Simar went to Kashish and said, "Since we are going to America, I want to meet my friends at least once. Please don't say no.

Simar meets Prem on the college campus.
They hug each other.
Prem: I've got something important to tell you.
Simar: You can tell me.

Simar: I'm your world.
Prem: I'm talking about you.
Simar: Are you kidding?

Prem: I am helpless because of unavoidable circumstances.

Simar goes to her house and lies on her bed, weeping. Prem and Simar remember their moments and get emotional. Prem doesn't go home at night, while Simar cannot resist Prem in her memories. She goes to the balcony, hoping to see Prem at least once. Prem goes to the park, thinking about Simar. He stands in the dark while Simar is on the balcony.

Prem looks at Simar's pic and imagines his heart breaking into pieces. He recollects the days they spent in college and their dances with each other. Simar recollects the quality time spent with Prem and wonders who the girl he will love in the future. Prem sits in the garden outside the house, thinking about Simar.

Prem and Simar recollect the day they confessed their love and moments on Valentine's Day. They imagine each other being on the same bed. While all the others dine at home, Prem leaves the table and goes to his room without eating. Simar remembers getting dressed up, admiring herself in the mirror, and her eagerness to meet Prem.

Prem and Simar move out of the house and are on the way to their usual meeting place. They see each other. Prem stretched his arms. Simar comes in his arms. Both hug each other emotionally.
Simar: You are a terrible person. You neither allowed me to live nor die.
Prem: I am also in the same state of mind. But the hopes of living with you saved my life.
Simar: And I am alive to die for you.
Prem: Now, I will neither let you live alone nor die alone.
Simar: We will be with each other till the end. I love you.
Prem: I love you too.
Simar: I love you very much.
Prem and Simar went home.
Karan: Prem, what is this you've done? You almost agreed to marry Preeta when you were not happy. Please don't marry Preeta, as the relationship won't work for any of us.
Prem: Yes, I understand. I decided not to marry Preeta and told Simar the same.
Karan: Please talk to your parents about my relationship with Preeta.
Prem: But you've not confessed your love to her. I don't know how she will take it if I tell her the truth. But it will hurt her more if she learns the truth after marrying her.

The next day, Mihir and Sujal are making wedding preparations.

Prem comes there and is on the way to meet Preeta.

Prem: I want to meet Preeta.
Sujal: You haven't married, and you want to meet her. It's fine. Meet her.
Prem went to Preeta's room.

All of them laugh. Preeta blushed, thinking about Prem.
Preeta speaks to herself in the mirror.
Preeta: I was waiting for this day. Marrying Prem is my dream. I cannot wait for him to take me, and we will go far away and settle in my dream place.
Prem entered the room and found Preeta talking to herself in the mirror.
Prem: I want to tell you something important.
Preeta: Tell me what the matter is.
Prem: I want to tell you something, but it is a little complicated for me to tell. If you help me, then it will be easy for me.
Preeta: Tell me.
Prem: If I tell, it will be heartbreaking.
Preeta: Are you going to say something heartbreaking?
Prem: I am sorry to disappoint you; I don't want to put you in the dark as it is the question of your entire life. You are a nice girl, and the person who marries you will be lucky, but I only consider you as my good friend.

It will be shocking to know that Karan likes you and wants to marry you, but he is shy and asked me to tell you about him. I'm not forcing you, but please consider meeting him once before deciding anything.
Preeta: You can leave now. I need to think about what I need to do. How to live and whether I must even live.
Prem: That's not the end of the world. Talk to my brother at least once. I won't be able to love you the way Karan does.
Prem leaves.
Sujal continues to plan for the wedding arrangements. Preeta came downstairs and said, "Dad, I want to talk to you."

Preeta: I was under the impression that Prem loves me, but I was wrong. He loves some other girl.
Sujal was shocked. He asked, "Who is she?"
Preeta: Simar.
Sujal canceled all wedding preparations.
Preeta gets depressed and is unable to eat.
Meanwhile, Kashish & Mohini contacts the American universities for Simar's studies. They got a positive response but were asked to wait for one academic year.
Kashish: I think it will be better if Simar studies here. This is the last Semester of the final year. Let her complete this, then we will see.
Mohini: Fine, do whatever you want, but make sure that Simar doesn't break my trust and disgrace me.
Preeta went into depression and fainted in college as she didn't eat anything for days. Karan admits Preeta to the hospital. He called up Sujal and said, "Preeta is in the hospital as she fainted on the college campus."
Sujal, Mihir, & Tulsi rush to the hospital.
Sujal: I promised my daughter I would give her all the happiness in the world, but I failed.
Mihir: I am sorry for what my son did. It is all because of Simar. She manipulated my son.
Sujal: The truth is that Prem loves her. Anyway, I will talk to Simar and wish Preeta all the world's happiness.
The Doctor comes out.
Sujal: How is Preeta?
The Doctor said, "Nothing to worry. She is fine, but ensure she isn't under any stress. I am making discharge papers. After that, you can take her home."
Sujal: Thank you, Doctor.
The Doctor said, "No need to thank me. It would help if you thanked Karan, as he was the one who took care of your daughter and comforted her. He gave her the blood."
Karan comes out.
Sujal: Thank you, my boy.
Mihir: You are not my son, but took Preeta's responsibility. I'm proud of you.
Karan gave a pale smile.
Preeta gets discharged from the hospital. Sujal takes her home.
Preeta: Dad, I'm sorry that I hurt you.
Sujal: I understand your pain, but you haven't realized your importance to me. If anything happens to you, it will be my failure as a father.
Both hug each other.

Simar really struggled hard to meet prem and prem saying about break up was very sad.simar's anger was justified.though the song was sad they thinking of their past scenes was romantic. Glad that premar realized that they can't live without each other and decided to be together.glad that prem told preeta that he doesn't love her and karan loves her.i think that black saree pic of preeran doesn't suit the scene.its an emotional scene and in the pic preeta is smiling.shocking that preeta started avoiding food because of depression and fainted.loved karan taking her to the hospital and caring for her.mihir telling sujal that simar manipulated prem was irritating. But glad that sujal didn't blame simar.sujal preeta scene was emotional. Nice pics.
