Chapter: 6

A week and a half, that's how long it was since, Kria and Rey had seen each other since the other night at dance. This time Kria was with Swicky while Rey was with Sharon and Neha. Today was the big day, the marriage. Certainly, Sharon and Neha were both scared and nervous and the one near had to go through it all.

"Reyyy"

"Not again" was all rey could murmur "what is it now?" Rey asked reaching their room, standing by the door.

"Don't be so rude Rey, we're your sisters" sharon said, while doing her nails and after finishing the finger looking at Rey. "Exactly now! you're both my sisters, then why act so devil?" Rey commented fluting his hand into air in frustration.

Gasping both of them acted hurt "Hawww! Rey? Devil? We seem devil to you now? That's what you say to two nervous girls who by the way are your sisters, on their day of shaadi?" Sharon said air quoting the word "shaadi" and all angry em both turned their heads away folding their hands around their chest.

"There we are again...would have it been me calling you for like 10 times while you would be trying to cook something for your own hungry brother, you would of killed me with those big, nah nah nah! Large, manicured, colored nails of yours. Oh my god! That sounds so right, just so true...come on yaar guyysss..." Rey paused sniffing something into the air "...what the hell is burning?" he still stood their confused, itching his head, trying to thing "Oh shit...food, my food..Oh nooo" his eyes wide, he continued shouting while running to the kitchen like a serious maniac.

"I am going to KILL YOU TWO!" was what they could hear after all the drama.

Sharon and Neha somehow built some courage to go down the hall, where they found Rey sitting on the chair with the burnt food, playing with it, with an almost about to cry face. "Rey sorry" Neha said, followed by them two holding their ears, but Rey simply left past them. Little did he know these girls, they followed him holding their ears, chanting sorry, stopping him every place they could have managed to and Rey succeeding in escaping every time.

"REY!" this time was an order for him to stop from Sharon "here right now!" and Rey quietly went and sat on the couch, with both the ladies by his either side.

"Rey ab hogaya...chalo forgive us" "haan na Rey, hogayi na galti, please"

"Okay, you two are forgiven, on a cost.." Rey said with an evil smile on. "And by the sights of it, it does not seem to be any good" Neha said scared. "well, yes" his grin getting wider "So the only way to forgiveness is that you guys cook yourself food, if you want to eat that is, but for me, you order a pizza, from which by the way you getting nothing, you don't even get to see it, but you get to pay for it" and now he was grinning like he did the most prideful thing ever he could manage.

"What? Again? God, you guys, I hate both of you, and how can you do that to us, that too with pizzas? You couldn't be any worse could you be? Hate you!" "I second that" Neha said after Sharon completed while raising her hand half the way in air, then pulling it back.

"haha! Thank you..." Rey said bowing "but wait a minute, what do you mean by both of you? Who else had these enough guts to do this to YOU TWO'?"

"Our fiances have got a sister, who can do things, you wouldn't dare to even think" Sharon said remembering her condition, the other day. "Really now? Do you mean that girl, the one I saw the other day at that party...come again with what's her name, I can't even remember it" Rey tried his best to be casual, but desperately failing.

"Oh...Okay. Let me though tell you that you're terrible at lying" "what lying? I...I really don't know, I can't just remember it" "So now you'd say you don't even like her" "no ways" all this while Neha was just looking at both of them, with an apple in hand eating it.

"Fine then...let's play a little game, just you and me" now Neha had to interrupt. "What game?" "Quite simple...I'd say a word and you say the first thing that comes to your mind" "hah! Kuch kuch hota hai...I ain't playing that" "Rey bada kaun hai?" Neha asked pointing herself "you!" Rey said failing "toh baat bhi meri maani jayegi, and you my friend are not supposed to, so don't interrupt" "Fine!" "Okay so here we start" Neha and Rey sat on couch, facing each other, while Sharon sat on the table in front, facing em both.

"Food?" "What yaar?" "No arguments and not stopping, fast" "okay um, pizza" "Friends?" "You" "Mom?" "Angel" "book?" "Wuthering Heights" "dance" "party" "love" "Kriya" with the name leaving his mouth he got conscious.

