Geet is scared looking at Tara’s angry face… why is she so upset on seeing Geet, what’s her problem? Or is she the problem that Maan is scared of? Geet kind of understands the situation a little…. Maybe it was not a good idea to come without Maan’s knowledge….

Geet keeps looking at her in shock…

Tara: Maan ko kaise himmat hui tumme yahan lane ki? Kahan hai woh beimaan Maan? Kahan chup raha hai?

Geet is shocked by her reactions, she is angered by her disrespectful addressing of Maan…

Geet: mind your words, he is not here

Tara: itna gussa? Toh mamla itna badh gayi

Geet: what are you talking about?

Tara: I can’t believe Maan forgot my sister so easily, what did you do to him?

Tara stares Geet for moment...

Tara: I can’t believe Maan fell for you, so he is blinded by your beauty?

Tara looks at Geet cheaply…

Geet feels insulted, both for herself and Maan, and specially their love for each other… this is not just another filmy love at first sight, certainly not from Maan’s side, Geet only knows how she had a tough time to make him realize that it’s not a sin to fall in love at any point of life, and how their love is not blind as they say, they met because of their families, and their fondness for each other grew without their knowledge as they got to know the other person more and more…

By the time Maan realized that he is falling for her, he immediately felt guilty for forgetting about his situation and he thought that she deserves someone better which is somewhat true owing to Geet’s vulnerable age, she started liking him because he set her free from her families restrictions and most seeimportantly he never judged her for that unfortunate encounter and didn’t blame her for she is a girl as girls had to follow a thousand rules according to this society, or even her family….

Maan liked her she is different from every other girl he met, he is attracted by her free spirit and carefree fearless nature, doing what she wants and thinks is right, never bothered about others, maybe because he wants to be like that but he couldn’t… he is a prisoner of his past, his freedom is curbed because of his responsibilities from his past life, he wants to break free from that, specially from the promises he made to Tara and also to himself in a hurry, for he was desperate and hopeless at that time after the tragedy… his brain stopped working and he believed anything that the other’s said, his only mistake was that he failed to take charge of his own life at adversity… he is guilty of running away from his responsibility as Mansi’s father… in other words, he wants to claim his life back… it’s nothing wrong in that….

Geet: aap apni choti soch ko apne paas hi rakthe toh achcha hoga

Tara smiles sarcastically…

Tara: tumse isse zyada umeed bhi kya kar sakte?

Geet: aap mere barein baat nahi karein toh achcha hoga, waise aap mere barein mein kya jaanthe?

Tara: kya jaanthi? You think I’m a fool to keep a blind eye with whatever is happening?

Geet: are you spying on Maan?

Geet can’t believe it… now she understands why Maan is running away from his feelings….

Tara: why would I? I was spying on you

Geet is shocked again…

Geet: what? Who are you to do that? Who gave you the rights? You can’t intrude into my personal life

Tara: I’m no one, but you are trying to disturb Maan’s harmony and peace, you are the intruder not us

Geet: what’s wrong with that? If Maan has no problem in my intrusion, why are you so bothered?

Tara: because it’s not about just Maan, it’s about Mansi too, and I’m Mansi’s mother and everything in the absence of my sister, moreover Maan himself promised not to marry again for the sake of his daughter, but now he slipped, all thanks to you, you seduced him, now I understand you will do anything to get Maan, you are a danger for Mansi

Geet: what? You don’t judge me without knowing me

Tara: I know you more than anyone else, more than your chocolate boy lover, that’s what you want na? You take him and forget about Mansi

Geet: you are crazy

Tara: sorry, I don’t think so, ulta you are crazy, you cheated your own family for your pleasure

Geet is really shaken and she goes speechless in disbelief.. what's happening? 

How did a stranger like Tara knew about Geet's past? 

Tara knows every detail about Geet's past and the rumours surrounding it... 

Tara continues staring Geet as if she is a criminal....

Tara:  how can anyone trust you Ms.Geet Handa? You always do what you want not thinking about others, not even your own family who have sacrificed a lot for you, and what do you they get in return? Family dishonor, mental torture and what not? I don’t want Mansi to go through all this, I’m not against your wish, you are welcome to take what you want, but then Mansi is all mine

Geet: who are you to decide what’s right for Maan? What’s wrong if he changed his decision and wants to live his life again? That doesn’t change his love for his daughter, that doesn’t change the fact that he Mansi’s father

Tara: I also understood later that there is nothing wrong with Maan reclaiming his love life, but the problem is you, not his decision to seek a partner

Geet: it’s too late I’m afraid, you have no rights to distate Maan, he is free to choose his partner

Tara: not if he wants to be Mansi’s father, he has lost his mind after seeing you, he is a fool to not see his daughter’s future, he is a pathetic loser before your beauty

Geet: you are crossing your limits now, who are you to judge him?

Tara: I’m not judging him, it’s the bloody truth, why are you afraid to admit the truth? You can fool Maan but not me, He is completely out of his control this time and he is wrong, Who the hell are you to defending him? You too know the truth

Geet: because I’m his wife

Tara is shocked….

Tara: what? Maan married you?

Geet: yes, and I’m Mrs. Maan Singh Khurana

Tara laughs out loud… so I am right, MSK is a weak man, he was so easily defeated by his desires, now I think he won’t think about my daughter, I won, I won

Geet doesn’t understand a thing…. But she knows that she has made a blunder by disclosing her wedding with Maan… But she knows that there is nothing wrong to marry someone of your choice, haina?

Geet: no we won, now I’m here to take my daughter

Tara: are you kidding? How could you think that I’ll let you take Mansi with you?

Geet: because I’m her mother

Tara laughs… : don’t say it again, you can’t even be a good daughter to your parents, how can you be a mother, let alone a good one? I pity your future children, you are a selfish woman, so selfish to ignore your loved ones, now you need Maan, so Mansi is your priority for the time being, your will need something else in the future, then you will easily change your priorities, you will not even worry about leaving Maan then, what about Mansi then? Forget it Geet Khurana, Mansi is now our daughter, she is a part of our family now, you can tell this to your beloved husband too, oh, he already knows, didn’t he tell you that he has happily sacrificed his daughter for he needs you more? I don’t want to see him anywhere near our daughter again , I think I have made it clear to you now, so please leave and never come again and trouble my family

Tara is now fully convinced that she is never letting Mansi go, not to be a step child of this selfish Geet….
