Mohini and Kashish get the export order from the UAE delegates.

Mohini: I thank you for the first opportunity that you gave us.

The workers put the boxes inside the truck. Suddenly, the union leader stopped them, saying, "Please stop working. The Management hasn't kept up their word. They told me they would give an increment, bonus, and other benefits, but they didn't give."

The workers go on strike.

Mihir enters.

Mihir tells the union leader, "If you strike, who will be at a loss?"

The union leader said, "The company will be at a loss."

Mihir: If the company makes a loss, it will also be your loss. They will get more reasons not to give you a hike and other benefits. You may also end up losing a job. The company doesn't depend on its employees. Think about your family.

The workers said, "We are only interested in getting justice."

They stopped working. Mihir meets Kashish in her cabin.

Mihir: Good afternoon mam!

Kashish: Good afternoon.

Mihir: The workers are getting adamant as you have not kept up your word regarding bonuses, increments, and other benefits to which they are entitled.

Kashish: Yes, I know they are unhappy, but we hired you to balance between Management and the workers.

Mihir: That's what I've been soothing them all these years. But it has been a long time, and things are getting out of control. Please speak to them at least once.

Kashish: No one can sit in the place where I am sitting as the space is insufficient.

Mihir: They would like to speak with you regarding their appraisals. Their demands are valid.

Kashish: Don't try to teach me. We are unhappy with your work and don't need your services. I am settling your account right away.

Kashish transfers the amount to Mihir's account and leaves.

Mihir returned home.

Tulsi: Why are you late today? Did you have a lot of work?

Mihir: Nothing like that. I've lost my job.

Tulsi: What is the reason?

Mihir: They suspected that I was supporting the workers and made me a villain in their eyes.

Tulsi: Don't worry. You will get a better job.

Tulsi and Prem are sad. Mihir turned on the TV and saw that Sujal had purchased 70% of Mohini and Kashish's shares and taken over the company. The doorbell rings. Prem opens the door and is surprised to see Sujal.

Mihir: Come in.

Sujal entered the house and saw that the news had become viral. They watched the announcement. The company's founder announced, "This is an emergency meeting held because of unavoidable circumstances. The workers are adamant about getting their appraisals, and the Management isn't ready to change their attitude. The company got an export order, and we must achieve our targets to save our company from a massive loss. The only solution is to put an end to their strike. So our alternative is to replace the Chairperson. So the new Chairman of the company is Mr. Sujal."

Mohini and Kashish are shocked.

Sujal comes to the stage and comes near Kashish. Both of them have an eye contact.

Sujal's co-founder said, "Mrs. Kashish, please make way for the new chairman."

Mohini: Has the times become so bad that a man who was an ordinary worker has been appointed Chairperson? Has your standards come so low? It is a shameful thing.

Sujal: Mrs. Mohini, it is not a shameful thing. On the contrary, it is an honor that an ordinary worker can become a chairperson with their efforts. It was the open-mindedness of the company that caused me to become a chairperson. The credit goes to all of you.

Sujal and Kashish maintain eye contact.

Mohini: I congratulate him on becoming the new Chairperson of the company. Come, Kashish; we can't wait here even for a second.

Mohini dragged Kashish and took her home.

Sujal: The Management has changed. Looking at your records, I have come to re-hire you.

Meanwhile, Mohini and Kashish entered the home.

Mohini: That was the thing remaining. The gold digger desired to capture our company and became successful today.

Moloy: Who is that person?

Mohini: He is the same person who came and went away from our lives.

Moloy gets shocked.

The next day, Sujal's partner, Piyush, said, "I know you will never strike if we meet your needs. Our new Chairman has come up with a fantastic solution. Welcome the new Chairperson, Sujal. He is coming to the stage."

Sujal and Mihir come to the stage.

Sujal: It is an immense pleasure to say that I have equally distributed the shares I have purchased. The purpose of doing that is to give you a pleasant working environment. I was a worker once upon a time, and I understand the pain of all workers. I am not favoring anyone except myself. I am also like any of you.

