"Daughter, everything is ready, you should go and get ready"

Mr. Jain tilted to look at Khushi who had just finished decorating the table. Khushi spoke, after giving the last glance to everything and suppressing a satisfied smile.

"Ok, but please will you give the last glance to the baking cake and muffins?"

Mrs.Jain touched her shoulder and smiled slightly, getting her attention.

"The whole day you have worked to make all these preparations, everything is excellent, don't worry, I'll check everything, you go and get ready for him"

Mrs.Jain's last words brought a color on her cheeks and she shyly lowered her eyes before lifting them again at her with the hint of gratitude.

"Thank you, for helping me, I couldn't do anything if you wouldn't have helped me"

She spoke with gratification, and taking Mrs.Jain's hand squeezed them slightly.Mr.Jain pressed her other hand over hers and smiled softly.

"No daughter, don't say thank. It is you who have done everything I just helped you.GOD bless you and make you both happy"

She prayed and then leaning in a press soft kiss on Khushi's forehead.

"Go and get ready,he would be so happy to see what you've done for him"

Khushi nodded her head and turned to walk towards her room before giving a last glance of gratitude to Mrs. Jain which she replied with a smile.

She let out the gasp to see herself in the mirror,wearing the same dress she had worne on her wedding day,the vermilane around her neck,putting sindoor,She was looking a real wife a well grown womana to a young innocent girl.How much she had been changed,she just realized to see her reflection in the mirror,she could remember the day,when her uncle told her that he wanted her to marry with the son of his old friend and she knew she had to accept the proposal as there wasn't any way left for her,her uncle had his own family and she didn't want to be burden on him.She was angry,frustrated on her fate for not giving her another option as she knew she wasn't ready for this commitment.But Arnav made her realized she did right to choose him as her companion,He made her realized,this was the best decision she ever took in her life.She had never thought to love someone in her life but he beautifully had sown seed of his love in her heart and made her believed they were meant to be together.The horn buzzed outside and she startled, roused and immediately turned on her heel before giving the last glance to her appearance.

Arnav stepped into the house and tiredness seemed to vanish from his body when he saw her coming towards him, suppressing the same welcoming smile he wanted her to give him.

As she came closer,Arnav appeared stunned to see her dressing in the same dress she had worn on their wedding day, the simple shalwar suite but for him the best dress she had worn ever, he could remember his first glance to her---to his bride and could remember he had forgotten to blink his eyes for a moment,Though,she was a stranger to him but he had felt a strange attraction towards her, bowing her head slightly, long lashes seemed to hide unshed tears,the fear of giving herself to a stranger and those empty eyes which had looked him for a moment before signature the papers of their marriage, There was something in them that he forgot to take a breath,those deep eyes demanding what he had never given to anyone"his heart. He gasped smiling to complete his own thoughts.

Khushi met with his gaze,waiting him to appreciate her effort but when he seemed to lost in his thoughts she felt the momentary disappointment and leaned slightly to grab the bag from his hand when he caught her hand,throwing down the bag aside,she blinked in surprise and taking the advantage of that mere second he pulled her into his arms.

"Do you want me to say something?"

He whispered, and she looked him through her lashes, the gleam of passion in his eyes had made her heart skipped a beat and she realized how much their faces were close to each other. Arnav had let his eyes to savor the beauty in his arms and then smiled to feel the joy in his heart to realize she had done it for him.The heat from his body surrounded her. His lips hovered over

Hers,so close to her that she could feel their wetness,she gasped "No" Her voice sounded like a whisper,her lips shivered slightly with shyness and she turned down her gaze,couldn't bear to see back in those intense gaze.Cradling her chin,he lifted her face and she gazed up at him---the man who had become her life,whom she loved deeply.

"I couldn't find even a word to describe how much you are looking beautiful but I want to say something,Though,it won't describe perfectly what I feel to see your face.I want to say you,You are like a diamond Khushi,so pure,priceless who fills my heart with your innocence,who brought light into my life and gave me the happiness I never thought to get.You are my life"

He leaned in and kissed her,felt the wetness on her cheek and knew it was her tears,he had let his arms crawl her into a fierce embrace and she had responded it with the same eagerness.

"I'm glad you liked what I wear for you" She whispered into his neck and then giving him a slight kiss on his cheek, pulled back to see him smiling at her.

"Can I get the same welcome everyday?"

"If you want"She whispered, still feeling shy to look back into his eyes and he sighed in awe of his wife who was taking his breath away with her simplicity, her lovely tactics to make her husband happy.

"I want everyday"you know you're a constant source of joy and delight to me"A small smile still played on his lips as he whispered into her ears,leaning on her and she gasped inhaling the fragrance of his love to her

"And you're to me" This time she stared at him, lifting up her gaze,and the love,tenderness,truth flickering in her eyes made his heart fluttered with joy, pulling her tight in his arms he kissed her whispering into husky tone.

"You're mine, Khushi and I'll keep you like a treasure as you're everything to me"

She smiled and the tears blinked in her eyes, wrapping her arms around his neck,she sighed contentedly.
