Chapter 8

Part 9:

After saying goodnight to Raj after dinner, she went to

her room extremely happy. Pooja understood everything

just by seeing the happiness on her friend's face."so,

finally your connection has worked"
naina smiled " yes.u know pooja i am this happy after

so many days.He is my everything"
"we all are really happy for u naina" she hugged her

friend.

Next week passed really quickly for them . Naina has

been thinking about Raj in her room rather annoyed.

Next day is her birthday & he went today morning to a

tour saying that he has an important work & will return

in 2 days.He did not remember her birthday.His work has

become more important to him now-a-days that he did not

remember even her birthday.

Before bidding bye to him, she tried to give hints to

him but he did not understood. she almost can't believe

that the person whom she is in love with did not even

bother about her birthday.

Pooja dragged her to shopping for her birthday dress

but she was not at all interested.Just to make her

friends happy, she smiled infront of them when they r

discussing excitedly about her birthday plans.

After dinner, she went to sleep slowly thinking about

Raj .Just then the phone rang.
" If u want to see Raj alive, come to 1857 point alone.

Don't try to contact anybody"
" who r u? " the call was disconnected.
she panicked ."No, Nothing could happen to him.I will

not let anything happen to him"

She quickly went out of academy not bothering to tell

anybody as it would be danger for him. she reached the

1857 point and there was nobody there.

"Raj" she screamed as if losing her life.Somebody

placed a hand on her shoulder.

                   * * *

" Is everything going according to our Plan?"

"Yes sir. Everything is fine. This time they can't do

anything except to accept our demands"

"Good. This game is to be going really interesting" he

laughed wickedly.

Naina turned back to see Raj smiling at her. she

touched his face to make herself believe that he was

actually there.

"Raj! R u fine ? what happened to u? I got a call.."
Before she could speak anything further , he silenced

her by placing his hand on her lips" ssh! see the time"

she looked onto her watch.It was exactly 12.00,she

looked to him questioningly. suddenly,she was

surrounded by heart-shaped balloons flying. He kissed

her forehead "Happy Birthday naina"

she was stunned " so, u did all this. U know how much

worried i was about u" Raj smiled at her. she relaxed

now "I thought u didn't remember"

"How can i forget anything related to u? " he said

holding her hands in his.

"Well I loved ur surprise.Thank you" she hugged him.

"It's not over yet."he took her to the bench nearby &

made her to sit on it.

He looked at her .Her face glowed with moonlight on her

& she looked like an angel.

He bended infront of her & opened a small red box

infront of her Which contained a simple yet beautiful

diamond ring just like her.

" will u be with me for all my life? Will u marry me

naina?"

She was overwhelmed with happiness. she did not expect

this.She bend down & hugged him with tears of happiness

in her eyes.He took the ring & slide the ring on her

finger and kissed her palm.

Naina tried hard not to blush but she could not hide

it.Her eyes were twinkling with happiness.He laid on

the bench placing his head on her lap." we waited this

long to come to this point "
"Finally we made it. Everything is worth for this"
she said.
"so, when r u going to marry me?" she asked moving

fingers through his hair lovingly.

"If u agree, I want to marry u right now.But I know u

want the wedding to be held infront of all of our

well-wishers. Next week for Diwali holidays , i will

come along with u to meet ur parents to ask for ur

hand"

"only if navin bhaiyya was there, how happy he would be

for us. We managed to prove u innocent, but we still

couldn't prove his innocence & the mastermind behind

all this"

"Don't worry naina. We will prove Navin innocent at any

cost" he assured her.

After spending somemore time, they went back to KMA.
