 Ferry Me Across

An occasional spill from an aching heart…

Started as ripples, moving forward as waves,

When it turned as tidal waves, have no idea! 

Moving forward, jagging  jumping, 

Pumping water in all directions as 

Random thoughts flew to the sky 

And all of a sudden dropped on the ground 

Like a wounded bird with wings were torn 

Heart bleeding, looking around with lifeless eyes! 

Time is speechless like me, flow is 

Unstoppable like my crumbled illusions! 

I stood on the bank of the river of my tears 

Watching the sailers catching gleefully the catch 

A few tender thoughts, from it they’ll make a feast!!
