A few days rolled by, but this time Aaliya and Aamir were together most of the time, having fun and enjoying each other's company.

 

Aaliya had come to know a lot about Aamir and vice versa.

 

But whenever Aaliya thought about it, she felt that there was still something about Aamir that she was unaware of, and she recollected the look in his eyes the first time she saw him and this added to the way she felt.

 

Tomorrow would be their last day in Arihant, and after that they would leave to their homes.

 

They would celebrate New Year here and the next day they would head for their homes.

 

Aaliya and Aamir helped make arrangements for the party while the parents took care of the food, and while Tahiya and Alisha took care of spoiling their moods, Aamir took up charge of bringing it back to normal.

 

Finally the New Year's Eve had arrived.

 

Aaliya and Aamir along with the others sat down and watched the others partying as neither of them felt like it thinking about parting from each other.

 

Suddenly Aamir got up and moved out of the hall where the party was taking place.

 

He walked a few steps ahead and beckoned Aaliya to follow him.

 

Aaliya too got up and began to follow Aamir as he led the way.

 

They were on the seashore now, away from the noise, the people, it felt peaceful, and it was much cooler outside and the night sky added to the charm.

 

Aamir stopped when the water was up to his ankles.

 

" Do you know who I really am?" he asked.

 

Aaliya was taken aback by the question, and her thoughts of the feelings in Aamir's eye reverted back to her.
