Khushi was laying lifelessly on the floor and began weeping terribly when a tiny hand touches her pale face and jumped on her lap. Her eyes lit up seeing her daughter and burst into crying holding in her arms.

Jiya: Mumma, how weak you became..i bring your favorite food, aloo paratha its so delicious..yummy eat it''. She make sweet sounds while uttering those words.

Khushi: ''Hame bhuk nahi hain''. (I am not hungry.) She tried to feed one morsel but khushi moved away with her back facing her. She get furious by swinging in her arms and stood in her lap.

Jiya: ''I don't want to listen any excuses do you got that...eat it right now!!'' She commanded in a stern voice. Khushi was taken aback by her anger filled voice. She pouted and shook her head but by seeing her daughter stubbornness who is not less than arnav, she ready to have it and arnav face flashed her eyes seeing the carbon copy of their daughter. Cupping her cheeks, she started eating few morsel and more tears flushed her face while jiya carelessly her face adorably. She is feeling vulnerable wondering in which condition arnav's would be in. Did he eat anything? But due to jiya's insistence she have to eat few lump-some amount otherwise she also not eat anything. That's when her eyes fell on her burned palm. Jiya hurriedly pulled her hand and carried behind her back. Her heartbeat stopped seeing the brown spots on her soft palm and began kissing her wounds continuously. That when door flew open and a sharp voice scared jiya. She hurriedly hide herself behind her mother. A unknown fear visible in her eyes.

Jiya: ''Mumma''! she clutches khushi's shoulder intensely and began started crying loudly.

Jatin: Jiya, what are you doing here..i told you to stay away from my wife can't you understand...get out!! Khushi get shocked seeing this side of jatin. First time she is observing him shouting at her daughter when he always been the one who was her protector and shower so much love and care for her daughter even more than her. He never made her realize he is not her biological father and always stood against dadi whenever she abuse her but by noticing his rage and jiya's scary face, she could comprehend something is definitely bothering her else she never hide anything from her. Why jiya is fearing him?

Jiya: ''Papa please, I want to be along with my mumma?'' He grabbed her palm making her winced in pain as he is holding her burnt portion. Jiya bite his hand and again ran toward khushi. He raised his hand to slapped her when khushi stopped him by shoving him off. She tighten her grip and began getting angry.

Khushi: ''How can you hurt my baby...I beg you jatin she is small innocent kid don't do this to her, hurt me as much you want but please spare my jiya. Jiya was looking at him with scary eyes and began throwing her arms to went near khushi but he grip her tightly and pushed her out of the room.

Jatin!!!!!!!!!!! She yelled on top of the voice. Her anger is of no boundary. How can he manhandle her that is something she never imagine in her horrible dream and finally she made up her mind what she had to do to solve all mishaps.

''I want divorce!!'' He smirked raising his eyebrow and pulled her toward him and she began retaliated feeling uncomfortable by his gaze.

''Of-course khushi, is that happen you asked me something I not given you''. Her lips curved into broad smile. ''But this time I want something-else in return''. Her smile suddenly faded and waited for him to continue. He lean forward and whispered something in her ears. She widen her eyes in shock and her blood boiled tremendously.