The workers are happy.

Prem meets Sujal and says, "You spoke well. Your thinking is high."

Karan: Yes, your speech is awe-inspiring.

Mihir: Meet my son and my nephew, Prem and Karan.

Sujal: I heard that name somewhere.

He reached home and overheard Preeta talking to Prem's photo.

Preeta: You can't imagine how much I think about you. My day begins and ends with you. When will you come into my life?

Sujal said, "Preeta, I am very happy. I have a pleasant surprise for you. Get ready and come down."

Preeta gets dressed up and comes down.

Sujal and Preeta got into the car and reached Prem's house.

Sujal calls Mihir. The latter came to the verandah.

Mihir: You came here all of a sudden. Is everything fine?

Sujal: Are you going to talk here or coming down? We are getting wet in the rain.

Tulsi came to the balcony. She asked, "What is going on?"

Mihir: Sujal Sir has come.

Tulsi: Then bring him inside.

Mihir comes down. He said, "Please come in."

Sujal: What do you guys think about yourself? Your son committed such a crime, and do you think I won't know that?

Mihir: What did he do?

Sujal: He took away the peace and heart of my daughter. So I have come here to get him arrested for that. I've come to your place to ask for his hand for my daughter in marriage.

Mihir: Sir, I can't imagine a person like you bringing a proposal to a small house.

Sujal: No Sir business. We are relatives. Make the wedding preparations grand.

Sujal and Preeta got into the car and left.

Mihir and Tulsi went inside.

Mihir: Our son Prem is fortunate to get that partner.

Tulsi: Yes, that's true. I liked her in the first instance. She is significantly mature, straightforward, and homely. She understands the pain of others and has a helping nature.

Prem and Karan overhear the conversation.

Karan gets sad as he wants to propose to Preeta.

Prem: What happened, Karan?

Karan: Why didn't you tell me that Preeta loves you?

Prem: I never knew she loved me, and I've never looked upon her from that angle. I love someone else. You've asked me whether Simar is my girlfriend. My answer is yes. I love her. But why are you sad?

Karan: Because I love Preeta, but I could never tell her.

Prem gets relieved. He said, "I will speak to my parents."

Prem went to Tulsi's room.

Prem: I know that Preeta is a nice girl. She is very mature and sensible. I respect her, but I don't have any such feelings for her.

Tulsi: What do you mean? You blushed when I showed you the girl's earrings in your pocket.

Prem: You didn't ask me the girl's name, and I couldn't say that.

Tulsi: Do you mean to say that it belongs to someone else?

Prem: Yes, it belongs to Simar.

Tulsi recollects the girl who came to their place to inquire about Prem.

Tulsi: Yes, I got it. Once, she came here to inquire about you, and I passed on that information. What is her background?

Prem: She is studying at my college. She is the trustee's daughter and is a nice girl. I love her.

Mihir: I know her very well. She is a crazy girl and a spoilt daughter of Kashish. She is a girl brought up with a gold and silver plate and spoons. Simar is from a family that hates people who earn money out of their sweat and blood to fill the pockets of wealthy people.

Prem: What is Simar's fault if she is born in that family?

Mihir: It isn't her fault. It is your fault. You see and hear everything, but you turn a blind eye and a deaf ear.

Tulsi: Have you forgotten they were the ones who terminated your father's services without any reason? They rewarded him like that for the heart and soul he put into their company's growth.

Mihir: I never loved Simar because she is rich. Nor did she love me to insult us.

Tulsi: They don't have blood but poison in their body. There is a wall between us, and there can be no association between us and them.

Mihir: We never felt that being a middle-class person was our weakness. We are happy with what we have, but you have let me down today.

Tulsi: Sujal is as good as our members. He stood by us in our crisis. His humility made him come here upfront to ask for your hand for his daughter in marriage.

Mihir: What will we tell him now? Please don't humiliate us at this age.

Prem becomes speechless.
