"No Randhir ,no.I won't let you destroy your future like this."he yelled at his son throwing his half empty whiskey bottle on the floor angrily.
Randhir had arrived to Delhi that night wanting to seek help from his father,the only person he thought would help him in this situation.
Randhir: Please Papa, I love her.(He begged his Dad literally by joining his hand)
Randhir's Dad: Tum samajhta kyun nahi! She is trying to manipulate you.Phasa rahi hai woh tumhe.Apne future ke saath tumhara future bhi barbaad karna chahti hai woh ladki.
Randhir: No dad ! Not this time. I need to take care of her.Please dad sirf aap hi ek ho joh meri madad kar sakte hai.Please don't do this.
Dad: I'm sorry. Maine tum he as a single parent bada kiya hai.Tumhe padhaya hai and that's how you treat me? No, no.You have to choose .It's either me or that bloody b*tch who is probably not even carrying your child.Tum samajhte kyun nahi.
Randhir:What? Aap aise ...? Of course that is my child I know it !! I know it! ( shocked by the harsh words used by his Dad for Sanyukta).
Randhir was trying to convince his Dad so badly that he broke down at one moment.He needed to take care of Sanyukta.He needed money for her check ups , her health , to fund her education and he would do almost anything for it.But he also couldn't forget what his Dad means to him after all what he is today is all because of him.He owes him his life.
Suddenly,
Dad: Ek shart par, on one condition I will help you.
Randhir quickly wiping his tears.
Dad : I will help her. Her hospital check up, her fees, everything.I will take care of it. But henceforth , tum Sanyukta naam ki kissi ladki ko nahi jaante...Do you get it ?

Sanyukta was looking outside her window, trying to admire the cold breeze which was drying her tears away.It's been a week since her last encounter with Randhir.As he left the room that night , Parth found her sobbing.He arranged a room for her in a guest house, he was very supportive and helped her out without asking her a word.Soon Sanyukta thought it was her duty to reveal the truth to her friends as they were being tortured equally by not knowing anyway.If not now they'll come to know eventually,she thought.She owed it to them.They were all sitting in her guest house devastated.She disclosed every minute detail except who the father was as she thought it wasn't right to scandalize Randhir ,she didn't want people to think less of him. It wasn't even his fault,she believed.
Kaustuki was initially disappointed in her.She couldn't believe why Sanyukta would wreck her marriage by sleeping with someone else.She was feeling uncomfortable around Sanyukta.And it didn't go unnoticed by Sanyu but she didn't blame her.They all left her guest house and that night no one got any sleep.They were all thinking about the unfortunate incident that took place with their best friend. Even Vidushi for a matter of fact.Kaustuki was lost in her thoughts, If I were in Sanyu's shoes and she was in mine , what would have she done for me...
The next day Kaustuki stormed into Sanyu's guesthouse.
" Sanyu, I'm moving in with you. I'm going to take care of you."
Sanyukta just smiled...
It was the end of their second year , their 3 month vacation had begun.Kaustuki used to take care of Sanyu like a baby, she managed all her household chores,fed her, took her to a local doctor often etc .She was daily visited by her friends who made sure she was never alone. She had now created a tiny little world of her own and she considered herself to be blessed for having wonderful friends who were now her family.
Although sometimes she missed playing with those machines, the smell of grease on her hands, completing tasks successflly, receiving exclamations of appreciation from her classmates and teachers. But most of all she missed Randhir. She wondered where he was, how he was doing, she now chose to believe that Randhir didn't want to be a part of her upside down life but she had no complaints.
Her thoughts of becoming an engineer were slowly fading away.Parth also suggested her to continue college and offered her to manage her fees with the money he had collected through fight clubs and working as the lab assistant.But Sanyu knew she couldn't do that.She appreciated his help. But as much as she wanted to get back to college she couldn't do this to him.It was his hard earned money.Parth genuinely cared about her, he wanted to see her happy and he too was ready sacrifice anything to put a smile on her face.
Now she had completely lost any hope of getting back to college . But just then she was visited by the dean of the college.It took her by surprise and what he said further astonished her.
Dean: Sanyukta, we know about your condition, don't ask me how.I know what happened with you is terrible and I feel sorry.But I have news for you.Your fees for the rest of your academic years in FITE has already been sponsored.Also your hospital expenditure for you and your child has already been covered.
Sanyukta: ( was dumbfound) But sir ..
Dean: No. no ! Don't ask me how . I am not allowed to disclose the details as to who the person is.I'm sorry.He has chosen to remain anonymous.Just consider him to be your well-wisher.Welcome back to FITE Sanyukta Agarwal, we've missed you.
(and he walked away with a smile)
Kaustuki overhearing the entire conversation came and hugged Sanyu pouring all her happiness.Sanyukta was overwhelmed , she could not control her joy and she broke down into her arms. Everyday she thanked god and appreciated the generosity of the person who chose to help someone as useless and unwanted as her.
She celebrated with her friends but the one she wanted to share her happiness with wasn't even around...
...
It was a fresh year. The first day of their 3rd year in college. Everyone was excited but Sanyukta seemed a bit nervous as her baby bump was clearly visible now. They all escorted her to college and she had finally moved into her old dorm room with her old room mates. She was happy that she was setting back her foot into FITE after all this, she never thought it was possible. She was finally walking down the corridor when she witnessed people staring at her bulged tummy, she heard whispers and she tried to avoid any eye contact with anyone looking at the floor, she stopped suddenly as she thought she couldn't take it anymore.The word had obviously gotten around.Soon she felt a tight grip on her hand pulling her forward.It was none other than Vidushi. She was someone who was fearless, fortitude was her biggest talent and Sanyukta knew that . She marveled at the way Vidushi held her hand and walked her to her class.Suddenly she heard the entire corridor echoing with claps, she was stunned.She realized that all people weren't jerks. There are souls on this planet who acknowledge bravery , and the attitude to fight back and bring your life back together. She heard people cheer, " Go Sanyukta.. ", " We love you.. " , and that made her day , she was elated. She never expected such a warm welcome.
After the day that went of smoothly , Sanyukta was returning to her dorm room. And there she saw Randhir , with his clean shaved face back to his old MCP look. She was glad to see him ,they were crossing paths when she stopped and said , " Randhir.. !!! " , exclaiming her excitement. He looked at her face , pretended not to recognize it and walked right past her...

GUYS i am extremely sorry for this non Sandhir chapter, but there had to be a chapter like this to show sanyukta back in college and stuff .. I am really sorry !! i hope you like it and i promise to update the next part in one or two days .. leave your comments !! Merci :)
