Shot 1: Pihu OS - What If Ram was a better father ?

Pihu was already upset because Mr Khadoos was missing for almost the entire day because he was at work and then now he wasn't even talking with Pihu as they all ate dinner together. 

When it was just Ms Sood and her, dinner time was always so much fun because Ms Sood and Pihu would keep talking about everything and now without Ms Sood, Pihu felt sad.

So Pihu was stress eating as she tends to do when she was upset about something. Even though the food wasn't as tasty as the ones her Mumma makes, Pihu felt hungry enough to try and reach for one more Paratha. 

In her attempt to reach the Paratha, Pihu accidentally tumbled her water glass and the water got spilled on the mean aunties saree that she got mad at Pihu instead even when she said sorry. 

"I am sorry, I was just trying to get the Paratha" Pihu spoke up at the mean aunties mad expression. 

"If you eat more like that then you would become fat. " The mean aunty spoke up as Pihu stopped trying to reach for the Paratha at her words. 

"What did you say Vedu?" Mr Khadoos spoke up as Pihu turned to look at him, even he looked mad that Pihu got worried that he was upset because she spilled the water in the first place. 

But in the next instant, Mr Khadoos reached for the Paratha himself and plated it on her plate with a smile that Pihu relaxed that he wasn't mad at her. 

"I am still waiting Vedu? What did you just say to Pihu" Mr Khadoos asked the mean aunty again. 

"Well Ram, I was just saying it for her benefit. I was just concerned and all since she is your.." The mean aunty didn't finish her sentence because Mr Khadoos looked at her with even more anger as he called out for Tarun uncle instead. 

"Tarun, Tarun. Get in here " Mr Khadoos shouted as Tarun uncle ran to the dining table at the sound of his voice. 

"Vedika has finished eating, so clear her plates and from now onwards. She won't be eating with us, so need to cook for her or serve her anything " Mr Khadoos told Tarun uncle who tried to reach for the mean aunties plate and she got up and throw the plate at the floor instead in anger.

" That is enough Vedu, Apologize to Tarun or leave this house this instant " Mr Khadoos shouted again and even Pihu got scared a little, but since she didn't like the mean aunty scaring Tarun uncle, she wasn't upset with Mr Khadoos for shouting at her. 

"Ram beta, Calm down. Vedu is our guest and granted she made a mistake, but we can't treat her like this over it" Mr Khadoos's mom spoke up 

"Well she can't treat Tarun like that and mostly she can't treat Pihu like that because Vedu is just a guest in this house. And I won't have her being mean towards Pihu in my own house. So get out or apologize Vedu" Mr Khadoos spoke up and waited for the mean aunty to respond who looked at Pihu with real mean eyes and then turned to leave with her glittery bag. 

"Vedika stop, Ram this isn't done. Vedu is my guest. I invited her and you can't kick her out like this. You stay Vedika because you came on my invite and Tarun bring in a new plate for Vedika ma'am" Mr Khadoos's mom spoke up as the mean aunty returned back to the dining table. 

" I am sorry mom if you got offended. She is your guest, but Pihu is my precious guest that I can't let it slide. Pihu let us go, we can eat somewhere else. How about we get cupcakes those are you favourite right?" Mr Khadoos spoke up and Pihu was happy to leave those mean aunty, so nodded along and went with Mr Khadoos instead. 

Mr Khadoos drove her to a bakery where he brought her everything she asked for and this time when they ate Pihu wasn't sad because he was taking with her now instead of his family. 

Pihu still missed her mumma, but spending time with Mr Khadoos alone wasn't bad either. He made her laugh and told her lot of funny stories about himself and he let Pihu talk about everything she wanted as well. 

"Why did you stop eating? Do you want anything else?" Mr Khadoos asked her when Pihu finished eating the cupcake in hand. 

"I don't want to become fat like the mean aunty said" Pihu answered back worried that her new dress won't fit her anymore. 

"Listen to me, Pihu. Forget everything the mean aunty said, she is mean right that is why she says mean things to you. And she is absolutely wrong. My Pihu is absolutely perfect and she can eat whatever she wants and whenever she wants" Mr Kapoor spoke up as he broke half of his cup cake and gave it to her instead. 

"Ms Sood says I should stop eating when my tummy feels full. Still I eat more when I am upset and that is why I wanted to eat that Paratha. Now I am not that upset, so I should stop eating now. Since my tummy feels full. " Pihu answered back as she gave his cupcake back to him. 

"Why were you upset earlier Pihu?" Mr Khadoos asked her and Pihu told him that it was because she missed her Mumma. 

"Do you wanna see your Mumma?" Mr Khadoos asked her once she told him that she missed her. 

"Yeah, Can we take this cupcakes we didn't eat to Ms Sood, Mr Khadoos?" Pihu asked excitedly and he nodded his head in answer and got those cupcakes packed for Ms Sood. 

On the drive back home, Mr Khadoos told Pihu that she can stay the night with her Mumma and that he would pick her up tomorrow so they can continue their adventure. 

"You miss your Ms Sood right? So you can stay the night in her place. I would pick you up tomorrow and we can continue our adventure together " Mr Khadoos told Pihu who got happy to be reunited with her Mumma. 

When they reached Pihu got down from the car and ran to the door in excitement. She knocked the door and Ms Sood opened the door, she turned to see if Mr Khadoos was behind her, but he only waved her to go inside from the car window and drove away. 

Pihu was little sad that Mr Khadoos won't be joining her because she liked when all three of them stayed together, but she was so happy to see Ms Sood that she had forgotten everything else as her Mumma lifted Pihu up in her arms. 

"Do you know the mean aunty called me fat?" Pihu started telling her mother the entire adventure that brought her back to Ms Sood. 

At the end of the story Pihu fell asleep beside her mother happily while her parents each spend their night wide awake , Ms Sood because she didn't want to blink and miss seeing her daughter and Mr Khadoos because he missed his daughter.
