Geet is going to meet Dadi at the Khurana’s family home… it’s her real sasuraal to be honest….

Brij and his wife, Preetho, accompany Geet…

Dadi has got the shagun ready for Geet…

Knowing that the Khuranas are here after a long time for a wedding with the Handa family from Hoshiarpur, some of the relatives, who are staying around their home, come to see Savithri Devi Khurana and her potha, they are really happy that the Khuranas have finally come here, and are particularly curious about welcoming Maan…

The news of the wedding is a pleasant surprise for them and they are happy that the Khuranas have not forgotten their roots as assumed…

They are unaware of Maan’s first wedding…

They think Maan is getting married now only….

Though Dadima has sent a word to only one of the second cousins of Amarnath about the wedding and their arrival and invited him on behalf of the family, he has spread the word and got all the close families to meet Savithriji…

He knows that she is all alone, and they should be there on behalf of Amarnath Ji, though there was no touch with them lately…..

Dadi is so happy that the shadi ghar is not empty…

Maan has gone to see munsiji as Dadi requested….

She has asked munsiji to give an insight into their history and how Mr. Khurana senior, started out from a humble place and worked his way to a successful businessman, and help Maan know the whole story by visiting the small Wearhouse which was their maiden project and how they have grown from there…

Dadi regrets that she should have done that long before…

Geet is here and she is welcomed by the ladies with Aarthi…

Geet didn’t know they would be here, she knows some of them as she has lived here only…

They all tell her that she is lucky to become Savithri Ji’s bahu….

Brij has also brought shagun for the damadji ..

But Maan is not here…

Geet is disappointed…

First Geet accepts the shagun from the elders and gets everyone’s blessings including Dadima… dadima’s wishes are always there for her…

Brij is also disappointed that Maan is not here…

Dadi calls Maan and asks him to come home immediately…

Dadi asks Brij to give the shagun to Geet itself as she is already the rightful member of the Khurana family… .Geet gets it from Brij and is looking at Dadima…

Dadi: kya dekhte ho beta? Jao, issko uparwale kamrein mein rakh ke aao, wahi tummara kamra hai

Geet goes upstairs… Preetho goes with her… .

They reach the room and find it closed…

Geet: ab kya karein hum babhi?

Preetho: isse yahi bahar rakh do Geet

But Geet wants to go inside and see, after all Dadima said that it’s her room…

Geet: nahi, isse bahar kaise chod sakte, achcha nahi lagega, hum isse andar hi rakhte hai

Preetho is scared… aaise kaise andar jaayegi?… pehle bar yahan aaye hai…

Preetho: mein nahi aaoongi

Geet: tum yahi rukho, mein jaldi isse andar rakh ke aathi hoon

Meanwhile Maan has come…

He is surprised to see everyone here… he thinks they are from the Handas side…

Maan secretly asks Dadima what’s going on….

Dadi tells him that it’s a ritual that is followed here… these people give more importance to the engagement than wedding as this is the first ceremony that seals the relationship and from here onwards they are a couple and neither can step back even if they want…

Dadi has to cook a lot of stories specially for Maan…

Maan has no clue that Geet is here…

He has seen Brij only…

Maan: whatever it is I’m not interested, you take care of it Dadima, it’s all your wish

Maan rushes up to his room… he is not happy about so many people coming, he wanted it to be kept within the two families strictly….

When Preetho sees Maan she quickly returns leaving Geet…

Maan goes inside the room and locks the door to stay away from the madness or else he might lose his cool and that will create unwanted trouble…

Geet hears the noise and finds Maan standing near the door…

She runs towards him excited…

Geet: Maan, aap aagaye? Kahan chale gaye the aap? Mein kitni udaas ho gayi jab mujhe patha chala ki aap yahan nahi ho, mein aap ko dekhne ke liye kitna taras rahi thi

Maan: ye sab kya ho raha hai Geet?

Geet shows the shagun thali…

Maan: ye sab kya hai Geet? Engagement kal haina?

Geet: aaj haldi ka rasam hai

Maan is shocked to hear that… .

Geet realizes her mistake…

Geet: hare, ye shagun ka rasam hai, yahan aaisa hi hotha hai

Maan: aaise kuch nahi hotha

Geet opens the thali takes the haldi and puts it on his face suddenly…

Maan didn’t expect that…

Maan stares Geet… she gets a little scared, she is not afraid of him, she is afraid that he will find out about the secret shadi….

Geet: I’m sorry, aap naraaz ho?

Geet makes a puppy face…

Maan can’t get angry with such a cutie….

Geet withdraws her hands behind and steps back…

Maan doesn’t want to disappoint her…

He moves closer, takes her hands and makes her apply haldi again…

He then takes the haldi on his hands and puts it on her cheeks… he then slowly brings his hands down… upto her neck…

Geet freezes…. Maan keeps admiring her…

Maan: tumme isski koi zaroorat nahi Geet, tum pehle hi bahut sundar ho

Geet is so happy to get such a compliment from him…

Geet: toh mein jaoon

Maan moves aside and makes way… Geet runs away…
