Chapter 41

Both are laying into each other arms with spreads covering them. Arnav closely observing her. She is feeling uncomfortable by his intense gaze. Her eyes were closed while he was brushing his fingers on her face. There was still a distance..a hesitation..a fear. A fear if they come close it would be again result in hurting other. Her life was changed so did her mind when she was touched by him. She cannot come close to him when they were not connected to any proper relationship. It was her dream to be loved, to be worship and to be touched by him but not without any nuptial thread. She was fighting with her mind and soul when she heard his husky voice and she forget everything.

''Khushi.. I love you..'' he smashed a kiss on her cheeks. She began heavily with her breathing really shallow. She was going with the flow with him. He haven't seen any sight more breath-taking than his. She turned around with her back facing him. His mouth began kissing her neck from behind while he enclosed his arms around her waist. She felt helpless against his overbearing self.

Khushi: ''Arnav we need to stop..jiya will wake up anytime and you knew what will be her reaction when she us together like that..'' He smiled at her and made her turn. She opened her eyes and found him so close to her that anytime she dissolve into his raw passion. She started to get up but he held her hand and made her laid back to him again.

Khushi: ''Arnav I need to go..this is not right..'' Arnav pulled her back in his arms.

Arnav: ''You know what it killed me every day when you are not with me..my life was nothing without you..i was breathing but without any soul. Don't go away..'' His eyes welled up in tears. She plant a soothing kiss on his cheeks and pulled him back into her arms to console him. She just stay quiet and went near her man by pressing herself against him. She didn't realize and both broke into hot hug.

Khushi: ''I missed you too that i can't express into words..My life was worthless..i live a hell these years without you..'' She kissed on his cheeks followed by another and then another. He pulled her down and went on top of her.

Arnav: ''Don't you dare do anything stupid..do you have any idea how I go through when doctor said that you die-' She smiled nuzzling his biceps.

Khushi: ''Itna pyaar karte ho mujhse..?'' (To that extend you love me?)

Arnav: ''More than you cannot imagine..'' She interlocked his hand with her drowning into one another. It was like both are discovering each other and memorizing every moment with their fingers.

Khushi: ''What if I leave you..? She asked seriously looking straight into his eyes. Taking away his hand off her he completely pushed himself on top of her. Brushing her hairs away from her, he touched her face and kissed her eyes slowly. She held her kameez.

Arnav: ''Then I will teach you lesson like this..'' he sucked her chin into his hot mouth and began kissing her face senselessly like never before.

Khushi: ''Arnav please stop it..'' He lower his mouth while kissing her till it reach down and trailed kisses on her shoulder. Turning around she tried stopping him and he pushed himself against her more widely and grabbed her firmly.

Arnav: ''Khushi we have wasted too much time, almost more than 3 years now I am going to relish every moment with you..'' She lifted her head worriedly, their eyes locked.

Khushi: ''Arnav..?'' He shushed her placing his index finger and looked at her deeply. Her cheeks flushed, her chest was heaving up and down and she was still breathing rapidly. Her partially parted lips was trembling lips was inviting him to feast her. She looked divine, more beautiful like a fairy doll.

Arnav: ''I wanted to spend a each and every moment with you..It was my beautiful dream to take you in my arms and love you like never before but..''

Khushi: ''But?'' She asked breathless.

Arnav: ''Not before making you my bride..'' She looked at him feeling touched and emotional. '' He get off from her and honorably lifted her in his arms. Taking her toward her bedroom, he securely placed her beside jiya. Planting a small kiss on his daughter forehead, he went to walked away when khushi held his finger and stop him.

Khushi: ''Mat jao..'' (Don't go..'') She demanded making him smile. He sat next to her and she shifted herself on his lap hugging by his waist possessively.

Arnav: ''I have to..we can't stay together..'' he tried to make her understand by carelessness her hairs sweetly. Khushi looked into his eyes intensely.

''Look away please..don't look at me like that..'' he warned but she didn't divert her gaze and keep looking at him with same madness and love in her eyes.

His hand move to touch her parting lips with his thumb and she closed her eyes feeling a different sensation and it is creating havoc all over her body. She moaned and kissed his fingers that is glued on her lips with seduction. Unable to control, he groaned and in next moment he lowered his head to capture her lips passionately when he found a small palm from behind stretching his shirt away.

Jiya: Papa..what you doing in my room..'' he turned around annoyingly and found his little turtle stooding on the bed with her hand on her hips charging at him.

''I told you not to come near my mumma..'' his eyes turned mischievous seeing her jealous look. Her eyes narrowed suddenly when she saw her mother laying on her papa lap protectively.

Jiya: ''Mumma are you a baby..why you are sleeping on my papa lap like a like i sleep on you ..'' She asked angrily. Khushi remain tongue tied and immediately get off from him and looked here and there to found a way to escape from her query but is it easy to manipulate her when her brain work sharper like her father.

Khushi: ''Bachha woh..main..i m feeling sleepy..'' she yawned pretending to sleep and instantly jumped on the bed to sleep, closing her eyes. After a silence of few moment, she open one eye slowly wondering she might sleep but found her staring at her with questioning look.

Jiya: ''Until you won't answer me, I m not going to leave you..tell me what you doing with papa at this time..'' Khushi looked at him with helpless look and he gave her innocent look as if he don't know anything.

Doll your mumma only called me.. asked her why? He put entire blaim on her leaving her into trouble.

