Part 50:

Angad woke Kripa up at 6 in the morning and took her out for her daily stroll on the beach.  Kripa happily got ready to leave as she would get to be with him and their baby alone and away from all the worries.  That's what she thought anyway.

Angad noticed that Kripa was surprisingly quiet that morning.  Usually, she would continue talking about their baby and they would end up arguing for a name to chose for their son or daughter to be.

Angad: Kripa...lets sit here....I am tired.

Kripa shrug her shoulders and sat down on the cool sand with Angad's help.  He cuddled her with one arm as she rested her head on his shoulder, holding his hand with one, and caressing her stomach with another.  Angad believed that she was still shaken up by the nightmare she had last night.  little did he know that the real reason bothering her was a million times worse than that one nightmare.  Kripa got startled when He pulled her into his lap and cuddled her lightly securing her in front of him, their faces inches away.

Angad: Kripa...you know...jab tum chup chup hoti ho na.....to mujhe bilkul accha nahi lagta....

Kripa(giggled): Lekin agar baat karne ke liye kuch hai hi nahi to kya bolu?

Angad: baat karne ke liye kuch nahi hai??  Aisa kaise ho sakta hai....aaj mujhse ladayi nahi karni kya?  Hamare baby ke naam ko le kar.....waise to roz mujhse lad padti ho...

Kripa(giggled again): nahi....aaj nahi ladna chahti....kyunki mein acchi biwi ki tarah apne pati dev ki har baat manungi..

Angad(mischeiviously): Oh really??  Har baat?

Kripa: Angad...besharam......you know...baby ko sab kuch sunai deta hai...

Angad: To kya hua...meri princess ko yeh to pata chale ki papa mamma se kitna pyaar karte hai

Kripa: are wah?  Princess kyun?  agar Mera Prince hua to?

Angad: no....shes my princess....

Kripa: no...My prince!

Angad: but sweetheart...I am you prince charming ain't I?

Kripa: oh really?  And I thought i was your princess charming...

Angad: well....you're not!

Kripa(gasped): Aannggaadd!!  How mean!

Angad: what?  You are not my princess charming because you are the queen of my heart....

Kripa blushed and hid her face in his neck curve.

Kripa: But you know why i think its my prince?

Angad: Why?

Kripa: Because he kicks a lot.....are you a fan of soccer by any chance?

Angad laughed lightly at her witty prediction.  He had succeeded in bringing his kripa out of the world of fear.

Angad: yea...I used to play soccer in high school....but how does that matter?.....My princess can have my genes too you know...

Kripa: but you know Angad...if it is your princess...i am NOT naming her rani......

Angad: why not????  I like that name....

Kripa: because you gave that name to me...you just said i am the queen of your heart...

Angad: oh...acha....did i say that?  Crap...meine itna accha naam waste kar diya..

Kripa(dropped jaw): WHAT!!!  Oh this is it...move..let me go......I dont want to sit with you anymore.

Angad(thinking to himself): Uh oh.....yeh kya kar diya tumne angad......bahut mushkil se kripa ke mood swings control mein aaye the....now you are in trouble for sure!

Kripa jerked out of his grip and started walking towards the car.  She angrily went and sat in the backseat expecting angad to come and drive her home.  Angad came and sat beside her.

Angad: Im sorry.

Kripa: ----------

Angad: I said I am sorry na....mein mazak kar raha tha...

Kripa: ----------

Angad sighed and went to take the driver's seat.  he knew there wasnt a point in talking to her right now.  He laughed lightly looking at kripa's stubborn face.

Angad(in his mind): Oh boy!!!  Pregnant women are a handful....but...i shouldn't have said that...it was a mean joke....

Angad drove home trying to talk to Kripa who just kept silent and gave him a glare or two.  Kripa stomped off to her room while Angad sat himself down with Josh.

Josh: Isse Kya hua?  

Angad: The return of the mood swings!!

Kripa(from her room): I HEARD THAT!!!!

Aliyah(from her room): JOSH!!!!

Josh: argh....not again......

Josh reluctantly got up and went into the room.

Josh: kya hua ali?

Aliyah: lagta hai bhul gaye.....aaj meri appointment hai.....chalo jaldi...

Josh went outside and reminded Angad of Kripa's appointment as well.

Josh: Angad..ek kaam karte hai....Kripa aur Aliyah ko Prithvi ki clinic par le chalte hai....i really dont trust that hospital anymore....

Angad: you're right.....i'll call Prithvi and let him know we're on our way...

Angad called Prithvi and told him that they were coming.  Prithvi had the most evil smile on his face.

Prithvi(talking to himself after hanging up): Wow prithvi.....you are amazing......Kripa meri jaan....kiss bewaqoof se shaadi kar lee hai tumne....jo insaan uski aulad ko is duniya mein aane se pehle hi khatam kar dene waala hai...usi ke paas woh tumhe le kar aa raha hai....great job Angad.....bas...tum iss tarah se Kripa ko mere paas laate raho aur mein har ek mulaaqat mein Kripa ko uss din ki yaad dilaya karunga jis din usne mere bacche ka katl karne mein help ki thi...bahut sataya hai mujhe un dono ne.....un dono ko mein aisa sabak sikhaunga ki unke pati unhe chod denge....aur unki izzat ke daman par aisa daag lag jayega jo kabhi saaf nahi hoga......just wait and watch Kripa.....What I wanted from you two years ago....I will snatch it from you....

