Chapter 4.Teenage Love

 

 

 

"Ok now as we've finished our lunch , can I stay some time alone?" Finishing the last bite of his pizza Arnav said in his typical stubborn tone and Khushi looked at him with the corner of her eyes while putting back the last slice of pizza on the tray she let out the long sigh.

 

"Arnav don't you think we're enough young to solve our clashes through conversation" A serious expression covered her face as she looked straight at him. 

"Exactly" he stressed on this word

 

"We're enough young to think that what is right and wrong for our relationship" he said those words in quite enough loud voice that students were around them had listen them and Khushi was felt hell embarrassed as to feel their questioning eyes raised at them, Arnav was quick to realize his mistake and bit his tongue,Khushi always wanted to keep their relationship secret she wasn't in favor to show everyone she was his girlfriend or they were in Relationship as she didn't want to give the other students chance to make gossips about them.

 

"I am sorry"Arnav apologized

 

"Can we talk somewhere else? Without giving reply to him,she said in a low voice and Arnav nodded his head as already unintentionally he had been hurt her. She helped him to stand on his heels as he was feeling pain in his injured leg and this time he didn't protest but obeyed her.

They left the canteen walked towards their secret place as they entered in the class she made him sit on a chair and dragged the other one for herself,he had given a quick glance to sense her silence and an idea struck his mind, As she leaned forward to sit he swept her in his arms she fell on his lap, taken aback by his sudden act she looked surprise and he had given her a naughty grin she glared him playfully but then comfortable herself on his lap, He draped his both arms around her shoulders and Out of the corner of her eye she gave  him a frown.

"Now don't you have pain in your leg?"

"No-- because  when you're close to me my pain gets vanished" he said in romantically whispering in her ears and she blushed forgetting all their argument,but then she tilted her face around regarding him with a serious look.

 "Arnav 'whatever happened in the morning'.."As she opened her mouth to say he silenced her by placing his finger on her lips.

"Khushi ,can't we let this topic closed here' we've enough fight for today..I don't want to spoil our this moment because of that issue" he said in a pleading tone and sighed thinking it might be not the right time to open that topic again as he wasn't  well and it was useless to try to make him understand her prospective as he won't ever accept what she wanted so he had let her thought keep back in her mind and spoke with a long breath.

"ok as you wish"she pasted a weak a smile and he gave a quick  peck on  her cheek."Thankss"he grinned while gripped her slender waist he pressed her firmly against his giving feather kisses on her cheek,she gasped uneasily moving up her slim fingers towards his chest to make distance between their bodies but he was too strong,so stubborn for her to resist him and finally she surrender against his passion when his tongue forced her lips to open , she parted them slightly and had let him had his way Because whatever her mind and heart spoke again their intimacy there was a truth that was unforgettable and that was--She loved him madly.

As they already had been skipped them most of the lectures so they skipped the other  few  too that were left.

Khushi and Payal were going back home as School time was over, Khushi spent the whole day with Arnav and skipped her all lectures; Payal was hell angry at her and that was the reason she  was silently giving angry glares to Khushi and Khushi was trying hard to  convince her to talk to her but her all efforts were going in vain as it seemed Payal had been decided she wouldn't talk to her at any cost, stretching her arm Khushi came in front of her and Payal finally lifted her gaze up at her.

"I am sorry Payal but you know Arnav wasn't well and I couldn't leave ''.."

"Shut up Khushi!!!!will you stop  talking like a stupid" Payal burst out finally shooting up her angry look and Khushi gasped to see her that much angry with her.Payal held her shoulder and shook her roughly. 

"You know Khushi you've gone mad in his love, you're destroying your life, you skipped your all the lectures for that boy who even don't want to understand what you want"

She paused to suck in a sharp breath and then sighed out uneasily, though her eyes burning with anger still she could see the concern in the depth of them and it wasn't fake' Nupur knew.

"He doesn't even give damn to what is in your heart. He is just doing what he want, he is physically attracted towards you" She shook her violently, wanting her to come out of her dreamy world and face the reality. Khushi shrugged off her hands with the abrupt movement and stepped back, lifting up her chin confidently, she stared back speaking in a loud firm tone so Payal could understand her feelings for Arnav.

 

"Arnav doesn't like that what you think about him, he loves me, He really loves me and I can bet on it"

"In your dreams" she taunted shaking her head as to show her displeasure and Khushi's heart sank,she gasped feeling the rising knot in her chest but then breathed in taking a step closer to Payal.

 "He loves me Payal.i know he is stubborn and he is doing wrong but you cant take finger at his loyalty, he is loyal to me 'I trust him and I know he'll never break my trust'don't say like this"some unshed tears made their way towards her cheek and her words choked dangerously before spilling out from her lips, she sucked in a breath of hurt as she couldn't hear anything about her Love.it had hurt her deeply. 

"I just hope"Payal drawled sarcastically, giving a look around them and realized they were standing in the middle of the road.

 "Let's go home. we're getting late, Nandini aunty will be waiting for you"she said silently ignoring her tear-streaked face though it had hurt her deeply to see Khushi's puffy eyes but this time  she was too angry with her to forgive her easily,she wanted her to realize whatever she was doing it was wrong. Khushi started walking nodded her head slightly but didn't utter another word after that as her mind was occupied by disturb thoughts that were making her restless.

Khushi stepped in her house after the tiring day, she was tired not only emotionally but physically too, the entire way she was just thinking about Payal's words,her concern but it was out of the question to leave Arnav'she couldn't ever leave him she would die without him.She gulped down the tears throwing herself on the couch and closed her eyes.

"Are you fine beta"Nandini  asked coming out of  the kitchen and gave her a glass of water , Khushi raised her hand  and gulped it down in just one breath before replying to her question. "Yeah!! Mom I'm fine.. Just feeling tired"she said weakly and got up while taking her bag,Nandini felt something wrong with her daughter to see her dull face but then she decided to talk to her later.She stepped closer and cupping her cheek she leaned in and kissed her forehead.

"Khushi, don't you want to eat something? I've made your favorite Pizza"

"No mom, I just want to take some sleep" She kissed her mother's cheek, and then pulled back speaking in a weak tone.

Taking a few long strides she rushed towards her room before Nandini would ask her something more, She gasped uneasily she knew something was wrong with her daughter but what she didn't know, for the past few days she was noticing a gradual change in Khushi's behavior, she wasn't taking her food properly and she wasn't even taking interest in her studies, whenever she entered in her room in the night she saw her busy in talking on mobile or messaging when she asked whom she is talking? She replied back she is talking with Payal.She tried several times to ask her so she would tell her the truth but every time she had silenced her saying there is nothing to tell and everything is fine.

 "Something surely wrong with Khushi,I should talk to Payal,she must know what's happening in Khushi's life?"Nandini decided breathing in.
