Chapter 27

CHAPTER 25:

After a few hours, Raj went to Ridhi's room. She was sleeping peacefully holding Shree's hands. Shree was also asleep on the sofa with his head on the armrest. He slowly placed his hands on Shree's shoulder and he jerked looking at Ridhi. Raj smiled at him, and told him to go to his bed. Shree left for his room.

Arjun woke up after 4 hours. He was still weak and tired. Riya was sitting by him. Sameer and Raj was also in the room. They came to him. He was disoriented at first. His hands were a bit swollen. "kaise ho Arjun?" Raj was by him. He slowly sat up with their help. "hm.. almost fine..What happened?" he looked at his swollen hand. "wo bush..?"

"ha wo poisonous the.. but its ok.. dava lagaya hai.. you'll be fine.." Riya was intendetly looking at him. He saw it. "wo..cameras..?"

"we got it.. Raj wo analyse kar rahe the.. do log kal waha mile the.. lekin unke speech clear nahi hai.. unme se ek aaj mar gaya.. we missed the other… ab unhe patha hai ke hum yaha hai..we should be more careful now. ..par tum rest karo.. we'll meet at lunch.." they went out.

Riya was still looking at him. "kya hua? Aise kya dekh rahe ho? Zinda hu mein.."

"please sir.. please… aur baathen nahi.. aap rest kijiye.." he tried to get up. But she didn't allow. "please rest kijiye.. doctor ne kaha hai.. aur medicine keliye bhi time hua hai.."

"bas Riya.. I'm fine.. over acting math karo…" she was shocked.

"kya? Mein over acting kar rahi hu? Tho aap kya kar rahe ho? Ithna rough and tough dikha rahe ho.. phir bhi apne Roshni se jo pyaar hai.. wo nahi chupa parahe hai.." he stoped by her words.

"how dare you take her name? chale jao yaha se.. I said get out.."

Ridhi's room:

Ridhi got up and found herself alone. She saw a message. "hey Ridzi.. bhai sent me to room.. call me when you get up.. love.. Shree.." she freshen up and called him. They together went to Arjun's room. When they went in Riya was about to leave the rom. Her eyes were wet. "kya hua Ri?" she went to her. she nodded negative. Arjun wes fuming. Ridhi got the hint. "its ok..tum tired hogi.. my room's free. Please go and take rest" Riya went out. Ridhi nodded at Shree. He left her with Arjun. She sat by him. He was still angry and weak.

"bhai… are you alright?" she asked touching his cheeks. He was relaxing a bit. "ha .. beta ..i'm fine.." he smiled. They sat for  a while. "why do you do this bhai?" he was confused.

"please bhai.. don't act as if you don't know what I mean.. aap aise Riya ko hurt nahi kar sakthe.." he never expected such word from her. "Ridhi.. mein.."

"bhai.. aap sab kuch notice karthe ho… how could you miss this? Patha nahi kithne baar wo aapko hint diye.. but you never responded. Everyone over here knows this.. but how could you miss it?"

"tum kya keh rahe ho Ridhi? Meine kya miss kiya?"

"what?? You never knew it?? Are bhaiya.… Riya loves you.." he couldn't still believe it.yes he did know that she felt something.. but love??

"par Ridhi.. how can I accept her? Mere zindagi mein tho already Roshni hai.. how can I..?"

"aur aapko nahi lag rahe ke, ye sab baath Riya ko nahi patha? Wo aapke har jazba ko samjthe hai.. please bhai.. ek baar unke aankhon mein dekhlo.. you will see it.. aap kab thak aise akele hoge?kya Roshni bhabhi ko ye sab pasand hoge? Nahi na..? tho aapko aage jaana chahiye.."

"she really loves you bhai.. please think about it… aapko ek humsafar ke zaroorath ahi.. aur mujhe ek bhabhi…kuch samjhe ya…" she winked at him. Both had tears in their eyes. They hugged each other. "hm.. aajkal kaafi bade bade baathen karthe hai.. Kahi Shree ke asar tho nahi?" her heart skipped a beat. "chup.. ab aap ye dava pijiye.. chehre math banayiye.. come on.. be a good boy…open your mouth…a...a… ye huyi na baath!! Good boy.."

He face wrinkled. It was so off taste. "yuck.. ye bhi koi dava hai.. isse behther wo poison hi tha.." she closed his mouth. "chup.. aise math bol.. waise sab bohot tensed the.. Riya bhi.." she stopped for a while.. "so bhai.. will you talk to her?"

"hm.. usse thode aaram karne do uske baad milthe hai.." Ridhi hugged him. "ok.. aap thode aur rest kijiye.. mein yahi hu.." he went back to bed with her caressing his hair. He was asleep soon.  

She went back to Shree who was analyzing the video. "Bhai kaise hai?"

"fine.. I told him about Ri… I think it was time for him to know the truth.." he held her hands gently. "don't worry.. they'll be fine.." they started their work soon.

4 pm:

Riya came to the room and saw Arjun by the window side, thinking. She went to him "sorry sir… meine kuch zyaada hi boldiya tha.. I'm sorry…" he was silent so she turned back. But she felt someone holding onto her hands.. she turned and saw Arjun watching her… "rukho Riya.. aaj apne dil ke bath bathado mujhe.." she was surprised..

"sir.. mein.. mein.." she didn't have words. "aaj daro math Riya.. I knew you had some feelings towards me.. but mujhe patha nahi tha ke tum mujhse pyaar karthi ho.. in fact I never wished to know it.. you know me well…uski jaane ke baad meine kabhi bhi kisiko aise nahi dekha.. but don't know why.. I can feel myself opening upto you.. wo waisa feeling nahi hai jo mujhe Ridhi se hai.. but kuch aur hai.. par uss feeling ko pyaar ka naam denekeliye mujhe thode aur waqt chahiye.. I know ke tum mujhse bohot kuch expect karthe ho.. can you give me some time?" she had tears down her cheeks. He thought he had hurt her..he came closer to her "I'm sorry Riya.. I know I have hurt you.. I'm.." she closed his mouth by her hands.

"bas.. sir.. bas.. aapko kaise patha ke mujhe hurt hua hai? No.. I'm not hurt.. aapko patha nahi ke mein aaj kithne khush hu.. bohot mann tha aapse baath karne ka.. par himmath nahi thi.. ab aap sab jaan gayi hai tho… aap meri bhi baath suniye.. I wont force you into any relations. 'Kisike privacy ko respect karna chahiye'  ye baath meine aap hi se seekha hai.. so take all your time.. but please thab thak ek friend ke tharah mujhe maniye.. kabhi kuch share karna hai tho please.. zyaada mach sochiye.. mein aapkeliye meri pure zindagi wait kar sakthi hu.." he went closer to her and cupped her face and slowly wiped her tears. He kissed her forhead and hugged her. She could hear his heartbeat.. it was the most soothing tune that she ever heard in her life.. they hugged for a while…

After a while.. Raj and Sameer rushed to his room.. they were shocked to see him hugging Riya.. they were so happy… be it on any other day.. they would have jumped out of the world.. but today..

"um.. sorry… par… ek emergency hai.. its really urgent.." Riya went out immediately. "um.. ok lets go.." Arjun was  not looking at them.. but suddenly he was wrapped in Raj's arm… and above them was Sameer's arms.. they were so happy..

"welcome back mere bhai.. welcome back.." Raj's voice cracked.
