CHAPTER 4: Dheere Dheere Laage Re Saibo

Khushi was just staring at him. She was very well aware that it was her prince. The same eyes, and he has not changed much in these 8 years. But yes, he is more handsome.

Arnav cleared his throat that's when khushi realized that she was literally ogling at him. Immediately she lowered her eyes and her neck started going red that spread on her cheeks as well. She locked the strands of hair behind her ears and turned when Akash said,

Akash: Guys, Dance floor is still open, come on, DJ play some good number.

Saying Akash pulled La to him and started dancing.

Arnav was still looking at Khushi. She was looking beautiful in that bottle green color saree. Her long silky hair swaying in the air and a naughty strand of hair that was blocking his view of the beautiful hazel brown orbs. On the whole Arnav was clean bowled seeing her for the first time. And the way a beautiful shade of pinkish red adorned her cheeks he just wanted to taste those. The rose petal like soft lips. All he could think was how soft it would be against his manly rough lips.

That's when the music changed. Khushi lowered her lashes and looked at him through the corner of her eyes. Arnav forwarded his hand to her and looked at her intensely. Her mind was racing. She still couldn't believe that he was really standing in front of her, and standing so close to her and looking like that. In fraction of second many questions raised in her mind.

How come he is here?

If he is here, then does he remember her?

If he does, then what will be next?

Will he call her princess and take her in his horse like a fairy tale?

If he doesn't then what should she do?

Make him remember her?

Or just leave it on her fate?

Why is her heart racing like some acidity DHAK DHAK?

Why was he looking at her like that?

Is he trying to recognize her?

Breaking her Shatabdi Express of questions Arnav asked,

Arnav: Would you like to dance with me PRINCESS?

Khushi's breath stopped. Everything around her went blank. All she could see was just him and all she could hear was his voice calling her PRINCESS.

She slowly slid her hand on his as he swiftly brought her to the center of the dance floor.

Khushi looked into his eyes as he kept her hands on his shoulders. He looked into her eyes as she kept staring at him. Her Hazel brown orbs were going darker which made his chocolate brown orbs also to have darker shade in response.

Mann yeh saahib ji, jaane hai sab ji
Phir bhi banaye bahaane

Khushi slowly came near his ears keeping her hands on his chest near his heart and whispered

Khushi: I dono to dance

She fluttered her lashes making his heart beat crazily under her soft palm

Arnav: So what Princess? Just follow me and please give me the honor of being your dance partner tonight.

He whispered back making her breath heavy as he started caressing her bare waist which was peeking from her saree creating havoc in his senses.

Naina nawaabi ji, dekhe hain sab ji

Khushi being fast learner learnt to follow his steps soon and started swaying along with him. They both were dancing so lost in them that they forgot the surroundings and mainly Khushi forgot the time.

Dheere dheere, nainon ko dheere dheere
Jiya ko dheere dheere bhaayo re Saibo
Dheere dheere, begaana dheere dheere
Apna sa dheere dheere lage re Saibo

Arnav checked the hall once and saw everyone busy. Then he looked into the eyes of the beauty in his arms. His eyes were stuck to hers and one of his hand stuck to her waist while other got stuck to the small of the back.

They kept staring into each others eyes. Their each part of body was acting on its own accord.

Surkhhiyaan hain hawaaon mein, do dilon ke milne ki
Ho! Arziyaan hain nazaaron mein, lamha yeh tham jaane ki
Kaisi huzoori ji yeh lab dikhlaaye

Arnav was not able to leave her. That made him ask her.

Arnav: Princess I think this will go on till midnight. Do you need to stay that long?

Khushi who was still looking into his eyes just nodded in denial.

Arnav: Fine then. I also don't want to. So tell me. Would you like to continue in your place or my place?

His question, song and her trance ended perfectly in a sync.

Khushi's heart broke into N number of pieces. She thought that like her he will also remember her. But all he did was lust over her and planning to take her for night. So he dint address her as Princess because he recognized her, but because he thought her to be a..

Huh She was not able to think anything else as he interrupted her thoughts train.

Arnav: Princess, I will bring my car. Then we will decide the place. Wait in the reception area.

Khushi was stunned to react anything. Here she was still hoping him to recognize her while he was planning his night with her.

Arnav who went to Parking lot to bring his car was wondering what happened to him.

He was not a person who would take any girl like that. And that too he Is not someone who would force himself on a girl like that in very first meeting.

But her hazel eyes, was disturbing him a lot. The way she placed her hand on his chest, don't know what happened but his heart started racing like horses in race.

His hand on her waist, he felt so homely. He dint know how his hand went to her waist. But he couldn't resist her. He felt her so soft, untouched. She had pure and innocent eyes. He has never seen someone like her. But his mind alerted,

YOU HAVE SEEN THIS SAME PAIR OF EYES BEFORE.

But he brushed of that thought as his mind went to the effect she had on him. The moment she touched him he went all numb. The world stopped for him. Never has someone affected him so much, though he was surrounded by models.

As the thoughts kept racing in his mind he reached his SUV. He ignited his car and brought it to the front door of the party venue where he asked her to wait. But his wait was meant to never end as she never turned up.