As Angad-Kripa and Josh-Aliyah drove down to the clinic, Aliyah and Kripa noticed that this wasnt the way to their original clinic.

Kripa: angad...Where are we going?  This way doesnt go to the hospital..

Angad: I know....ab se tum dono ka case Prithvi handle karega

Kripa and Aliyah were dumbfounded to hear this but did not dare utter a word.  Both exchanged fearful looks.  Angad parked in front of the door and the four walked in.  Kripa and Aliyah's heartbeat increased as they took one more step.  Aliyah was clutching onto Kripa's arm while Kripa put her hand over hers as if consoling her.

Nurse: Mrs.Khanna and Mrs.Sharma......Dr.Bose is waiting for you...you may go in...

Angad and Josh gestured them to go in while they waited outside.  Kripa and aliyah reluctantly stepped in and stopped as the door clicked behind them.

Prithvi: Ahh....I see my future wives....How are you feeling today.

Kripa and aliyah stood there quiet, trying to think up of something that they can use to escape.

Prithvi(smiled): Dont worry.  I am just going to check you up. Mrs.Sharma...Can I have you on the stretcher please.

Aliyahw as a little taken aback by prithvi's sudden change in behavior.  She went quietly and sat on the stretcher while Prithvi approached her with the blood pressure apparatus.  he put the cuff on her arm and pressed the button.  He looked deeply into her eyes and she looked everywhere but him.  He turned her face towards him held it there causing Aliyah to close her eyes.  After a few minutes, she heard Kripa's voice.

Kripa: Prithvi...what the heck are you doing??

Aliyah opened her eyes and noticed that she was being tied down by prithvi.  She tried to protest but he touched a knife to her stomach threatening to stab if she protested.  After he tied one of Aliyah's arm to the stretcher, he approached Kripa.

Kripa: Prithvi....what...what are you...

Prithvi pushed kripa to the wall, just as she had dreamed last night.  He bent closer on her applying some pressure on her stomach which alarmed her.

Kripa: Prithvi stop....what the heck are you doing?

Prithvi: kyun?  Angad ke bacche ko kuch ho na jaaye iss baat se darr rahi ho??

Kripa: PRITHVI PLEASE!!!  Jo kuch hua usse bhul jao.....uss waqt hum teeno se galati hui thi.....please....kisi acchi si ladki ko doondh kar settle ho jao...

Prithvi: Tum angad ko divorce dedo...mein to bilkul taiyaar hoon....

Kripa (glared at him):Prithvi!

Prithvi: are wah!  Kya gussa hai.....theek hai baba......to phir Aliyah ko kaho ki woh josh ko divorce dede....mein usse bhi shaadi karne ke liye taiyaar hoon...

Kripa(trying to get out of his grip): You disgust me!  Bilkul nahi badle tum....pata nahi kaise maine soch liya tha ki shayad tum badal gaye hoge.....You are still the same......with that perverted mind and disgusting desires of yours....

Prithvi: disgusting desires??  You really want to see my desires??

Prithvi put his arms on either side of her and moved closer to her while Kripa continuously struggled to get out of his grip.  She finally thought up of something and lifted her leg forcefully hitting Prithvi where it hurts a man the most.  Prithvi clutched and rolled on the floor in pain.  Kripa rushed to Aliyah and opened her arm.  He stood in the doorway when they tried to escape.

Prithvi: Prithvi itna kamzoor nahi hai.....ab batao...tum dono mein se kaun marna chahega...aur kaun mujhse shaadi karega.....waise..agar dono mein se koi bhi marna nahi chahta to tum dono mujhse shaadi kar sakti ho....i dont have a party...I wouldnt mind two hot and sexy wives....my life will be a colourful movie....trust me ladies...I will give you more wealth and pleasure than your husbands are right now...i had offered each of you this two years ago too....but no......both of you tried to run from me...now what?  Ab kahan jaogi bhaag kar....

Kripa: Prithvi just shut the **** up!

Aliyah: what do you think of your self?

Kripa couldnt stop the urge and slapped him across his face using all the force she had.

Kripa: I hate you prithvi!!  I thought you were a good friend!  Little did I know that I was looking at a pervert all that time! Aliyah(crying): Kripa stop...bas Kripa...

Kripa was ready to charge another slap on prithvi when her stomach ached slightly.  She froze in her spot and put her hands on her stomach instantly.  Prithvi was worn out by the few slaps Kripa thundered on him, not to mention that one kick which could result in him having no children in the future.

Aliyah: Kripa...are you ok??...Chalo yaha se....

Aliyah grabbed Kripa by the arm and walked outside.  They looked around for Angad and Josh but they werent in sight.  Not wanting to stay in that building for one more second, Aliyah walked Kripa to their car in the parking lot.  Angad and Josh came out after a few minutes.

Angad: tum dono yahan kya kar rahe ho?

Kripa: aap log kahan the?  

Josh: actually...nurse ne humein dawaiyan laane bheja tha......check up ho gaya?

Aliyah: nahi....hum ne check up nahi karvaya....

Angad & Josh: Kyun?

Kripa(already had a perfect excuse made up): Angad...if you dont want us to go back to the same hospital, we wont...find us another doctor but please..i feel uncomfortable with a male doctor...if its any other lady doctor we're fine....right Aliyah?

Aliyah(going along with the flow): yea...please...i hope you two understand.....

Josh: ok...fine....i understand but there is no way i am taking you back to that irresponsible doctor..