'What the..'' she passed an angry glare at him by using his phrase. He smile smugingly.

Kushi: ''Bachha I m not getting sleep so I called him to sing lullaby for mumma and I sleep in his lap..haina papa'' she defended herself speaking in her baby voice. He get dumb-folded realizing her plan.

Arnav: What? No no..i ..'' She smile devilishly.

Khushi(Cut by her voice): Do you know your papa is such a good story telling and lullaby that i can't tell you..''

Jiya: Realy papa..can you sing for me? She exitedly put her head on his lap waiting for him to sang for her impatiently. He tried to protest but khushi backfire on him giving him no option to escape. Helplessly he continue telling her story and sang lullaby after that. Khushi knew much well how a bad singer he was. Wickedly, she closed her ears and sleep peacefully grabbing pillow while entire night jiya didn't left his hand nor let him sleep properly.

Next morning anjali entered khushi room with puja thali. She was about to knock the door to wake her up but the scenario in front of her taken her by surprise. Jiya was sleeping in the middle with arnav on her left side and khushi was sleeping next to her. There are looking like a perfect family, too adorable with each other. Her eyes sparkled seeing them together happily ever after. A smile playing on her brother lips sleeping beside two most important persons of his life.

Anjali: ''I haven't seen my chotte so much ecstatic and happy with anyone..devimaiyaa always blessed my bhaiya and bhabhi together..'' She had tears in her eyes.

One week passed khushi condition was now almost fully recovered. Arnav lawyer make the divorce paper ready and he send it to jail to make jatin signature done but he put one condition in front of arnav's lawyer that he only sign, if arnav let him meet khushi. That's it arnav blood boiled and he went to meet him in jail directly.

Arnav: ''What the hell is your problem..why you can't let us live in peace..'' He roared stepping inside the jail.

Jatin: ''I just wanted to clear misunderstanding with khushi.. that's it..'' Hearing her name from his mouth, he unable to control his rage and roughly grabbed his collar and throw him against the walls.

Arnav: ''Don't you dare take her name from your bloody mouth ..did you understand..khushi is mine..only mine. I won't tolerate a single stratch on her..you cannot harm her again!!''

Jatin: ''Arnav listen to me..what you thinking is not true i..'' he tryed to reasoned but arnav was not in the term to listen anything and didn't let him complete.

Arnav: ''Shut up.. just shut up..do what I am saying I am warning you..'' his patience was reaching at its peak.

Jatin: ''Just once allow me to meet her then I will do what you will say, I promise..'' he requested him politely but he ruthlessly punch him on his face making him bleed. Sooner police came and handle him.

Arnav barked order to commisioner to make his life a living hell in jail. Within 2 days Jatin's hearing at the court and after than he will never get a chance prove himself innocence. He had very less time in his hand. However, Jatin bribe one hawaldar and he helped him to move out from this place for a night.

Khushi was standing near the window staring at the stars aimlessly when she felt someone hand on her shoulder. Her eyes widen in shocked the moment she turned behind. Her voice shucked in her mouth. Her whole body began trembling in fear seeing jatin before her eyes. She open her mouth to shout when he hurriedly pressed her mouth in his tight grip.

Jatin: ''Khushi please don't be scared..i will not harm you..please give me a chance to speak..'' she was struggling in his grip. Her body began sweating and she was gasping in terror remembering that horrified incident. He lean down and whispered something into her ears and in next moment she get fainted.

Jiya who was toasting and turning on the bed spread her arms to get her mumma warmth but she found bed empty. Irritatingly she opened her eyes to voice her and rubbed her eyes two three times. Panic rushed her veins when she found her mumma lying on the ground in unconscious state.

Mummaa!!!!!! She yelled on top of her voice. Her loud voice echoed into Arnav's ears and he immediately storm into their room.

Arnav: ''Khushi.. Khushi.. Open your eyes..dammit!!'' He began shaking her frequently. Fear gripped him. Jiya started crying seeing her not responding. He laid Khushi on the bed and immediately grabbed the water jug to splashed on her face. Khushi slowly opened her eyes and jumped into his arms. He patted her back to calm her down while jiya ran to called her bua.

Arnav: ''Shh..relax..everything is fine..'' She clutched his collar in a steel grip remembering his words and began weeping into his shoulder.

'What happen jaan..?'' She looked into his eyes and reluctantly pointed her finger toward the direction of side window. He rushed toward the window and saw someone shadow but before he able to caught him he already ran away. Taking khushi into his arms he made her sleep and got up to make a call to search that person. Anjali anyhow convince jiya to sleep in her room looking at khushi condition and Arnav be with khushi whole night and took care of her.

After that incident arnav arrange heavy security all around his house. He still didn't able to find that person who scared khushi that day. He continue finding the evidence and proof from which he able to get any clue. Later, he got one phone call from unknown man and the news he got literally shocked him tremendously.

Kicking the door furiously he dashed inside a house and found sofiya laying on the sofa calmly.

Sofiya: ''Arnav ..?'' She get horrified and began shivering glaring at him. She inched back in terror.

Arnav: What you thought I never came to know anything? She gulped in nervousness. Sweat-bead form on her face.

Sofya: ''I haven't did anything..i swear!!'' She said quickly. Fear started to rule her aggressively.

Arnav: ''Shut up!!!'' He roared making her jumped out of skin.