"Ooo...so not only somebody's in love but also do they remember their name. Told ya, you can't lie" "whatever guys"

"Whatever guys" Neha mimicked Rey "stop faking already Rey, you're so caught little brother." Sharon finished, getting up to cook something.

Pizza came and so started another teasing session...Rey in the best way grew over those two's nerves, while they were eating cornflakes with milk.

5 o'clock ticked the clock and there the girls were in their room, professionals helping them get ready, these girls had made it a literal market, so much of noise, that they got the helpers get worried for an instance. Though pep talk was all they needed, but by who, that's when they were been answered by a call.

"Sharon, Neha calm down ya ladies, you both are going to be angels walking down the aisle believe me, you guys are too beautiful to be worried, yeah? So now let people work on you, we'll see you in 3 hours at the venue yeah babe? Just smile okay."

"Thank you so much Kriya, we finally feel so good, see ya baby. Bye"

It was time, the hall was filled with people, brides were in the room and the guys were already sitting in the mandap. Eventually, the girls were been called, but before they were been called, all Kria did was searching her knight in the shining armor, as in Rey. But when the girls were been walked down, Kria's wish was fulfilled, with Neha and Sharon's parents, came Rey, with both his arms tangled with those two beautiful ladies.

"Hello my official bhabhi(s)" Kria said walking fast to them, glancing at Rey after, passing a shy smile, unable to hide it from the known ones.(Rey's outfit) And now instead of being nervous, Sharon and Neha were targeting Kria and her really fresh feelings of love, she has felt for the very first time.

Fake coughing, Sharon wriggled her eyebrows, asking what's wrong, to which Kria could handle nothing better than blushing and going away after telling them it's nothing. (Kria's outfit) The fact that Kria looked too beautiful to resist Rey just kept looking at Kria, and a bonus of meeting after so long, though just around a week or two it was, it still made him keep gawking at her, insanely.

Rey and Kria again got busy, but for not a second did they leave each other's minds, they were so hard there that it seemed like it's their home.

Things kept going on and they kept bumping into each other, every time leaving a new impact on hearts of one another.

Now it was time for phere(circles around fire), and both Kriyaansh were standing beside each other, showering flowers on the couples. During this, Kriya had a bright smile on her face and a lot of excitement as well, and Rey, well he was continuously looking at Kria and smiling at her excitement, while his hands were showering the floors, rather than the couples. All this while some people were noticing things, some harmful and some harmless. Oh! And coming down to the names under each category, well here we go, so harmful, for this criteria just one name would fill it all and that is Smriti Ghai' and harmless goes like Sharon and Neha's parents, well Kria's dad is under super neutral case, he's no hyper-aholic.

When Rey was still stupidly admiring her, Kria turned to him still smiling but a little confused and she in actions asked him what's the matter, pulling Rey back to the reality, him smiling at his stupidity, he in action said nothing shaking her head and turned his head scratching the back of his head. This dint though stop, he still kept looking at her but just small little glances, just trying to confirm her presence. All the rituals came to end and it was time for dinner, both Rey and Kria were to Viha and Swaron as well as their parents, as they all were highly engaged.

Why would somebody make such clothes and heels, in heels se to koi bhi can suicide, only a person who so envies us girls can make such things, Reyaansh freaking Singhania I'm doing all this for you, so you better appreciate it, thinking she still kept walking holding her saree, with one hand, looking down and other hand pushing her hair behind her ear, when she suddenly bump into somebody strong, like real strong.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry, really so..." at last she looked up, finding Rey standing in front of her and as soon as her eyes met his, she was out of this world again. "Kria? Hey." "Hi Rey" Kria said hesitant as to him greeting her hello now, in a mean time of hours, they've been together before, now is when he's greeting her.

"Oh I'm sorry about that" "No no, no worries" "okay then, I guess I'll go resume my work" and she started leaving when Rey grabbed her shoulder, Kria with expectations of something good turned around "wait I'll come along, I too need a few more servings of these" though those words disappointed Kria, it still was at least a good start. "okay" and them two left from there towards the counters.

