PART 18

 

Aaliya went to her room and she closed the door behind her.

 

She placed the gifts that she had got on the bed, she made herself comfortable, and one by one began to unwrap the beautifully wrapped presents.

 

After she was done unwrapping everything, she looked through them half mindedly, as her heart thanked God, not for these presents, but for a bigger gift that she had got by seeing Aamir.

 

 

That afternoon, when Aaliya had gone down to have her lunch, she saw Aamir standing by the door and watching the waves grind the shoreline.

 

 

She saw him, but she had no idea if he saw her and thus without disturbing him, she sat down and had her lunch.

 

During this time Aamir made to signs that suggested that he was aware of Aaliya's presence.

 

Aaliya finished her lunch and when she looked at Aamir and saw no movement, so she turned back and started walking towards her room.

 

" Wouldn't like to have a walk?"
