part 8:

Actually what happened was..

Flashback:

Nandini & Raj were walking. " Raj ! i have a surprise news for u. Guess what?"
Raj smiled" No guesses. Now tell me"

"me & Abhimanyu are in love. He proposed to me last month & i accepted.Today he went to his parents to talk about our marriage"

"That's great! when did this happen? u must tell me

everything. "Raj was so happy for  both   of   his friends.

At the lunch time, nandini received a call & she was so happy. "Raj! Abhi's parents accepted for our marriage. He just informed me now on the phone" and she hugged him joyfully.

Raj gave her a friendly hug equally happy."By the way Raj , when r u going to propose to naina? I know that u love her a lot.Since we met , u talked only about her."

"I want to propose to her tommorow at a very special place for both of us" said Raj.
" Let's make a try. show me how u r going to do it. I

want to see whether u can make it more romantic than Abhi" she laughed.

Raj bended on his knee laughing and showed it. "

Good.If u do it this lovely, no girl can reject you"

she laughed along with him.

Naina was startled. Tears of happiness were flowing on her cheeks.she hugged nandini "I will definitely attend ur wedding & thanks a lot for giving me my life back"

"I am so happy for Raj & you. You r very lucky to have Raj who loves u more than anything else in this world. All the best for u both" & she left.

Naina wanted to meet Raj badly at this moment & rushed outside, then she remebered suddenly how she behaved with him & did not believe him. why did she always end up causing pain to him?
But she was going to makeup for it now. Raj's going to have a surprise.

she went to Raj's room after lunch knowing that he

would be free at that time.she knocked the door gently rehearsing within herself what she should talk.she knocked 2times. when she was about to knock again, the door opened.Raj was surprised to see her.

"shall we talk inside?" Raj nodded silently and opened the door completely to let her in.
"Raj, actually on that day, i .." even though she
practised manytimes, she was not able to speak properly by looking at his eyes where she saw pain & guilt aroused in her.Before, she could speak further,somebody knocked the door.

Raj opened the door .An orderly came & told him that Bc wanted to meet him right now.

" I have to go now .sorry" & he left.
naina cursed for the interruption and she desperately waited for him. It was evening but there was no sign of Rajveer.

Raj came to his room a bit tired.The door was

unlocked.Then he rembered that naina came to talk to him & he left.BC assigned him some important work regarding triggers & he was so lost in the work that he completely forgot about what happened afternoon.

Maybe she left without locking the door. He opened the door & was surprised.

"Dammit. How many times, i tried to move them away from my path, they r coming again" a man who was heavy-built shouted.

"This time they can't do anything sir. They have

already experienced what they have to go through if

they come in ur path" another person replied.

" never underestimate them. I know them very well.They won't give up. Keep an eye on them"

"yes sir"

The room was full of candles arranged very beautifully & in the middle of the room ,he saw naina who fell fast asleep in the sofa after making the arrangements.

He went to her .she was sleeping peacefully looking like a baby.His heart melted.He did not want to wake her up.He carried her in his arms & placed her gently on the bed.
He freshened up & came.Just then the mess bell rang which caused naina to wakeup. she was surprised to find herself on his bed. Then, she saw Raj and quickly got up.

"so, what r u doing on by bed?" he said pretending
serious.

"I am waiting for u & I didn't know when i fall asleep. i really don't know how i got on ur bed" she completed in a single sentence without taking breath.

He smiled secretly & said in a serious tone "oh! so, u r spying on me & trying to search in my room for any evidences to know about my previous love affairs"

Naina broke into tears & hugged him tightly as if she would drown down if he was not there.Raj was shocked to see her crying."Naina! please don't cry. I was just joking. i am really not angry on you. Please calm down."He tried to comfort her to his best.

" i am so sorry Raj for not believing u.Nandini told me everything.I love u so much that i am not able to bear the thought of losing u forever"

" i love u too" he kissed her hands taking into his.Now stop crying & let's go for dinner . otherwise u can't get the energy to fight with me again" he said smiling.

"so, u forgave me?"

"of course! It's my weakness that i can't stay angry on u for more time. I am afraid that after marriage, if u fight with me more often, what should i do?"

she laughed & said " u will not leave me even if i
fight with u daily. will u?"

"Not for this lifetime" They laughed together & went for dinner.