Counters were rushed up, Kria tried to pull in, but in return got pushed, falling slightly on Rey, but brushing it off and saying sorry, she again tried getting in and this time the person ahead her tried getting into her, pushing himself behind, he turned around and saw kria and tried to lay his hands on her, being a good man, that he wasn't, but even before his hands could reach Kria's shoulder, Rey pulled Kria behind him and stood there in front of the guy, hands crossed, ire filling his face.

"What dude? Was just helping her, wasn't I?" the guy defended himself "oh don't you brother, cuz for this, you pay real hard" "Really now? Show me what you've got" "if I'd do that, you're in hospital for days buddy, so think before you take a single step ahead" Kria tried to stop Rey "Rey, please chalo na, waise bhi he were doing nothing, he was just helping Rey" "Kria, you go, I'll come yeah?" "No, I don't leave you here, I don't want you in problems Rey" Kria looked at Rey with big baby eyes.

"Come on man, let's forget it, I help the lady and you leave, sounds cool?" and with that the guy tried to reach for Kria's hands, to pull em, but Rey too fast and too swift for the guy's intentions, he within a second held the guy by collar with his other hand into fist almost about to hit him, when Kria took hold of his hand and stopped him.

"Rey, please" she shook her head with a sad face, and Rey as well pulled back, but scared the guy enough for him to ever return "you leave, and don't you come near her, or mind it, I'll actually kill you, with absolutely no blood left in your body, do you get that? Come on run" and with that guy ran like no tomorrow.

"Kyon Rey, why? He really was only helping me" sighing Rey turned to Kria and cupped her face into his palms before saying "Kria, you're too serene for the dirt of this world baby, just let the world on me" "till when Rey, kab tak you'll save me of all this dirt?" "till forever" "why? Why would you do that, I'm a nobody" "No kria, you're not a nobody, you're my friend, a really close friend" those words pinched Kria so bad that she removing Rey's hands ran from there, tears starting to form in her eyes, but somehow controlling them she bid adieu to everyone telling she wasn't well, but nothing to worry though, she just needs some sleep. And there finished almost another night with the feelings still unsaid, and for Rey, still partially no understood.

Seeing Kria go his heart sank into his stomach and he stayed at the venue, for all long, with a sunken heart and even after going home he couldn't sleep, all that he could do was think about Kria and what he felt for her, this time it dint annoy him, because he too knew it was something, he was unknown of.

On the other side Kria ran straight to her room, empty stomach, changed and laid on bed, tears continuously streaming down her face.

10, 11, 12, 1...the clock kept ticking, night got darker, but sleep was nowhere to come around today, for none of those two. They just kept looking at some point into the wall or the ceiling, dependent of their positions.

2 hours of thinking was when Rey realized what he was feeling about Kria "oh shit...deck, I love her, I love her, I love Kria, oh god" with his mind working more, he immediately got up.

Kria here was staring at the moon, when she suddenly heard a noise of some pebbles being thrown at her glass window; she scared managed to look out, to find Rey standing there. Rey pulled his hands into air and asked her come down, Kria ran down the stairs, out the door, straight in front of Rey. Rey without thinking anything hugged Kria tight, and Kria reciprocated to it.

"I'm sorry Kria, I know I'm an idiot, a serious one, how could I take so long to understand what I felt for you" pulling back Rey bent on his knees and with a ring between his fingers (ring) "sorry this is the best I could manage, at the moment so late" "this is the best I could have" "well then will you be my life? Will you marry me? Will you make my life better? Please?"

"Rey I..." "Kria?" a voice came from behind startling her, making her almost jump out of her skin. Seeing Mr. Ghai standing at the door, Rey stood up straight.

"Rey? Come in, we need to talk" "ye...yes sir" "so what was all that?" "sir I wanted to marry your daughter, I really do love her, this is no infatuation and I know it because, I've never felt this way about anyone ever before. I'm very protective of her, she makes me feel like my life is worth living"

"Kria..." Rey called getting up "...I no more have strength to stay away from you, please, give me a life possible to live"

"Sir please I really do love your daughter, and I can assure you her smile for life, because even for me her smile means everything, my day is not day till she smile and night is not night till she sleep peacefully. Please sir, please.."

Gautam stood up and both Gautam and Smriti came near Rey.
