heers" 7 glasses went up to raise a toast….a toast to their friendship that was as it is even after 3 years after passing out from KMA. Yes….. 7 glasses.7th one belonged to Roohy aka Roohina Mittal, Yudi's girlfriend. She was a part of their gang now. Though they have started seeing each other just a couple of months back but both of them were so much in love with each other.

Yudi got promoted from Lieutenant Yaduvansh Sahni to Captain Yaduvansh Sahni three months back. Neelu wanted to celebrate the occasion & she planned a weeklong trip to New York. Initially Yudi was reluctant but after a little bit of cajoling by Neelu, he gave in. Little did he know that this trip was going to change his life.

 Roohy works as an airhostess with an international airline. She was a part of the crew in the flight that Yudi was going to board. Roohy liked army men. They fascinated her. She was just checking the passenger list before the flight and she saw a name….Captain Yaduvansh Sahni. That name caught her attention. "Captain…not bad!!! So we are going to have an army officer in the flight" She said to herself. But her enthusiasm somewhat faded when she read the name….Yaduvansh Sahni. It sounded so last century. She thought him to be a 40 plus gentleman. But still she was looking forward to this flight experience with an army officer on board. She noted the seat number.

After the flight took off she went down on her job. She was serving Neelu when suddenly she saw her seat number. She was sitting next to Yudi. Roohy was surprised to see him.
"Excuse me. Are you Captain Yaduvansh Sahni?"
"Its Yudi" he corrected "but anyways yes that's me, why?"
"No… Nothing really"
She was amused to see a rather cute guy than a 40 plus man as Yaduvansh Sahni.

The flight had to make an emergency landing as the pilots realized that there were some technical problems. All the passengers and crewmembers were stranded at some airport. Yudi saw Roohi standing alone at the airport. He was still wondering why she asked him his name.Besides Roohy was a very attractive girl. She was tall with very sharp features, fair complexion, waist length black hair with golden streaks and her voice was so soft. Overall, Yudi was genuinely interested. So finally he summoned up courage and walked up to her.
"Hey" Yudi tried to start the conversation.
"Oh, Hi!!" It was one of the warmest 'Hi' Yudi had ever received from a girl. He liked her all the more.
"Actually I wanted to ask you why you asked me my name during the flight"
"Oh that. Actually I am very much interested in army and while I was checking the passenger list I came across your name, Captain Yaduvansh Sahni"
"Alright…so you are interested in army"
"Yes… don't mind but when I read that name I thought you to be a middle aged man but when I saw you I was surprised…So much that I thought that you cant be that captain. And please do not mind that"
"Of course not….Infact that's the reason I prefer Yudi than YADUVASH SAHNI….dat name is so heavy."
"I can understand that…. Even I prefer Roohy than Roohina for that very reason"
And that triggered off the conversation between the two that went on for about 2 hours. They discussed lot many things and found out that they have quite a few things in common.
Roohy believed in destiny. She told Yudi her take in life about love & relationships.
"Some things in life are destined and relationship is just one such thing"

And they were destined to be together because they met again in the flight back to India. Neelu could see sparks flying between them. Such things could hardly escape her eyes and she readily played cupid between them. A week after landing in Delhi they went on their first date in Bangalore, where Yudi was posted.

First thing Yudi did after his date was to call up Huda and tell him that he finally had a girlfriend. Whenever Roohy got time after her flights she used to land up in Bangalore and spend time with Yudi. Meanwhile she also used to talk to all his friends except for one….No prizes for guessing who and why!!!Ali was still the same conservative Kanpuriya who shied away from girls.
And today she was in Ambala with the 6 friends. While leaving the academy they had decided that they shall meet after 3 years in Ambala. Then and there they had even decided the date and time. Roohy had managed to take some time out because she was dying to meet Yudi's friends.

All of them were having a great time together. Though they were constantly in touch with each other, there were so many things they wanted to share. All of them were speaking almost non-stop…. well almost all of them. Huda was in his usual flirtatious mood. He was trying to flirt with Roohy.
"Waise Roohy ek baat hai yaar, hoor ke sath langoor kuch achcha nahin lagta"
Yudi was furious to hear that.
"You are absolutely right Huda….You see that is the only reason I chose Yudi over you" Roohy was prompt to reply back.
All of them started laughing…but Huda saw something & pointed it out to others. Two of them were lost in their own thoughts…looking in each other's eyes. They couldn't hear anything but the others saw them.........
