Pankaj; why did they have to bring Varun's wife for questioning?

Daya; To prove that Varun's rage problems was not an isolated incedent...... isn't it obvious?

Pankaj; Sorry sir...

Abhijeet; I can't believe Purvi quit.

Michael; Can you blame her sir?

ACP; let's see what the new IG saab informs to the media circus down there

(He turns on the television)

...we've come to know that Varun's rage problems wasn't an isolated incedent......we couldn't reach his parents but we did manage to contact the wife and-

(Disgusted by this ACP turns the tv off)

DCP ; The nerve of this guy if I was still  the DiG I would be asking him to-

ACP ; Wait a minute that reminds me ....why were you demoted to DCP?

DCP; None of your business Pradyuman

At this point the IG returned

IG ; Well it's all settled......

DCP ; What's settled? "It was not a isolated incedent" some cover story you fed the media-

IG; ALRIGHT THAT'S IT! I'VE BEEN TOLERATING YOUR INSUBORDINATE BEHAVIOUR ALL DAY.....WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I DESERVE IT!

DCP;. Because you were obviously involved with your former boss in this corruption-

IG ; No I wasn't ...I tried repoting that guy  .....he threatened me that he'll kill my wife......I didn't listen.......she was murdered and it was made to look like a accident......why did you think I was absent at the forest? I was laughing like mad seeing my wife getting avenged and I can't laugh in front of the whole troop who are trying to diffuse the situation.........but I didn't go spewing monologues like garbage...... Anyway coming to you guys the mumbai bureau is going to be shut down

All; WHAT!

IG ; Listen this has been debated for a few years now..... CID is becoming irrelevant by the day.....I mean all you ever do is handle regular police cases.......you don't even handle high profile cases like terrorism and counterfeit currency.....there are seperate divisions for that......you merely exist to reduce the workload of the police but even that has become a burden now CID can exist in a crime filled state like Bihar...but here it's useless.........

Abhijeet; Why didn't DGP throw you in prison? 

IG; Oh they suspected me all right. They didn't belive a word I said just like you they thought that you guys would slip up something about me being involved with the IG in this crime....but all you said back there were assumptions......and I was actively trying to report that IG.......they didn't have solid proof that I was involved because of you guys-

Daya ; And now you're rewarding us by taking our jobs

IG ; Listen they were interested in keeping the CID around but the last nail in the coffin was all of your insubordinate behaviour back in the interrogation room.....they questioned about ACP'S method of training his officers , that he didn't do a good job because if he had done his job , you wouldn't be in this position now.....and Abhijeet this is nothing personal , but the way you act , you'll never get a promotion

Abhijeet; Listen you peice of -

Unknown Voice ; That won't help anyone

Everyone looked around 

IG; JCP Asha? What are you doing here

Asha; I came here because I  anticipated such a reaction from the superiors......we already have bad press because of this whole thing......you're going to make it worse by shutting down one of the best divisions of police branch which gave rise to brave cops?

IG ; they'll lose thier detective status but retain thier jobs as uniformed cops

Asha; Is that what you're going to tell them

IG ; Tell who?

Asha; All the cops who've worked here under ACP sir 

And there was about 17 cops standing ; Viren , Jayant , Mridula , Sanjeev , Sachin , Jayawanti , Rajat , Dushyant , Kavin , Shirke , Rodricks , Shekar , Raghav , Kajal , Devyana , Muskaan , Karan 

"And these are the cops who gave up thier lives for cid and this country " she showed him pictures of Desai ,Aditi , Roma , Tasha.......Daksh

DCP ; Daksh! Come on that's not fair he was a traitor!......shit why am I ruining my chances I'll shut up....

IG ; This is CID JCP Asha.....there is no place for soap-ish theatrics here

Asha ; Let me put it this way; either you hear what they have to say or the alternative is getting pelted by tomatoes by the public and the press

IG ; See this is the insubordinate behaviour I'm talking about! No officer under ACP Pradyuman is ever a calm and complacent person , everyone has an inflatable ego......and frankly your uncreative ways of baiting the criminals by faking your death has caused this......you've all been breaking protocol since day one-

Asha; Alright I'm calling back the press.......

After a lot of convincing from all the officers the IG calmed down

IG ; Alright I can only sell it under one condition; this you better hear ,anymore dramatics , you're done , all of you must solve your cases by following protocol , unconventional methods are no longer entertained.......have a good day it's not the end of CID yet....

After he left ACP thanked all the officers who've come to thier aid and all of them left.....

ACP ; We must never , ever talk about this Varun incedent agian....

.....after a few months the media frenzy also died down and everything was good for a while until the IG retired and Sudhakar returned demoted Daya and Abhijeet to expose fake Viren and jayant and the whole DCP Pradyuman forgiving himself incedent of 2025......and DCP Pradyuman convinced Purvi to rejoin in CID , and Shreya got her daughter back and the eye and the Poseidon gang were arrested and she came back to CID as  inspector...
