped moving.. He held her chin to raise her face and breathed on her lips, and whispered there..

Arnav-But I can always make u..!

Khushi's looked in his eyes and heart skipped a beat as his fingers roamed on her open waist which made a shiver run down her nape.. Arnav smirked and pulled her form on him and made her dance with him.. She soon got adjusted to the atmosphere around, and after sharing a small dance, they went down for Dinner..

Khushi was feeling happy, having had a dance with Him and a dinner too! But still the thing she was waiting for was not out from his mouth, yet.. Was he even planning to say? Did he even remember to say it?

Khushi felt an urge to directly ask him if he remembered their special day, and thought to wish him from her side before the day ends in a wait.. She turned to see the side of her right devoid of him, and saw him ahead, talking to some person she was unable to see..

Taking a few steps ahead, she saw him with some of his Business associate and grumped..

Khushi (self thought)-Here also!! How did he manage to find his official contacts here too?!

She turned her back at him not moving towards him.. After a while, she was not able to stand alone, and turned behind to see Arnav not standing there where she last spotted him..

She looked around and felt a tap on her back to look that her Arnavji were just behind her..

Arnav-What happened Khushi? Were u finding me?

He frowned his brows and little did she see that there was a smirk on his face.. She flared her nose dropping the plan of wishing him anything from her side and looked down..

Khushi-I was waiting here alone, for u.. *looks at him* Why u left me alone here?

Arnav-Khushi! I just met one of my associates and - -

Gulping the lump in her throat, Khushi replied cutting him..

Khushi-And u left me.. Whatever Arnavji.. I won't ask u anything..

Arnav was tongue tied to see her so irritated.. Her eyes showed the emptiness of her heart, and he knew it was time.. He opened his mouth, to close again, when he heard from her..

Khushi-I miss my baby.. I want to go back to Aarav, take me back, plz..

She closed her eyes clutching his hand cuffs and asking him to move.. He looked down and led her to the parking from where they left taking their Car..
