Sameer and the others leave.

Naina smiles, thinking about Sameer.

Naina dreams of being with Sameer at the mountainside & seaside.

There is a drizzle. Naina starts dancing in the rain & goes home happily.

Naina admires herself in the mirror. She dreams of being on the trip & Sameer hugging her at the back.

The next day, Naina comes to the college with high spirits.

Sameer happily smiles at Naina without his knowledge.

All are surprised to see Naina with a designer suit.

Naina: Hi, everybody.

All of them greet her.

Munna: Nice suit. You are looking beautiful.

Naina: Thank you.

Sameer starts admiring Naina without his knowledge, which Pandit does not fail to notice.

Pandit: Naina is not as bad as we thought. She has surprised us.

Aditya: I guess Sameer do have feelings for you, but he has not realized that. If you want, I can plan a date for you guys.

Naina smiles and blushes.

Naina: Ok, see you guys.

She goes to her class.

Kartik then calls everyone.

He said, "My parents are going on the business tour for three months. You guys can use the backyard of my house. But you won't be alone. Only couples are allowed."

Sameer, Munna, Pandit, and Aditya get disappointed.

Swati and Tanvi join the college.

Munna sees Swati and gets attracted to her, while Aditya gets mesmerized seeing Tanvi.

All of them go to Rocky.

Pandit: Please suggest a girl for Sameer.

Rocky: Sameer already has one. She is none other than Naina. In fact, my gut feeling says that Sameer loves Naina, but he hasn't realized that.

Pandit: That's what I said, but he isn't accepting it.

Suddenly, Pandit gets the news that he got blacklisted.

Sameer: I guess even they have also blacklisted me.

Pandit: No, your name isn't there as Naina was saving you by giving the proxy.

Rocky: Then, what else do you want? You have got someone who genuinely cares for you. Think about it.

Sameer: Naina is a nice lady. I don't deny that she's beautiful. 

Rocky: Have a one-night stand with her & dump her.

Sameer: No, I can't do that.

He leaves

Sunaina gets admission in the college where Sameer & Naina are studying. 

Rocky sees Happy in the canteen and becomes flat. He gets attracted to her at first sight.

Rocky thinks, "I have always advised people to have a one-night stand & forget each other if they don't want to commit. But now I can't think about the girl whom I see in that way. I can't take my eyes off her. Now I understand why Sameer does not want to do a one-night stay with Naina. He genuinely loves her, but he hasn't realized that. If I am a love guru, then I should unite them."

Sameer & Pandit are outside the canteen.

Pandit: Rocky is very much experienced. 

Sameer: Naina will never agree with that. The girls want commitment, security, & family & Naina is one among them. I want to be free from that.

Suddenly  Sameer sees Sunaina & gets mesmerized by her beauty.

The college conducts cultural activities.

The trainer calls everyone for rehearsal.

Sameer pairs up with Sunaina.

Kartik gets envious of seeing Sameer with a rich girl.

He tries to woo Sunaina, but he fails.

After rehearsal

Sunaina: I am Sunaina.

Sameer: I am Sameer.

Sunaina: My dad & your dad are friends. 

She kisses Sameer

Sunaina: I don't want money. I only want true love.

Sameer: Many girls love me, but I never wanted to get into any commitment. But I began to like you. Will you be my girlfriend?

Sunaina: Of course. I love you.

Sameer: I love you, too

Naina sees Sameer with Sunaina & gets broken-hearted.
